A nice medium sized shopping centre with air conditioning. It has plenty of food places on the first floor. It currently has a sand pit outside one if the exits !! Patrolled by security. Plenty of shops. Wide Isles and high ceilings making it feel spacious.

Probably one of the most pleasant shopping centres I've been in. Light and airy with lots of natural light. Interesting decorations with relief panels depicting local scenes in the brickwork and wooden plans of cities and towns. One of the best features is that it is laid out on routes through the town centre so doesn't have any dead ends. Other than a bite to eat in one of the upstairs (chain) restaurants I don't think I went in any shops but still found it an interesting visit.

A really lovely town centre. The street market on Fridays is a treat for real foodies. The shopping mall is clean, well lit with wheelchair access. The public toilets are spacious, well decorated and very clean. There is a large John Lewis and regular other stores you'd expect to see. Fair amount of eateries inside, more outside. What I particularly liked about this centre is the size, not too big just right and easy to navigate around.

Have shopped at Touchwood for decades, it is getting busier and the car parks are often very full with queues to get in. Several new stores have opened up, including a few good restaurants. There are fast food joints and finer dining options if you are going for dinner. There is a cinema, and a library. The facilities are large and always clean. Security always present. John Lewis has a large branch here with all you could need. The library is always a good visit, with its own separate cafe and theatre. Bus routes stop just outside and the train station is only an 8 minute walk away.

A superb shopping centre located at city centre of Solihull. Many places for coffee, lunch and dinner with a bit more than normal prices but it's definitely a place to chill out for small or big family.

Great shopping centre. Lots of interesting shops and food areas. The Spanish place Alioli, is well worth a visit if you like spanish food. Whoever maintains this place does an amazing job. I would definitely visit again when in the area.

Guys just beware, you mustn't mount onto the massive green gorilla near five guys otherwise it'll haunt you in your sleep, if you're the first one at the sleepover that is. Anyways, you should defo visit touchwood because it's a goated place that has quite a few shops and places to eat

We always find some fun indoor or outdoor as well :) sometimes is gets really busy thats a bit too much for me xD but i love it is everything is under one roof. (Restaurants, shops, Apple, etc). Well maintained, and clean walk ways. Safty is really on top, many times meeting a friend policeman/woman. I will upload some mire pics next time x

A very well thought out centre from entering the car park with plenty of accessible/shop mobility parking spaces, a manned help desk as you enter from the car park with separate male and female accessible toilets, changing places and baby changing all separate. The shopping centre itself has clear maps, is easily accessible with plenty of space and light. High street is easily accessed from the centre.

I like this shopping centre. It is small but has everything you need. Amazing to let your kids have some alone time.

A vibrant and active indoor shopping centre that has a John Lewis - in this age anywhere that has a department store is fantastic!! Places to eat and nearly all the units occupied again unusual in this day and age. The design is vintage but contemporary very nice.

Its a really nice shopping centre. Everything is easy to find and comparing Touchwood to the Bullring, which is my usual place to shop, is a far more relaxed and civilised shopping experience. I didn’t see any homeless begging and no religious zealots screaming into microphones or praying in the street unlike Birmingham city centre. And they have a John Lewis too, which makes me happy.

A really pleasant experience today. So many shopping centres have struggled to recover from Covid times and are sadly losing shops at a rapid rate. So nice to feel safe and secure in the surroundings, we found the shops we visited to be very inviting. Will definitely return again soon and make this a destination to shop.

Great shopping centre, plenty of parking and is a reasonable cost. Has both and indoor and outdoor areas. Very good mix of brands and local shops and quite a few food places as well. Good, clean state of toilets and baby changing facilities which is always nice to see.

Excellent place for business and environmental issues. Very very superb place. In Birmingham it's a totally different environment place. All facilities are for high class people in Solihull. Expensive area and atmosphere also. My daughter is going to college in Solihull everyday. She is choosy of her life .

Decent enough. Good parking underground. Very much standard affair with usual shops. Has a cinema upstairs and a few chain restaurants. Hard to find shopping centres with a unique feel. Still if you are after the big names you will be happy

Could be better. Not enough has changed over the past 10-15. Different shops same place. I think it's time for some serious refurbishment. They also need to do better at accommodating for babies/children. Some better shopping centers have play areas for kids.

Visited for the first time even though I’ve lived round the corner all my life. It’s a pretty good shopping centre, with the essential shops for clothes, shoes, food and entertainment (cinema). There weren’t that many food options inside the centre but there were more shops outside that we didn’t look at so there may have been some more options nearby. Overall 10/10 experience

  • 5/5 Stuart L. 9 months ago on Google
Never realised Solihull was this big. This shopping centre is one of the best about, first time visiting and after this I will never shop in the city centre again. Such a beautiful place

Where else on this planet could you buy shorts, some Nike air max and a blender from shops that are like 10 metres away from each other, then go and watch a film? Because you can do all those things in Touchwood. And have a sweet bowl of noodles afterwards. Shut up and take my money, Touchwood!

Signage inside and out are not helpful to visitors. I walked for ages in the rain seeking its location. Once inside I was disoriented and kept losing my direction. The shops are a good selection, all the shops I went into had pleasant staff who were very helpful. Many entrances to the centre, be care where you park. It's further than it looks, if you don't know where you're going and it's dark and raining outside. I'd go again, though.

Even with some units empty, Touchwood make a continued effort to keep the place feeling full, utilising mall space for pop up stalls and other events. Busy, without feeling shoved around. Links well into the town centre without repeating shops or 'stealing' trade. Would like to see them secure a decent tenant for the old 1000 Heads unit. Mini Spa?

I went into the Apple store to get my new phone, however, they were very busy. They gave me an appointment to come back 2 hours later and when I did they were amazing. They were quick, informative, polite and professional. Couldn't ask for more. I feel bad because I don't remember the kids name who served me, he was very good.

Great Place to shop meet friends and have a coffee and/or Lunch. Fabulous Shops to look for that something special or just every day. Great Day Out for all. Plus you have the Main High Street.

Touchwood is slowly recovering during the pandemic. Footfall has dropped dramatically but as people gain confidence in shopping again things will improve. It provides a fairly comprehensive shopping experience with a large John Lewis department store and a number of independent and 'chain' retal outlets. The cinema and food court on the first level are an added attraction. Parking is excellent and there is plenty of it as well as very well maintained public conveniences.

Really great shopping centre, with everything you need for a great day out shopping. I've been here since it was open. I mean, I've visited on and off, not lived here permanently! If I did live here I would probably choose to live in John Lewis. Why? They have beds. It's not rocket science!

I like this shopping centre. Great this weekend due to the Solihull food festival. Got to meet Ainsley Harriet so extra star for that one. Some new stores and some have sadly gone.

  • 5/5 Sandra B. 2 years ago on Google
A lovely place to browse or do your shopping. A far more pleasing place and clean than Birmingham City centre. It is chaos in the city with all the work that is going on there. I sometimes wonder if it will ever be finished especially with the commonwealth games coming next year. At the moment l wouldn't be impressed if l was a tourist.

Food was a great Wagamama standard and the staff worked magic under the amount of stress from the busy time. Nicky who served me was friendly and attentive.

It has a good, diverse range of shops; ranging from Greg's and Krispy Kreme, all the way up to JD Sports and a John Lewis. It has a certain number of clothing stores (River Island, next) it has a couple of shoe stores, as well a Burger joint and sushi restaurant. It even has a cinema. So, have at it.

This was my first visit and I was impressed by the layout and range of shops. The centre is not huge but includes many high street favourites such as Costa Coffee, John Lewis and Pizza Hut. Its the first shopping centre that I have seen with a multi faith room. I thought that this was a brilliant idea and wanted to thank whoever the person was that took this into consideration when designing the building. There is parking on the ground floor and shops on two floors. Very good atmosphere and I hopefully be back soon.

In Touchwood there are many shop's to visit. I had visited John Lewis to buy some stuff. But there was not good discount so I had postman data plan or buying the stuff. Actually there was nice Christmas decoration and many things for the Christmas are coming up because Christmas is very near.

An eclectic offering of good value food and a diverse range of shops to suit all budget . Love Touchwood shopping and eating.

  • 4/5 Josh P. 2 years ago on Google
Good variety of shops and places to eat. Can be quite busy but they enforce mask wearing and have a one way walking system if that's something you look out for.

  • 5/5 Sarah B. 2 years ago on Google
Great place to go for both food and shopping, ideal parking amd plenty of choice, the layout makes it easy to navigate around and it's always clean and chilled. Always feel comfortable walking around never looking over my shoulder like Birmingham City Centre, feels like a nice family place

Quite a good shopping centre with some large chain shops and some smaller independent units as well. Some nice food & snack shops available. A few car parking options nearby. Can get quite busy in certain seasons.

Much nicer than the shopping centre near me. Lovely shops, staff and ‘vibe’. Second time here in a couple of years and I’ll definitely be back more regularly.

Good sized mall, layout very well thought out. Clean public toilet facilities available at both ends of the mall. Well staffed with security personnel so feels safe.

Nice Shopping Centre. Well Managed, Spacious and safe as they tolerate any Anti Social Behaviour. Which as a sufferer of Anxiety puts me at an ease. Allowing me to spend more time looking in the various shops.

One and only shopping centre in Solihull which has a number of shopping options. Showrooms such as Apple, hollister, super dry and John Lewis make shopping experience nice. Eating joints such as Jamaya, wagamama, pizza hut and Nando give you nice eating variety.

  • 5/5 R R. 2 years ago on Google
Odd to review a shopping centre I like the cinema and restaurants which are all very good although a bit busy at peak times. I generally dont like shops but hard to pick fault. John Lewis is always worth a visit which is probably as good as a shop gets due to the cakes in the cafe and nice staff.

  • 4/5 Ian J. 2 years ago on Google
Good selection of shops, adequate parking in Solihull Town (chargeable). Under cover on poor weather days. Plenty to do and see, cafes, sandwich bars and take out food/refreshments available. Great place to browse, shop and relax.

  • 5/5 Linda Latham H. 1 year ago on Google
Lovely shopping centre with a good range of high street shops and some more unusual ones plus the bonus of a lovely John Lewis. Nice busy vibe here. Also a good range of shops and cafes in the square outside.

😠 Absolutely ridiculous . Always been 3 hours parking . Increased number of popular shops and reduced to 2 hours Received £100 fine for 10 mins over limit which originally a leeway . Fine letter is extremely intimidating. Even if you feel you have a good reason to appeal they make it sound impossible...
