The staff was courteous and welcoming. Though, If you want bat for yourself, like a single piece, dont expect a better discount than what an authorised distributor can provide in your own city. These people give flat 20% discount and then add gst of 12%, you can easily get around 35% discount from an authorised distributor

One of the worst customer service ever I have received from here. I would not recommend people to go buy it from here. I had purchased SS Master 8000 series bat from here, I paid 38000 rupees for it. Unfortunately, bay had manufactured defects, I asked for replacement and they said it’s not covered. You have to accept whatever you got. Every product has one year manufacturer warranty, but this guys just making people fool. Don’t buy stuff from here.
