Positive thing is: low cost eye checkup in 40 inr. Low cost eye surgeries for common people. The negative point is: almost 90% staff (not all) do not behave politely with patients. Many of them are irritating and frustrated.

this is a worst charitable hospital i ever seen in my life. charitable word only for name but acutually he make money like a private hospital. the cost of maternity ward is soo high and staff is super disgusting. staff nurses not listen patient ptoblems they all are make groups and do chitchat, listening songs, eating food in operation theater. untreaind staff they dont know how to speak with patients. experience is so horrible. if you think this is charitable hospital and poor patient go there for his treatment so plz dont go there because he wants big amount for small things and you suffer a lot.

Patient missed an appointment due to some reasons and when they went to hospital a few days later , one of the staff lady started lecturing without even listening to patient and reasons of missing the appointment... Especially there is this lady assistant of a dentist here . She's just too much out of her tongue and says whatever senseless or even commented on visitors and tried to degrade them..but when other people tried to correct this lady about all the situation ,, she just ignored the patient and said" u can see some other doctor". That was much of a rude.. But somehow doctor managed to calm the situation.

Worst hospital for eye it exaggerate your problem of eye low quality equipment high fees . Pure business kind of hospital I have gone for eye test of my sister eyes her eyes are perfectly fine in the report they charged 500 rs for eye exercise directly paytm through bank account of sitting doctors telling it is hospital policy fooled us two times taking 500rs for exercise and report said all is fine as we found ourself in a state of quandry the hospital staff pushed us out saying it is a hospital policy so now your 60rs eye test cost me 1120 ruppes without having any eye problem at all which is related to a professional doctor fees

Doctors do not even check what is the problem in the eye. They only care about prescribing medicine And Those medicines are available only at the same medical store which is outside Moolchand Hospital and not available in any medical store.

It's a charity based hospital so the cost for the checkup and surgery is quite low , you can get various kind of eye tests by just paying 70 rs fee so basically it's free and you just have to pay for the medicines, it also has a wide variety of glasses and frame to choose from if you are running tight on budget.

Visited dental section and there charges are like a private doctor, they should REMOVE CHARITABLE word from the hospital name..

My father was suffering from toothache. we visited Hospital and after consultation RCT was done successfully. Dr Sachiin Gupta and reception staff are very polite and guide in proper manner whenever required. I recommend the Dr Sachiin Gupta. He is very patient, listens to complete problems and symptoms reported by the patients, thoroughly examines the patient and asks further questions to understand the problem in depth. He is very genuine and does not advice the patient to get unnecessary tests done.And incase a follow up is required, he is very prompt at giving advice. He also doesn't charge exorbitant consultation fees.

Went there for eye checkup. I had red eye… One of the only hospitals I guess with so many Eye Surgeons. It is a busy place.. one should be ready to wait for 10-15 min during rush hour. Staff is ok Doctors are good.. Only ₹60/- for consultation. Other test if required are extra. I just paid for consultation as Dr. Prescribed an eye drop. Overall Good!
