Very very cheap and bad vas service this center is onle fore hear 3rd class sales ability after that no one's care you your product calling you many times fore service after schedule your service time tell us onle fore 30 min but after visit your all day will taken If you tall him to fast then hear counter boy tell call him who calls you I don't care your service If you have hole day so some in hear station no satisfaction in her product and service west totaly west service center is this .

Management is good but service men are always intended to scam you in all possible ways. Always advocating for part replacement unnecessarily.

Servicing was as per expectation and good staff. But there is one major problem-Time management. Time management is worst. They need to work on this. I personally saw customers frustrations, even one of the customer take his bike without service after 5hrs of waiting. They should implement something like Bangalore service centers - Once bike reached immediately fillup job card, give ETA and try to get bike ready before ETA. Also, try to improve billing process, it should not take more than 5 minutes.

Please don't visit this showroom the service and the management of the employee and owner was worst 😑

Bad Service,worst management, I request to all please don't buy any bike from Bike zone showroom at meerut, I purchased pulsar 150 last year, recently I visited their service center ,where Technician said that it's map sensor or 3 way sensor needs to be replaced, I said OK replace it, then it's store incharge Himanshu said they don't have this part available in their store and it ll not replace within the warranty, first of all I would say this Man is totally useless ,doesn't know the technicalities aswell, he is there to make money via providing the parts which he has arranged from outside...now I contacted regional manager he checked via his system and confirmed that part is available there, and also suggest me not to go there because he is getting so many complains abt the fraud they are doing there, the owner of this showroom is blind and deaf, I think he is also a part of this syndicate, thanks to the regional Manager who have replaced my bike map sensor which was under the warranty from another service center. Please don't buy any bike from there,all the staff are useless and unprofessional, after selling the bike, you ll suffer, they don't have the professional staff aswell, worst worst bajaj outlet in meerut.
