It has easy access to shops from the transport area. The layout of the shopping centre is also easy to locate and move around. There is step free access available. The decorations are warm and unique. There is the highest level of cleanliness throughout the place. Amenities like restaurants/fast food shops, toilets, parking are adequate enough to fill a good amount of people at the same time, without causing delays. There are sitting arrangement throughout the place to rest time to time as well. The number of people at the same time makes the area busy. There are good range of shops for diverse kind of product portfolio with some very unique brands. The price ranges and the quality ranges are moderate in this shopping centre. Enjoy 😊

One of the best shopping centres. So much variety & great shops. Totally worth a visit, its got so many different entrances you can get lost just trying to find the way you walked in through. There's the unique architecture of the place and the bull that makes this place memorable, but also the people & staff that make it great!

Well Birmingham is always going through changes and this is no different. Most of the changes look on the surface that you’ve been transferred into the future. Only to scratch the surface to realise they haven’t really done much at all. I’m an old Brummie. I’ve seen BCC pull down destroy and basically ruin what was a beautiful city with gorgeous Victorian buildings into something quite unrecognisable now. This goes for the whole of the city centre in my opinion. That old man rant out the way. Take Grand central, sorry new st station. Covered in mirrors and big rubber roof. Fantastic for photos. Looks different yes. Sadly it’s the same old dirty, rank , wee smelling train station under it. Hardly. A jewel in the crown when compared to Lime St in Liverpool. I’m sorry Brum. I love my home town. I don’t like the council that has systematically pulled down buildings , cut corners and basically ruined the town I grew up in. As for the shops. Everyone was polite. The bull ring has the usual boring shops. Nothing but multiples. Grand central. Has a far better choice. Some amazing places to eat far too many to mention.

Grand Central is a modern and fresh station in the heart of Birmingham. It was very spacious and hosted a lot of stores. The only downside with Grand Central was it was mildly confusing with the different sectors it was split into.

Very large and beautiful shopping centre. Lots of different shops, restaurants and entertainment. The only downside is that it is very big and confusing. Convenient that it is not far from the station. There are interesting brands. The large car park is combined with the shopping centre. Different buildings have different levels of brands.

My nephew had took us to Bullring and Grand Central, Birmingham in January, 2020. It is United Kingdom's largest city centre. Modern architecture and spacious area of this mall is amazing. It's a railway station with huge shopping area. Bullring is shopping mall one can enter here from Grand Central. Most Branded manufacturers have their outlets here, household shops, cafes and many restaurants. Wonderful place for shopping, you must spent some time in Bullring....Enjoy !!

Easy to get to with New Street station being directly underneath Grand Central, and also Moor Street station close by. Absolutely massive place with a huge variety of shops and eateries. Something for everyone really, and always a very busy hive of activity.

Located in the heart of Birmingham, Bullring and Grand Central Mall stands as a shopping haven that caters to the diverse needs and desires of visitors. Beyond my positive experience (In the face of an unexpected fashion crisis caused by lost luggage on my flight from Berlin to Birmingham, England, I found solace and style at the H&M at H&M), I explored the mall's vibrant offerings, enjoying myself in a world of retail therapy and culinary delights. Bullring and Grand Central Mall boasts an impressive lineup of stores, ranging from high-street favorites to luxury brands, ensuring that shoppers of all preferences and budgets can find their perfect match. Whether you're hunting for fashion-forward clothing, accessories, beauty products, or homeware, this mall has it all. From iconic brands to up-and-coming designers, the variety of options provides an exhilarating shopping experience that caters to every taste. The mall's architecture adds to its charm, with its modern design seamlessly blending with the surrounding historic elements of Birmingham. The bright and open spaces are complemented by natural light streaming in through the glass ceilings, creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. Navigating the mall is a breeze, thanks to clear signage and well-placed directories that help visitors find their way around without feeling overwhelmed. One highlight of Bullring and Grand Central Mall is undoubtedly the array of dining options available. From quick bites to full-service restaurants, the mall houses a plethora of culinary delights to satisfy any craving. Whether you're in the mood for international cuisine, comforting classics, or innovative gastronomic experiences, the diverse selection of eateries ensures that every palate is catered to. Rest assured, you won't go hungry during your visit. Furthermore, the mall's commitment to customer service is evident in the helpful and friendly staff scattered throughout the premises. From assisting with directions to providing recommendations, the staff members are always ready to lend a hand and make your experience as enjoyable as possible. Their dedication contributes to the overall positive atmosphere of the mall. While the mall's offerings are undoubtedly impressive, it's worth noting that during peak times, the crowds can be substantial, leading to congested areas and longer queues. However, this is a testament to the mall's popularity and the bustling energy it exudes. Patience and a willingness to embrace the vibrant ambiance are key to fully enjoying the experience.

Great shopping centre with popular high street brands plus a few you may not know. Dozens of places to eat and drink. Thoughtfully designed with facilities to make a day’s shopping here a wonderful holiday experience. Do be prepared to walk though; it’s huge! Spent time here during the hot weather - ideal! Will also be great in the middle of winter when outdoor shopping isn’t quite so enticing!

Awesome place at the Birmingham City Center, I think one unique thing here is the ability to find anything you need and easy navigation to any part of Birmingham. Easy access to Buses, Train Station, Groceries stores and other fashion brands.

We visited Birmingham after an absence of more than 20 years. What a transformation. The shopping centre was bright, modern and full of great shopping opportunities. There was an abundance of parking, and even on a busy day, the centre did not feel crowded. Well done Birmingham

We loved the Bull Ring shopping centre. We are from Cornwall and it is absolutely massive compared to drake circus in plymouth. The parking was very expensive it cost us £8.50 for two hours so next time we will get a train in or park elsewhere. The selection of shops was brilliant

This place is so cool, a lot of shops from dining with cats to slim chickens and a variety of other interesting stores to visit. easy to access the train station. My first time visiting, I was mesmerized by the massive 15 meter tall bull that actually moves. Easy to get around but it's always very busy So I'd reckoned leaving a little bit more time for travel if you're ever in a rush

Took my mom and brother out Boxing Day and found it very friendly and almost everyone( coverings) wearing face masks all the time some was putting on when entering the shops, nearly everybody was trying to keep their distance. I have cancer and I felt very safe while doing shopping its the 1st time I have been into Birmingham for the last 12 months. Thank you everyone who was shopping on Boxing Day for your manners and smiles underneath your face masks x

We use this station quite a lot. Always clean and tidy with good connections anywhere you could want to go. Large station has everything you would need for a short wait for your train - a coffee shop, shopping stores, ticket/info desk and toilets. Great location, very central for Birmingham town centre (on outskirts of centre, town hall is 5 minute walk away at most). Major renovations recently so glad to see things are more back to normal. Note: if you need to change platforms you need to take lift or stairs to get to the other side, so allow 5 minutes to make the journey and double check which side your train is on!

Freezing winter day, went to get my car serviced in town. Decided to go in the bullring to stay warm while waiting. Bullring was very empty, but I went in a corner of the building, miles away from anyone else, but 3 security guards came, were very rude and forced me to leave "because of COVID and that". Zero chance of catching or spreading it where I was as I was nowhere near anybody. Will never go the bullring again.

Great place to shop, but so easy to get lost. We went to various shops on multiple floors before setting down to eat at five guys. We also visited the Christmas Market and other markets outside. Everywhere is so close to the train station, so it's convenient to get there, and there is parking at a distance so you get your steps in getting there too.

Spent a day! Personally, I haven't seen many train stations that include a proper, full shopping center. I think the concept is amazing! The architecture is absolutely unique, and there are some really interesting places in the mall (like a Kitty Cafe, and a couple of really charming themed restaurants).

A monument shopping mall built in the middle of Birmingham city centre. Visited by millions, always vibrant and busy. Has so many various retail shops mainly the big clothes retailers but also other major high street stores located inside the 3 spacious floors. There's so much to do shopping, eating or just a browse. Accommodates for people from all walks of life and has excellent customer service staff. Always maintained with high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. A must visit for all choosing to come Birmingham. You will not be dissappointed. 👍 #BRUMMIES

Was quite early in the morning so not too busy. Was surprised by the lack of masks being worn and we were definitely in a minority! As a hater of shopping crowds it was actually quite nice - Saturday morning at 9.15. Not overly busy and able to walk around quite freely. By 10.30 when we were ready to leave it was starting to get busy and we were glad to be leaving. Lego shop on the list and as usual the staff were very friendly and very helpful. Great shopping centre.

They have toilet facilities, food and drink indoor places and small takeaway food stalls, they have a variety of restaurants there with ranging cuisines. Overall very clean, very busy at times and due to covid lots of stores shutting down and are empty. Definitely can't miss it when trying to find it.

It is large. It has shops. It has humans. It has many doors and many escalators. But as shopping centres / malls go it's a good place to go with a wide selection of shops selling shiny things and many things that are not shiny. On the whole it's a good place to go if you want to see something...or have a bit of a thing for bull statues.

A go to place while you are in Birmingham. The bull ring has something for everyone. Most of the high street shops can be found here under one roof. The parking fee could be a bit prohibitive though. But it can be justified as its bang in the centre and the train stations close by.

I haven't been to Birmingham in over 20 years!! It was awesome to see the transformation of my old hometown. The city center looked great and I love that it's pedestrianized now. Good shops and places to eat. Well worth a visit!

What a beautiful place with high standards of cleanliness, no rubbish on the floors it is just amazing! We visited on a Friday, there are so many shops and restaurants, also well kept toilets all within easy walking access the centre from us parking was easy to allocate. Would definitely recommend it, and we will be coming back!

Passing through the Birmingham area and had not been for a long time. The high street and shopping centre is massive and the streets are very clean in the evening. The train station is immaculate and 'grand'. Would like to spend more time here as the city seems to have a really good feel to it and there's lots of places to try out and enjoy!

Great location right in front of the train station. I was there on a Saturday and it was quite crowded. But everything you need is there, so many stores. A great place to hangout and kill time.

…big mall - lots of popular shops. The mall as a whole is clean & lots of security around - the space that used to have Debenhams is still empty & the mall seems to have lost some of its vibrancy, not helped by building work outside its main entrance. However it is what it is…mall with shops!

Always great to visit this area as it has alot of history including at Martin's church which is very authentic and one of the oldest church in Birmingham.

I must mention that it is a rather large shopping mall, holding nearly all of the brand stores and located in a central area, just a few minutes from the station. There are some fantastic eateries serving pan-global cuisine.

Very popular place. Wide menu with Vietnamese dishes an South-East Asia as well. Efficient service by welcoming staff. I recommend it for a lunch while shoping at Bull Ring.

Good shopping centre with most of he brands that you would expect in a big city. There is plenty of parking in the near by car parks. The place is clean and functional but luxury I would say.

I walked through here after losing a cake. The security didn't understand why the fruits were waiting for anyone else but what choice did they have? What choice do any of us have? I ordered the milk chicken and rice and took a seat under the outstretched balloons overhead. There were some electrical issues which couldn't be helped so I'm glad they had plenty of apples and apple juice. It took a while to see everything, the studio is enormous with bags of light bulbs scattered across the galvanised walkways. After we tickled the BBQ it rang like a bell, leaving a mild lemon aftertaste which wasn't unpleasant but would have benefited from a more dramatic onion. Overall we parked the car and did. So well done everyone. Especially Joe.p

It's massive. There are all kinds of shops even a minigolf court. Half of the escalators weren't working 😪

👍👍 Great place for shopping! I've always enjoyed coming here for my 2 favourite stores Sainsbury and Marks and Spencer, and it's keep getting better with more shops added. Parking in the m&s multi storey couldn't be easier, undercover and plenty of spaces. Everything you need in one place, with boots,...
