CastleCourt offers the ultimate shopping experience with all your favourite shops under one roof right in the heart of Belfast. This complex has a multi story parking. The one-stop retail destination with all your favourite retail stores, cafes and coffee shops. CastleCourt shopping centre is located at Royal Avenue in Belfast, Northern Ireland. It is Northern Ireland's third largest shopping centre. The choice & variety is great.

Northern Ireland's third biggest shopping centre has a nice variety of shops with a multistory car park which is very handy to have. Great food court with a variety of options. Set it up nicely for Christmas which added to the atmosphere.

Absolutely raging! I bought a case of 12 A&W rootbeer from the American candy shop. Only to find out after I opened it and the tin was flat, that it was a year and 2 months out of date! So just be careful and check the sell by date if you go to buy anything from it. I certainly will be going back for my refund of £24

A small shopping center or a mall you can call with few shops and food court. Also a movie screen is also opened recently functioning. Argos is present in this shopping centre. One can enjoy some amount of time in here

February 2022: Although this place has good shops, it does not currently have an anchor tenant. Additionally, the vast majority of retailers that would work in that unit are already in the city centre. Good centre otherwise. September 2022 update: This place in my opinion only has 4.2 stars because travellers think this is the highlight of Belfast's shopping. Well it's not, go to Victoria Square instead, or Abbey Centre if you prefer less upmarket shops.

Fantastic shopping centre in the very centre of Belfast near Primark, fantastic selection of shops with a luxurious Cinema in the second floor and a food court at the end of the second floor. Brilliant place to go and it is looking like to get stronger!

Very dated shopping center with good shops but very quiet. The main street outside is very neglected with tall weeds growing up through the paving. Huge amount of derelict shops and the whole exterior of the centre is dirty and neglected. The smell of sewerage was quite strong outside too. It's fine once your inside but the main street is a huge letdown.

26/11/21 Still as chilly as ever inside, but rather jolly nonetheless with festive events starting up. Noticed the two young ladies dressed as angels upstairs posing for photos of little ones in the big chairs!

Is Burger Magic etc still there...? Honestly, that was some place, way overpriced, veggie burger was reconstituted chips with onions and a bit of flour holding it together, then deep fried, drier than Gandhi's slipper...PORTION CONTROL! Extreme shysters that family, workers were solid though, had many a great night out with them.... Hail Hail wherever you are

Only went here because of Argos where I had to collect something. Although it was a Sunday afternoon it wasn't very busy except for the eateries. In fact I'm sure that the eating places are keeping this place going. The closure of Debenhams is a huge loss and lends itself to an empty sort of atmosphere that will be difficult to fill. Only from a personal point of view there is nothing in here now that would make me want to return.

Place is a ghost town, even nearing Christmas a lot of stores still closing early, most people there aren't even shopping in it they're walking through because if you're there for something specific its only gonna be one store in here you reluctantly check. And the food court is chaos with no queues and people just walking in out of nowhere.

How the mighty has fallen which is a shame. I used to look forward to trips to Castle Court Shopping Centre. It has lost a lot of shops over the years and to be honest it's now not worth going to. It's full of fast food outlets and coffee shops. Plenty of parking though so it's a good place to stop of for an hour or two to go into town.

I use to love going into this shopping 🛍 centre but I wouldn't really call it that anymore as it is either a feast or a famine. During the week the shops can look pitiful as the centre is empty and eery then at the weekend there may be an event on or time of year and it can be bustling. The shops aren't amazing either. Yes there's some nice shops but nothing you'd go in search of and once you've seen them once you've seen them 100 times. I think it needs a whole new revamp but thats just my opinion 🤔 🤷

Castle Court Shopping Centre is a beautiful and nice building with several shops in it. Located at the heart of Belfast (Belfast City Centre), Castle Court is one of the places to get what you need. It’s also not far from HSBC (a bank) and Ulster University. Nice place!

Ok spot. Past it's glory days in my opinion. Car Park is a good sizeand location but can be challenging at times to get a spot. Some good stores but it has lost some of it's big stores. Nice Cinema in it now though. Food Court is nice and open with a few outlets to choose. A few lifts were out of order last time I visited. Thankfully one still operation for the Pram. Carpark payment machines I feel are a bit antiquated, has a contactless interface which is troublesome and kept rejecting. Thankfully a fellow user worked it out and instructed us (Clearer instructions there folks).

Very well laid out shopping centre with lots of shops and a few banks I think. There's a food court on the first floor. It never feels overcrowded and i enjoy going in there to get away from the cold while shopping.

Always clean, well laid out and easy to find your way. The car park was surprisingly cheap so I was very happy about that. A nice variety of shops and food court is busy most of the time.

Crowded but full of life. Pretty much everything is available here but for me the food court was fabulous

We visited Belfast and CastleCourt but was a bit disappointing due to shop closures and a food court that was not very enticing. We did shop in the Entertainer, but made a quick exit after that. Although comments are negative, most shopping centres are in a similar state due to lack of business and shop closures. Covid measures apparent on our visit.

Signs are all over the place for toilets. Found some in the upstairs food court. Is only paid parking. Has a decent selection of shops. A few hoodlums hanging about causing security grief but outside of that it was nice

  • 3/5 Ryan R. 1 year ago on Google
Castle Court has the standard experience that any other shopping centre offers. Its weakness lies in its lack of an anchor tenant, the only tenants I can remember is the surplus of drug stores and holiday agents. The food court is convenient for me and my mates when we come into Belfast.

Very relaxed shopping centre, plenty of seats about for rests, coffee or just people watching. Very well run, toilets immaculate and maintained. Plenty of retailers to choose from. Very impressed by the running of it.

It has competition from Victoria square as to the best shopping centre and I don't really know who wins as they're quite different. However, this has been a place I have always visited in Belfast for many years and it is filled with a variety of shops. Clean inside, but the toilets can be hit or miss.

  • 5/5 Deborah H. 2 years ago on Google
The fresh pretzels are simply just amazing, the smell lured me to the stand in the middle of the shopping centre definitely a must if you are visiting

  • 5/5 paulo d. 9 months ago on Google
Very nice shopping centre in the centre of Belfast. We went inside because we were told by the free tour guide in the morning of the viewpoint at the top of the centre and the views of the whole of Belfast from up there so we went and we weren't disappointed. The shopping centre itself did seem very nice as well.

  • 3/5 Jonni G. 1 year ago on Google
Good shops with a great soft play area! I wish however there was a better selection of shops. Perhaps something like a shop for geeks, like myself or even a book shop? It's hard to say, but Castle Court is definitely missing something. But it is better than most shopping centres.

I visited the Avenue cinema and would not recommend it. They only sell tiny bottles of soft drinks which is bad enough but they over salt the popcorn so much I thought I was going to get kidney failure and this, I believe is so people buy more tiny bottles of soda.

If you are looking for women's clothes, you will be probably fine. There is a food court, toilets for free and it looks clean. There are security guards, parking, ATMs, and info desk. I wish there was another floor with some alternative shops.

  • 4/5 Dee D. 7 months ago on Google
It was a great place for a date night very nice interior a bit more expensive than most but the surrounding & atmosphere did make up for it the only negative part was the bar service was very slow and they mixed our food order up and it's so dark it was difficult to see if you would like a drink at the bar before the movie give yourself plenty of time before your film starts but overall definitely would go back

Starting to look a bit tired now. I hadn't been in a long time but you could definitely notice how it had gone a bit tired looking and the were quite a few empty units. Otherwise it was very good.

  • 4/5 Rosemary M. 3 months ago on Google • 17 reviews New
A lot better and brighter than Victoria Centre. Sadly many units are closing due to rent increases currently. I don't foresee a great future for this place if shops are having to shut down.

One way system to help keep the traffic flowing and maintain to social distancing. Good variety of stores inside, and a large food court on the second floor

  • 5/5 Maria 2 years ago on Google
It's a great place a varied amount of different shops something for everyone also a few different varied places to out aswell any of the shops I've been in the staff are great and are friendly that also goes for the food court places aswell. It's easily accessible and is ample parking also. The toilet facilities are pretty good too especially disabled toilet facilities. Would definitely recommend and be back again even my son who has Autism and ADHD likes it here.

Castle Court has parking and a great variety of shops under one roof also has a wide range of food outlets both takeaway and sit down available. Offers good access to the City centre, and great place to start a day's shopping in Belfast.

Nice and clean inside a few decent shops on there.

  • 3/5 Julieannne M. 1 year ago on Google
Very quiet. A dated shopping Mall with music that is too loud and 80's retro artists. All the shops are the same and nothing inspiring about it. Odd sofas at the exit which should be given over to a more meaningful space ..say for people to work with charging points desks chairs.

  • 2/5 Dave M. 2 years ago on Google
A large shopping centre in Belfast City which does little to entice one to stay and shop. Several of the bigger names have left over the years. Work going on near main entrance having entered. No great atmosphere. Food court remains to be almost the only attraction for families with plenty of choice. Gents toilets pretty grubby and unpleasant needing a major overhaul.

This place has been going to the dogs house for years. Not its just an eye sore. Lidl and B&M are luckily beside this shopping center. You will definitely find more in other High Street stores

Was on a quick visit to Belfast so didn't really shop here. It was a Saturday when I visited, so fairly business, especially the food court. No where to sit, so moved on. Shops seemed busy, especially the Charity ones

Not as good as it used to be. They've lost a lot of good shops

  • 1/5 hannah i. 1 year ago on Google
This shopping centre itself isn't bad though alot of shops closed down sadly! However the parking today was an absolute JOKE!! £9.50 AND IT WAS ONLY 4 HOURS PARKING! it was never that much! Such a disgrace the amount of cars that park in there they are making a mint daily. No need for the price of that. Its PURE GREED!!!!!!!!!

A very large shopping mall with about 5 levels at the very top there is floor where you can get good views of the City of Belfast. The mall is packed with the usual stores you find in a mall and lots more. The mall is also very clean and tidy.

Lovely Mall in city centre, got into car park, from drive down Shankill Road. From Cork so unfamiliar with area. Good timing lovely Food court on 3rd floor. Plenty choice and good value. Got down to other floors. Great selection of shops. Can't go wrong..Outside saw new rebuilt Primark. Beautiful.

Nice enough shopping mall and food court. Desperately needs more toilet facilities, as the queue for the women's is almost always mental, literally twenty minutes or more even if you don't take pity on pregnant folk or those with little kids and let them jump ahead.

  • 4/5 Nicolle 1 year ago on Google
Clean and friendly staff not great in the food court for gf except subway who are amazing! Shops are either great or awful not much of a selection and Debenhams being gone has made less of a selection. The parking here is extortionate
