All the reviews are inorganic please don’t trust them, they have n number of quality issues and corrupt staff, We didn’t got the hot water in Jacuzzi for almost 24 hrs and in the morning had to ask for hot water bucket, the staff especially the top management was not answering our calls, not enough tea bags or milk powder etc to make 2 cups of tea, rooms were stinking, no towels in the bathroom, we got towels after 2 hrs of complaining, staff asking for extra money all the time if we ask for a favour, no buffet in the evening in the dining area hence we asked them to serve the food in the rooms to which they denied saying there jobs will be at stake and later asked for some extra money. In the end when we decided not to pay the extra food bill because of the pathetic services they told us they wouldn’t let us go from here unless the bills are paid no matter how pathetic the services are.

Property is big. A great green landscape surrounded with open field , in-fact It’s very peaceful place. That is the only positive thing about this place. However in night property is almost in dark except the tent/cottage area there were no lights. Food is below average. They don’t provide variety in lunch/dinner/breakfast. Also they don’t serve non-vegetarian food in buffet lunch/dinner. Service is terribly slow. Even they charged for a water bottle. A glass of milk will cost you 100 Rs. They say they have lot of activity but most of them were not operational. I will not recommend this place as in the same price you will get better facilities in any other resort. Advice to management , your property is good but it is undermanned, people don’t come only to see a great green landscape, you need to provide the services as well.

Pathetic Experience….Visited there on 24th Feb as an official trip. Everything was so disappointing from food to activities to zip line, wall climbing was under maintenance Food quality was exceptionally low and unhygienic plates were dirty. Got drinking water directly from canal or something with impurities and dirt in it No dedicated resource was available to attend our group of 45 people I’LL NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE BETTER TO AVOID THIS PLACE!! VISIT THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK OF HEALTH

Resort management make your stay nightmare. uncooperative, false promises, inadequate services. Property is in good shape and maintained. Food is tasteless. Ingredients are worst which are used. No staff for services. they make your experience worst by demanding money for anything. Such a greedy management.

Booking made by someone for a big group. Part of that group. Review - The place isn't as big as it seems. If there is a group or a big crowd, it will become too crowded. Specially from the food point of view I would NEVER recommend this place. None of the food that was served to us was of good taste or edible. We wasted most of it. From the activities point of view they are okay and can be done. We found the price spent to be more than what they offered.

We went to Rurban Resort for school trip. To the utmost disappointment the preparation of food was worse. Students had very less activities to engage with. We all felt cheated as they charged Rs 1100 per person. Quality of food was third class. Even students were forced to purchase cold drink at triple price in shortage of arrangements. I would strictly not suggest anyone to book this resort to celebrate any of your memorable day.

we group of 22 family friends went to celebrate new year eve its a worst experience total waste of money. service quality during the party was lacking. cleanliness were not as expected atmosphere at the party seemed disorganized owner were not at all interested to make it do something memorable.most important variety and quality of food was pathetic bland and tasteless presentation of the dishes was not up to the standers at such a cold weather they are serving Ice cream that to local one. the owner and his son sreyesh was least bothered about guest. they just running this resorts selling rooms.rest they don't care. please never go there on any occasion you will be highly disappointed. one man Mr Bhuwan is a person who was trying to comfort a guests that was highly appreciated.

We went there for family outing. We were a group of 16 pax of all age group. The resort is huge and well maintained. There are a lot of activities to engage everyone. We had breakfast and lunch at the property and both were good. There was magic show, local dance performance. The host was very good and was happy to fulfill all our demands. We were allowed to use the pool which was well maintained. Visit this place during winter or good weather as in summers you would not be able to enjoy fully

It was a great experience at resort. As soon as you come out of the cottage , in front there is pool. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. We enjoyed Gulel and Gun shooting too. Food was also good. Overall, Me, wife n my little son enjoyed the day pretty well. Thanks to all staff for all your support.

We had excellent stay at the resort,I just loved how beautifully they have maintained the property. The room royal mud house was just excellent, we loved the swimming pool,there are lot many activities to do in the resort like ziplinig , basketball,archery etc,you will definitely have a wonderful time.I loved how they are taking care of cows ,we loved them .The food was just awesome and hygienic. Will definitely recommend to others.

Pathetic behaviour of management at this place. No one at reception after evening, staff people are unaware of helpline contact. No coordination between person at management level and ground level staff. If you want to have a staycation at your own efforts by asking multiple times for everything and can wait for 3 hours for towel, you will still not be welcomed there 😊 PS: in our trip, there was another wedding planned, hence we were told that we are giving you lake view room as upgraded one, however it was in front of a large mud pit 😴 One last and most important tip, most of the positive reviews are manipulated ones to cover up rating drop by each negative one.

Best resort I have visited till now. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The location of our room was absolutely perfect at the place where we can relax in the lap of nature. 40+ activities to do at the resort . A perfect day out with your family away from the hustle bustle of your city.

I had a good time with my family. I would suggest you to visit the property with your family / friends. The food is good. The resort also has a number of activities like zip lining, rock climbing, archery and shooting. You should spend a minimum of 2 days to enjoy each and every activity. The jacuzzi in my room made my entire experience even better

It was really great experience. Firstly Aryan welcomed us very warmly and made sure that we see every spot of the resort. The outdoor activities were really good. Zip line and the rope climbing were way too good than expected, And the people were very helpful and they helped us to make sure it was a great experience for us and the food was really delicious. The warm welcome by the authority was really great and special mention to Aryan for the great hospitality and for telling each and every spot in detail. Absolutely loved the bird point where birds have made their own nest. Looking forward to visit it again. I enjoyed all the fitness activities as well. Washrooms were very clean and hygienic. All the staffs were humble and helpful. It’s a must visit place.

Overall a good experience. Cooperative staff, well maintained entire premises. Good enough activities for day outing. Food quality and taste are also good. Cost per person is ok. Washrooms also neat and clean. DJ system, folk dance etc. Good venue for family outing and staycation.

A great place for weekend getaway in NCR. Food was good and so was stay.. only minus is cannot use Jacuzzi in winters due to lack of hot water Other than that.. all was great. Near to nature with many many activities, well behaved and helpful staff and highly recommended overall. Fruit trees pool, zip lining etc all well maintained Easy to drive makes it a very good destination away from the city life.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent.The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, in front there is our pool. A very good resort for residents of Noida, Greater Noida & Ghaziabad. Most of the resorts in Sohna are on other side of city. On this side there is hardly any good resort. There are lot of activities for kids and adults both. The property is maintained pretty well. The food quality is good. The staff is helpful too.

I want to say that all the staffs are very good in nature like Aryan for Front office Vicky and Naresh For kitchen Location is also very good, very peaceful environment and you will enjoy here. Resort is very clean also. But If you want for activities like head massage or mehndi or like parathas or chach or neembu pani or kheera all the time at different places then it is missing here.

I reserved an eco-cottage for a one-day stay and was pleasantly impressed. The room, property and activities offered by the resort were all good. I would rate my experience four stars, with a room for improvement in the food part and services provided .

It was great stay when you are in search of "sukoon" with not much high expectations. Food here is superb. Aryan being really cooperative for various arrangements there. Other staff were also really corteous. It was all a wonderful stay just that rooms can be maintained a bit more.

Visited with my family, Number of adventures activities, great food, excellent rooms with private pool in villa, supportive staff, overall a good place to visit in nearby area, As only 1 hr distance from ghaziabad. You can opt for adventures activities only, but staying for one day to relax is also a good option, would like go there again in future, budget friendly, 4 meals with stay with all adventures activities in a reasonable price.

I absolutely loved the place, it was so huge, they have so many adventurous activities like rocket launcher, zip lining etc and we enjoyed everything. The food was also good and the staff was super friendly too. Loved seeing the ducks, birds and sitting in nature.

Scenic view ,great landscape ,tasty food cooperative staff ,cute rabbits , rain dance pool magic show , cow shed- met cute calf , all other activities. Had a good experience. They can improve on washroom hygiene . Some good choice of songs .. Otherwise it's a 5 * for a day spending . Kids enjoyed alot on playground and variety of food options. Evening snacks of pakora and french 🍟 were total hit with kids.

Visited this resort for a day & the moment we stepped inside I was amazed by the rural village theme. So much of plantation & nature. So many animals , feeding them, rope course activity, zip lining, and other were so great. The best part about the resort is that they have given it a proper village theme with Rajasthani dancers & other artists from different states. It was our amazing stay at this property.

We have stayed at this place for a day & enjoyed so much as there are so many fun engaging activities at this resort. From zip lining , rajasthani rural village theme to feeding animals was super fun. Would definitely recommend this place. They have day outing & stay packages both to choose from. Loved our stay😍

The property is very good, there are lot of activities you can do inside the resort. The only thing missing is service. There was no washing of towels, the bedsheets were dirty so they had put it up in reverse. There is no room service from 10 pm to 7.30 am. The meals specially breakfast didn't have many options.

Worst place for a corporate day out as there are no facility not even basic facilities such as clean washroom, drinking water, pool costume etc. No experience to staff, food quality was good but variety was so basic that you can't expect for day-out. No first aid in case of injury, no instructors to guide you for activities. And location is very bad. You can find better resorts in Gurgaon manesar side at this rate.

Rurban Resort is a place to unwind oneself in the company of friends and family members. Far away from maddening crowd, on can enjoy the serenity of village crafts,cuisines and entertainment here. All kind of outdoor activities is available be it balancing, rope climbing, etc.

We had my brothers wedding at Rurban. The place, ambience, cottages, huts and villas were all excellent. All the guests were super happy and amazed. Service was decent. Special mention to the the manager Syed Ji who helped us with a lot of things. He is super cooperative, friendly and provides the best possible solution. Overall the experience was nice.

We have been to friend wedding here. This place is really beautiful and big. Amazing location for destination wedding. Rooms are specious and beautiful. The service of the resort was decent. Syed is great guy who helped us almost for everything.

I chose to celebrate my marriage anniversary at Rurban Resort with my family, opting for a night's stay to mark the occasion. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be much less than satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share the details of my disappointment. Upon booking, I was promised a lake view room for an additional charge of Rs. 2000. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the lake is under construction, a fact not disclosed during the booking process. The entire area was in disarray due to the construction, creating a messy and unappealing atmosphere. To add to the frustration, several commitments made during the booking were not fulfilled. The promised in-house activities (almost 80%) were either non-functional or damaged, and even those that were operational lacked proper guidance or assistance. As night fell, another set of issues arose. The passage to my so called lake view room was plunged into darkness after 6 pm, causing inconvenience and anxiety. Lacking an intercom system, Wi-Fi, or mobile network near the room further exacerbated the situation. After coming out of my room I managed to get 1 bar of mobile network and In an attempt to resolve the issue, I had to make multiple calls to the management team to have the lights switched on. This not only wasted time but also left my three-year-old child frightened by the unsettling darkness. During the checkout process, more challenges emerged. Despite completing all the formalities, I encountered difficulty leaving the property. The guard at the main gate refused to allow me to exit, as the management had not confirmed my checkout. The absence of an intercom system for the guard to connect with the reception, coupled with poor network connectivity, prolonged the situation, wasting approximately 20 minutes. In reflecting on the overall experience, there is a suspicion that the resort may be involved in manipulating online reviews, raising concerns about the credibility of feedback on platforms such as Google. This only adds to the disappointment and raises questions about the integrity of the establishment. I will never recommend this to anyone.

I stayed here for a night and my experience: Cons 1. There are three mobile numbers stuck on the side table with a tape, none got answered after 6:30. 2. The resort turns pitch dark at night with just a few lights around my cottage. 3. Housekeeping staff are village boys in their casual clothes and unprofessional. The one at the time of checkout left my luggage in the mud and walked away till the rickshaw came to pick us up 4. Imagine me holding my baby and laptop bag, waiting for the riskshaw while The cow shed worker stood on my head till I tipped him 5. Morning breakfast was poha, a lousy sandwich, poori bhaaji and tea. This took me aback and when I questioned, they made me an omelette. Pros: 1. Activities. The activity staff is good and helpful and activities are well maintained. You can spend a couple of hours doing those Overall, guys this is a picnic spot with rooms. Don’t commit the mistake (like I did) of staying here. Just go for a few hours in the afternoon for these activities and find a good resort to stay for the night. My only thanks to Mohit (restaurant staff), actually the only one I could walk up to and he tried.

It was not a good experience, saying that had 60 activities but all almost closed, took 1-2 hours in waiting for zipline as they close it intermittently without any reason, shooting shots not available, food is also very basic kind. They dont have staff to run all activities; if you compare with lohagarh-gurgaon and chokhidhani-sonipat, it is no worth to go.

Very nice and well maintained property. Spread in a huge area and the good thing is there are 3 pools. First is common for all, including day visitors, second is for all visitors who stay, and third is for the villa guests. Activities are good, but due to heavy rain we were not able to do zipline, bungee jumping etc. The staff is helpful and courteous. Food quality is good, I saw only egg in the breakfast, rest all vegetarian food all the time. The dance program, gaushala, jadoogar etc ask for some extra money when you visit which doesn't give a good impression. Overall a good option to enjoy the weekend with family.

Rurban Resort, amazing place, amazing experience, must go, must stay place. Just 30 min drive from Noida, Ghaziabad. Activities for all age groups. Best part is quality and taste of food served. Staff is also nice and very supportive.

We friends of college went for a day outing to Rurban Resort...our experience after reaching the resort has been satisfactory and wonderful....We only recommend to put a signboard on the way to Resort as it will help the visitor. As informed the things were in place and arrangement provided by Staff is appreciated.... Snacks was good and tasty...overall recommended for a visit with family and friends.

This place is amazing if you want to spend some quality time with your friends/family or partner. I wanted to book the royal cottage room but due to technical error I missed and someone else booked the room, to my surprise the management understood my plight and offered me extension of another half a day in my preferred room. The management is very helpful but I highly recommend to clear every doubt before booking as it might come with some additional charges later on if you are not aware about it...get everything in mail/ chat. The best time I spent was in pool .

Very nice place to visit on weekends.. The only thing we didn't liked it is the smell coming from backside of the resort which seems to be pottery making place. Otherwise everything was perfect.. Food quality could be more better if they use home grown vegetables as well.

The property is vast, with amazing facilities. It is well managed in terms of games and other facilities, cleanliness and hospitality. The food, though sumptuous, was not served as per the specified time and the quantities inivitably fell short for the number of guests. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and we would like to visit again.

Today i visited to this resort near by ghaziabad and had the wonderful experience… Everything here was just perfect. I enjoyed a lot. My friends and I ate a lot and did all the fun activities. It is worth visiting. The food here is extremely delicious . There are numbers of activities which you can enjoy here. It’s a perfect place to go to with a family and friends outing. LOVED The activities here are awesome and gives the rib tickling experience. Despite the lots of activities and great food menu the pricing here is very very reasonable.

A very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is at best place in the lap of nature. Our stay at the hotel was just for one day one night. The staff made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

The staff is very courteous. The facility is one of its kind - a mix of rural experience and modern amenities. Food at the resort is excellent and always presented on time. The kitchen staff accomodates customer requests for additional menu items, with a smile.

I just got back from my vacation at this resort and I have to say, it was one of the best trips I've ever taken. The resort itself was stunning - from the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the beautiful architecture and the incredible views. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. One of the things I loved most about this resort was the food. Every meal was absolutely delicious, and there were so many different options to choose from. Whether I was in the mood for something light and healthy or something indulgent and decadent, there was always something on the menu that hit the spot. But what really made this trip special for me was the activities. There was so much to do. I loved being able to take advantage of all the different offerings and try new things that I'd never done before. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. It truly exceeded all of my expectations and I can't wait to go back.

I would like to thanks the urban resort for their warm and beautiful welcome. I have been there for my first anniversary staycation firstly I have booked luxury Swiss tents but they upgraded it to royal mud cottage and it was amazing the rooms are very spacious and gives you rural feeling with urban touch as their name suggests rurban. The food was outstanding one couldn't find a complaint I guess because they have many varieties and the hygiene is well maintained all the staff is very cordial everything was in point plus there are many activities we have done zip line and many more they have goshala there are many cows they have farms overall my experience was very good my stay was so good I would highly recommend everyone to visit there once in their lifetime with family friends.

It’s a great place to stay and have a good time with your friends or family members. You’ll get to experience a lot of activities here and the staff is gonna be there for your help at every corner. It’s a huge property with well maintained equipments, pool, gardens and other facilities as well. The place is definitely worth it.

Pathetic rooms. Stinky bedsheets, stinky bathrooms. No towels and toilet paper in the bathroom! TV was not working. The fan was very dirty.There were leakages in the washroom. It felt gross staying in this hotel. Never ever going back. There is no hygiene in the hotel they have smelly blanket cover.

Overall, I had a good time with my office colleagues at the resort. However, I wanted to provide some feedback regarding the music selection during the rain dance. In my opinion, music was poor and there was no option to connect our devices to play our own choice of music. This was disappointing and I hope the resort can improve the music selection and provide more options for guests to play their own music. On a positive note, the food at the resort was good and we enjoyed it. Thank you for a fun experience overall.

This could have been a good property with greeny . However I had a pathetic experience. Rooms were filled with frogs And unpleasant smell. No phone for calling room service. They will give u mobile numbers which will be picked when they feel like. Unprofessional staff they will give you water if u give them empty bottles else buy water. Too expensive for service quality worse then 2 star . Most of the activities are under construction . You will be stuck in no mans land and will be stuck on there mercy. Not recommended for family. If you are bachelors and want to howl all night you can visit this pathetic place.

We booked royal mud house cottage with open to sky jacuzzi..1day prior to our checkin I was informed that our room was upgraded to a lake view room bcos of maintenance issue, upon reaching there I got to know there was a marriage happening there that's y they didnt give me the room I booked nd in name of lake view room they provided a room in front of a mudpit...there was foul smell nd so many mosquitoes in room, no hot water in jacuzzi, I called 3times for towel but inspite of waiting for 3hrs towel was not provided, in evening snacks it was just tea with pakoras, kitchen staff was continuously asking for extra money everytime, no buffet was setup there for dinner.. At the time of checkout when we told them abt the issues we faced,inspite of acceptance they started talking rudely, the person at reception was very rude. 60+ activities were mentioned but most of the activities were not operational. If u really want to spoil ur day/occassion then only u should try going there.

Has day outing at Urban resort , it was too wonderful. Food amazing and staff is awesome. Recommend to everyone. Aryan and Joshi property care taker are nice person who provided us proper guidance during our stay.
