A good place to stay with family. I went there for vacations 😀.. The hotel is located on the road. Easy to find. Outside hotel you can find car, auto easily. This hotel is neat and clean. Rooms services is great. Cheerful staff. Food is excellent taste and presentation and good quantity. Bathrooms were clean. Room service was just a call away. Price is affordable. Restaurant service is excellent.

We came for lunch to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. We were pleased with the spread as well as the taste of each item. From soup to starters to main course to desserts, everything was simply great. The only thing that can be smoother and more customer centric is the billing and payment.

I wish i could give them 0 star. They dont deserve anything.. first of all this is a very expensive hotel. 1. 8400 for one room is not worth at all.. there are other hotels providing better facilities at lower rates.. 2. secondly, they charged us Rs 140 for a hand towel because it got misplaced... so cheap and pathetic. It could be a chance they only hid it somewhere. 3. I have never seen such a cheap and unprofessional staff. Specially the manager. He was rude and reluctant. Inspite of booking a superior room they didnt give us an early checkin... 4. Buffet was limited, not many options there. 5. Their wifi doesnt work properly. I was using my data whole time there. Ridiculous. Literally the worse hotel i have stayed in..

The quality & services have gone down drastically since my last stay at this place. The AC remote was not working. I noticed a similar issue in shower taps. I reported this to the manager next morning. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff was polite and helpful Please improve the quality of rooms

The hotel experience on the very first day is pathetic. I am sure it's going to be a terrible stay here for next 10 days. Would like to mention few of the issues being faced till now: 1. There is frequent power cut and AC stops working for 30-40 min once power is on. Vijay will have to sleep without AC for the whole night. 2. There is no king sized bed and they have joined two single beds. It's very difficult to get a sleep in such arrangement. Even the mattress is not at all comfortable. 3. Toilet seat of my room is broken and maintenance staff failed to fix it. Photo is attached FYR 4. The bed sheets and cushions were not at all clean. Even the bed sheet is torn out as if damaged by rats. There are stains on the cushions. Not at all a clean place to sleep upon. Photos are attached FYR. 5. The cupboards are also very dirty and you just don't feel good to keep your clothes inside. 6. The hotel is not maintaining hygroscopic standards as well. One housekeeping staff touched the phone without washing his hands after touching the toilet seats. Certainly far below the standards of a 4 star hotel. I am sure there will be number of other issues as well.

Recently I am stay there for a night. Room AC are not in working, Technical team is not perfect to resolve the issues. At 1:30AM after that issue, my room get changed. Same Issue I am face there. At 2:30AM. Hotel team give us a table fan. And charged what they mention on site. They only apologize while you come to bill. My personal view please don't go to this hotel.

I stayed here for two nights. Stay was n ice. I got complementary breakfast+ dinner. The food quality was good with variety. Moreover distance from Metro was around 2km. Rooms are large enough with sufficient space. Room service is good. Cons-- outside sounds are quite audible when someone passing by, rest is ok

I visited the restaurant present in this hotel... Though the ambience is very good... But the food is not worth the price... I have ordered chicken and mutton both.. The taste of mutton is quite delicious but the taste of chicken was okay okay... Also the soup served is not good.. And starter taste same like you can get in a normal restaurant at much cheaper price

Disappointing Dining Experience I recently visited the hotel and opted for the lunch buffet. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The food on the buffet was notably cold, and to my surprise, I discovered a hair in one of the dishes. The overall hygiene left much to be desired. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this establishment to others. Additionally, the staff's lack of assistance further compounded the disappointment.

Everything was very nice. But they charged for something at checkout for which they should provide us for free. I just used their towels. They said these towels are not reusable because strains will not go. They charged INR 500 extra for just two towels . But in my view it should be covered in housekeeping services.

Pathetic after confirming the reservation on call still we have to wait for check on for at least 30 mins and Mr Suraj misbehave with us, never recommend to stay this hotel.. They don't even provide cutleries and charge you 500/- for 2 plates and bowls... Rooms are very small buffet is not at all good taste. If any stays there I pray to God to give strength and patience you to stay there.

Bad checkin and checkout experience. Rooms have smoky smell. Beds are highly uncomfortable. Hotel receptionists have an arrogant non helping tone and keep doing errors despite clear instructions. Lack basic training to help people requiring special assistance/disability. Food spread is the only saving grace at restaurant but in room dining is sloppy again kept bringing wrong orders or missing items….

Went in this hotel for marriage function. They have such poor air conditioning that in room even after sitting for 1 hour ,room was not cool even after putting ac in full mode. So better avoid this hotel for stay purpose. Food was average. Need to improve hospitality and improve services with air conditioning

Recently, got chance to stay and attend a function at this renowned hotel. It has two plus areas : Ambiance and location Rest all features and services are just around average corner. The food was tasty but most of the items were cold even though it just started. Same with cofee and tea. Spacious hall but less parking and limited space at entrance. Service was a bit disappointing side due to the fact the staff was ignoring any request to improve the service. As said earlier a very beautiful Hall and interior design complimented the ambiance. Good quality but little cozy/smaller size rooms. Very easily Reachable by road from NH24 and major roads of Noida.

It's hotel is pretty nice, rooms are decent is size and well maintained. Food quality is really good, especially for dinner. I prefer to take buffet at dinner have good variety of Snacks Veg/Non Veg and have good options in Bakery. Staff is very cordial and Nice i prefer to visit here with your friends and Family. 5 Stars from me.

The hotel was very clean and hygienic, which is especially important during these times. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they made sure that my stay was comfortable. The room was spacious and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel also had a restaurant that served delicious food with a variety of options for all tastes.

Great location, nice service and great staff. Staff was humble, breakfast options were great. Rooms were clean and location was where we needed. Little expensive but worth every penny spent. Need work on in dining menu available in room. I was able to order stuff not in menu but it will great if menu is updated with all options that guest can order.

Park Ascent is a jewel in Noida which is unexplored. The ambience is great, the Food is par excellence. The best in Noida. Appreciate the Executive chef Khalid who took an extra effort to serve us the best dishes. Prateek looked after us very well at the coffee shop he was really sweet and courteous. Mr Krishna again is wonderful who makes the guest feel at home and the reason to come back again. And I shall fail in my duty if I do not mention the Jewel in the crown the General Manager Mr Wali who believes in customer Satisfaction more than anything. Great Team!!!

The hotel is in excellent location. But the staff especially the ROOM SERVICE PERSONNEL MR. KUNAL, HEAD CHEF MR. VIVEK, are the worst . 1. Food is very much least quality. 2. Room service and house keeping personnel are not at all having any manners and not at all knowing hospitality. 3. Front Office Manager Mr. Varun Ruhella is having ZERO value of his words in the hotel. Not only himself those who were in the duty in the management on 30 October 2023 they don't have any hospitality, honesty and they are least bothered about the NAME and FAME of the HOTEL. 4. In the reception Mr. Ankush is the most misbehaving person of the hotel. 5. They serve the food that's least quality food. 6. On 30th October 2023 Monday that's on today they served till today since 26th October 2023 Wednesday, they served THE WORST FOOD. 7. When I asked them about that then their room service boy Mr Kunal behaved arrogantly and after that their Head Chef Mr VIVEK threatened us and called someone to come from the back gate of the hotel in the night and he said in mobile call that this guest (that's myself) is complaining about food so let's see do something him tonight. 8. I reported that to All the duty managers but no reaction from them. 9. I complained about Mr. Vivek's mobile conversation to the Duty managers as he threatened me and because of Mr. Kunal and Mr Vivek's way of talking and behaviour and threatening from Mr Vivek I have vacated the hotel by paying all mu dues. 10. I booked and fully paid till 1st November 2023. And remaining THE WORST FOOD BILL and LAUNDRY bill, then I checked out from the hotel. 11. Even at that time also no positive reaction from the hotel managers. 12. Only due to this kind of the personnel of the PARK ASCENT HOTEL, SECTOR 62, NOIDA, the hotel is being DEFAMED. 13. If the Actual Owner of this hotel is reading this then kindly take care of the hotel from this kind of PERSONNEL. 14. There is NO SAFETY AND SECURITY FOR GUESTS in that hotel due to some PERSONNEL of that hotel. THANK YOU

Comfortable rooms and good breakfast I spent 2 nights in this hotel and the room is really good for a tired business traveler. The room was well maintained and was quiet and comfortable. The morning breakfast spread was good with various choices. The staff are quick to respond to your needs.

I liked the Breakfast spread, they have different options for everyone. Overall the food is good. What i didnt like is this Navneet guy at the reception, he probably doesnt know he is in Hospitality industry, he needs to change his behaviour.

Pathetic service , broken shower , no hot water for bathing while outside temperature is 5 degrees , dirty linens ... no response for complaints .. Tried to fleece money for items that are not consumed , be careful on billing ... (In case if you still wish to stay )

Staffs are not cordial,dont listen to requests. I had to wait for 45 mins for water to served into room.Breakfast closes sharp at 10.00 am and don't entertain you for an extra 5 mins.

Had recently visited there with Family for a Lunch. Service was extremely disappointing.. ordered 'Rural Chicken's which as per their menu was to be boneless but we were served the dish with bone and when pointed out they were clueless that it was mentioned as Boneless in the menu..after the meal was over finger bowl wasn't served either...to top it all their manager wasn't aware of we had a reservation in place and were made to wait endlessly to be billed...special moments were spoiled with the level of service provided at a Five Star rating Hotel...

I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. Few things were disappointing. 1. TV remote was not working. 2. Bathroom was very oddly designed. They had Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. One needs to stand in the tub to take shower. There is no separate shower cubicle. The jacuzzi tub was not clean. I tried to use the jacuzzi and the dirt was coming out of the jets. 3. We had to call for water bottle couple of times. They were only giving 2 bottles at a time. 4. Beware of the surrounding area. It is not very safe. We went for a stroll after dinner and realized it wasn't a wise decision. 5. Internet was pathetic. It kept disconnecting. 6. Basic amenities like dental kit, shower cap, bath slippers etc were not provided. We had to ask for it and then also they only gave us one set of everything knowing well that we were two people staying in one room. 7. Chipped cup in the room. Food and dining area was good. Staff named Prateek was good and professional. He was the only one who seemed to care about customer experience.

The hotel rooms are old and needs quick renovation. The food is ok ok.. The tea served is very very sweet and not hot. Had specifically instructed the person to serve freshly made tea but that too was ok.. Not a memorable stay this time in this hotel.

Went for a dinner on August 30, 2022. Ordered soup, chineese starters and dal makhni, kadai paneer and paneer makhani in main course. The soup was kind of luke warm. The food tasted bland. They really need to improve drastically the taste of their main course. My previous review was deleted and I am sure they delete negative reviews so that their reviews stay positive and they can deceive people.

This place is nicely connect with roads and you can easily reach to other commutes like metro. WFF's team was there for a business meeting to promote our VIDEO PRODUCTION 🎥 and PHOTOGRAPHY 📸 services. Arrangements were really good from hotels side. Environment was good. Employees are good too. We went to have dinner buffet on a weekend. The spread was beyond our expectation and the food was also very good. Menu was planned nicely with good options of starters, main course and deserts. Hi My Room A C was not working and there was no efforts from staff for solving the problem. They didn't arranged Fan for us. We stayed in Suite and the A C unit was in drawing room not in Bed bed Room. In 41 digree we were so much disturbed. We didn't get sleep for two days and we were totally exhausted. Breakfast was very bad and spicy. We wilk never recommend this hotel again. Very Bad experience.

We had visited The Culinary Court for lunch buffet. The lunch buffet was amazing. The spread was too much to ask for almost 15 varieties of salads and desserts. Starters also had around 4-5 varieties of veg and non-veg. Main course also had lot of options.This was the best buffet we had after a long long time. I would recommend that one should try at least once. The hospitality was also very good. I would like to thank specially Mr. Manoj for his help in serving us and the team of Culinary Court for their polite behavior and enthusiasm
