I am always a bit skeptical when it comes to hotels and rooms. Before I got here, I was thinking that it might not be upto my expectations but, it turned out to be otherwise. The welcome, the room, the toilet and cleanliness was quite good for this category of property. Don't come here expecting the service and standard of Hilton. But they are quite good as a transit or for anyone coming here for business in this area. However, make sure to request a room with a window with a view of the outside. Then you are all ok.

For those visiting the India Expo and Mart, Knowledge Park, Greater Noida this would be ideal place to stay. Knowledge Park 2 metro station is very close to this property and reaching this place is very easy. However, this property is inside a private Layout called Ansal Golf Links and the roads here are in a bad shape mostly. The service staff are courteous and good. Didn't face any issues here.

The Park Residency Hotel is situated at Greater Noida hardly around 1 km from Indian Exposition Mart. Rooms are comfortable and hospitality is also good. They serve breakfast with the stay. Room service for lunch and dinner is also available.

Good place to stay near India Expo centre. Rooms are of standard sizes and maintained. Food quality is superb.

Good hotel. Friendly staff. AC doesn’t cool the rooms impact-fully though, compressor was probably not effective in 2 rooms that we tried hence it was suffocating a little. Anyways, we enjoyed the stay and loved their food. Parking is slightly congested & tricky to use.

In a line of unsafe and bad hotels, Park residency is a gem. Their rooms are amazing and their service is excellent. If you are hungry, there is no need to order from outside. This hotel provides really good food at all times. Their paneer lababdar is worth a try. Would highly recommend

Good hotel, good staff, tasty food. Again, in this hotel, don't book a room with breakfast. You will get only an aloo paratha and a bread sandwich for Rs.500/- . Again, if they give you room number 101, don't take it. You will feel like you are in a ghost room. Every time the lift comes to the 1st floor, the door and window of room 101 will shake like some ghost is trying to enter the room. The only problem is that if you try to extend your stay, they will increase your room rent by a factor of two, and they will ask for money for everything. Even if you want 1 hour extra for check-out,. I have to mention the staff. All are very good and polite.

An average hotel inside a residence association area. There are similar hotels in this area, all of them mostly focusing on visitors coming for exhibitions and trade shows at India Expo Centre and Mart, Greater Noida. Since they may get bookings only during trade shows, the pricing is much above the normal standards during shows. The breakfast served is fine, eventhough the dishes are limited. We didn't find any good eateries or restaurants at walkable distance. The staff were courteous and well mannered and Banu and Dehram were the two, who helped us at the reception.

Pretty close to pari chowk and Yamuna expressway entry towards Agra. Rooms are decent size with study table and mini fridge provided. Food from the in-house kitchen was good. Service was quick and good. Might take a while to locate the place as construction going on around. Their own parking available.

Rooms are neat but quantity of food served is very less.

Servicing is very poor....they will serve your order very late and that though some order will always get missed by them.. AC was totally break down and was releasing ice on bed.

Absolutely horrible hotel as the reception staff especially "MR DHARM" is absolutely careless in his demeanor and work! Especially one my requests to clean my room was never done and in return he even asked me to rate the hotel 5 Star! How cheap indeed!!

I wish I could give zero rating, but I can't, pathetic service, They used to deliver your dinner order after 1.5 hr, complimentary breakfast is just pathetic......

This is not a 3 start hotel...pls avoid to stay here.. location is also very odd. T

We booked two double bed room for 3person, the room for 1person is bigger than the two seperate beded room for two person with higher rate, which is quite surprising. Food quality is good. Service is ok, staff are friendly.

Super delux Room was good and bigger, but complementary breakfast was worst. Al a cart menu was good. Not worth for the price. But no other option.
