The atmosphere is enchanting. Want to stay the whole day? Bring it on. This mall is an attraction within itself. From luxury designer brands to every day shopping needs, this is the place to be. Iconic sculptures and lush vegetation line the spacious pathways. Towering shops and gorgeous interior design create a gorgeous view as far as your eyes can see. The white brick, throughout the interior and exterior of the building itself, pulls your focus to the brightly colored displays at each window. The calming white noise of bustling storefronts and satisfied families and friends create a cheery atmosphere. I ate a wonderful meal, had a pleasant shopping spree, and a memorable walk around the structure to treat myself to a great day. The parking is plentiful both covered and open for rainy or hot days. The layout is intuitive for first timers and it feels safe and open here all day.

This is my most favorite mall in Dallas. I love their architectural interior designs. It’s huge and they have outlets of so many varieties of brands.

Very rich mall, very fancy. Hardly anyone was inside the expensive clothing stores though because nobody wants to pay that much 😂. It’s very pretty and decorative though in the hallways. I liked the cafeteria area on the second floor — has a lot of natural light, an area with trees that looked lovely, and a cool view. However, there was an area with these fountains that WERE pretty... but there were ducks and turtles there that SHOULD NOT BE THERE. That is definitely not the right water for them — there were COINS in the water! Not to mention that the turtles looked like the wanted to stay out of the water as much as possible and the ducks were literally just swimming in circles. No soil or soft, warm ground that wasn’t tiles for them to stand/sit on!

The NorthPark Center blows the Galleria Mall out of the water. North Park is extremely clean, and it is easy to see how well the staff does keeping the place spotless (even the floors). The plants and trees around the mall are also well kept. There is a wide range of stores you can find in the mall, and most of them are useful. The food court has solid options, and overall, the mall is pleasant to be in, even if you’re not purchasing anything.

Great mall especially for art lovers 'coz they usually have these art exhibits all around the mall. Tons of quality stores including luxury brands too. Parking is never an issue. They have multiple parking garages and outdoor parking too.

We are in a horrible heatwave in Texas. Temperatures are over 100 degrees and humidity is high too. We love to take our dogs to this wonderful dog-friendly upscale mall. We walk around several times, stop in some of the stores on occasion, eat lunch at one of the restaurants with a patio outside of the restaurant but inside the mall. There are many, many choices of places to eat or snack. Upstairs, there is a lovely food court. There are tons of opportunities for socialization of the dogs - we have met so many lovely people when there. Dogs are welcome in many of the stores. The mall is so clean and so beautiful. There is a beautiful outside garden area in the middle of the mall - it is too hot to fully enjoy it, but there are shady places so we usually stroll through to look at the beautiful landscaping. We always park in the parking garage that keeps the car nice and cool. There is security in the garage and maybe one of the nicest features are lights in the ceiling that indicate where there are parking spaces.

Retro mall with good vibes. The mall is very big, so prepare to spend plenty of time here walking and exploring. There’s an eataly here as well. Plenty of parking outside the mall. They have a lot of Christmas decorations up that are very cute. There are high end stores and speciality perfume and cologne stores that I like. Aesop, Jo Malone, diptyque, vuori, designer furniture stores.

I LOVE THIS MALL! We don't live in the Dallas area so everytime we visit, this is always a must stop! The ducks are my absolute favorite and can watch them for hours, along with the turtles. But there are a few things that make this mall stand out from the rest: The modern decor is calming. And the potted plants are exquisite. Truly. And they always have some sort of local art. Last time it was thousands of beautiful pictures. Have I said, I LOVE THIS MALL!

This is a large and high quality shopping center. ..first time visit for me, and it was nice even if it was just for a walk. Very accessible with a huge free parking, this mall is clean and safe..almost every brand and luxury boutiques are presented there, and very entertaining too with all these museum-quality art pieces all around the mall. For the dining part, there is a variety of restaurants, La madeleine country french café, La Pizza & La Pasta at Eataly ...and more. I Highly recomend this place.

Kate Weiser Chocolate are small, beautiful pieces of delicious art. If you are frugal, don't even bother! This is for individuals that appreciate the finer things. It is located in the atrium, next to Neiman Marcus.

Best small I've ever been to. Very clean wide selection of top brands. Safe and very stylish. I could go and spend all day just looking at the art work. The sculptures are not just hunks of material poorly put out. Every piece spoke to me and had something different than the last piece.

Went to see the trains. Nice thing to do on a day out. Has quite a few trains. Set is neat to look at as always. Admission is an ok price. Wish it was a larger display and a couple more different scale trains. Wasn't too crowded when we went but some days it could be. Not a whole lot of area to walk through. But it's neat.

I have been going to Northpark Center for many years and have many great memories and experiences. Unfortunately today was not a great experience. We were dropping off my wife's mother at her car in her handicapped spot since she is handicapped, and since the day was nearly over and there weren't many people around, I temporarily parked our vehicle in the dashed lines next to her car just so she could get out and we could say bye. I turned on the emergency lights just to be extra safe. As we were saying goodbye, her mother wanted to give my wife a gift from her trunk for Christmas real quick, but we were interrupted by a mall security officer in a golf cart who wanted me to move the car. I told him that I would move it in just a minute, we were just saying goodbye, and he started yelling at us repeatedly to move the car over and over. In the time that this yelling took, we would have been done and gone. He was incredibly rude to my wife and her mother, especially during the holiday season. I understand following the rules, but there needs to be a little customer service and hospitality as well. This mall security officer needs to learn manners and how to better deal with people.

Beautiful mall, currently with gorgeous flower displays throughout. A great place to go for a walk in the hot summertime! I would rate it a 5 star if they had more reasonably priced stores. Most stores are $$$ but it's still a very nice place to visit!

As a person who is not a big fan of malls, this place is still a good one to visit. It has one of the most diverse selection of retailers. They also include many art installations throughout the year which is always cool. The food options are also great here and it always has a good crowd. If you are looking for a pick-me-up definitely check out the I Love Juice Bar across the highway. It’s definitely worth the quick one minute trip.

The mall is pretty ridiculous! It's full of name brand stores that are completely overpriced! People seemed to be walking around, but most without any bags at all. I think people go to window shop. There are so many security guards at many of the stores. It's also very small!

Great mall! Many high end stores and surprisingly, the mall was very full and active! It was great seeing many individuals enjoying their day with family and friends. The stores were very nice and I did not notice any empty stores or stores that were shut down. We received exceptional services in each store, especially Dillards. There’s also a movie theater and the parking is very crowded. I believe the mall has 2-3 floors. We did not visit every store. This would be a great experience for the weekend with family!

I’ll call this a really nice and high end shopping mall. They have a ton of clothing stores, furniture store and high fashion brands. Definitely a great place to shop and eat and catch a movie at the AMC. Plenty of parking and easy access to Nordstrom and Eatly. Highly recommend.

Actually a really nice mall, would be even better if they weren't so scared of black people and assuming they aren't there to spend money. If that's their idea of a luxury shopping experience they can keep it. PS. if you don't "dress rich", Don't be surprised if the mall security follows you like you stole something.

The central hub of historic Dallas shopping with tons of modern shops. During Covid, it did feel overly crowded and the lines to get into the most popular stores had people standing closer than they would if they were simply to go shop inside the store. Overall, worth visiting to get that true metro Dallas vibe.

I like these place to walk and look around but today I came to see the deals but I found lot's of stores gone, honestly I didn't found much but still a great place to walk around and enjoy the fresh place, plus lots of new stores are comingto replace the ones the left. Game stop is gone, Disney store gone, Gap gone and even Sonic, my kids just to eat from sonic but other than that still a great place, still has Gucci, Coach, Michael Kors, Banana Republic, Dillard's, Macy's, Nordstrom and many other small stores plus the dinning, so yes still lots of stores to visit and the place it's pretty big.

I love this mall my girlfriends and I wanted to do some after Xmas shopping and it was awesome!!!!! My husband favorite store is Vineyard Vines we walked into this beautiful neat and inviting store. This store was so professional looking you couldn't help but shop. The salespersons were very friendly and helpful!!! One of the salesperson that helped me was Chris. Chris gave us the Vineyard first class service. I purchased three shirts and I told Chris it was my husband's birthday gift he graciously put them in a box and put a ribbon on it. My husband was so happy and surprised. Thank you so much Vineyard Vines for hiring such a professional and customer service oriented associate. I asked him could I take his pic and here we are!!!!I usually I shop online but shopping in the store was an awesome experience!!!!!

Northpark Center is like the epitome of a Luxury shopping experience, from boutiques to luxury brands you have it all here. There's an AMC movie theater in the second level, adjoining fast fashion brand - Zara. Additionally there's an open food court with a multifarious food outlets to choose from. The whole time, I have tumbled into multiple art installations around the mall and amazing flowers too. The mall is very spacious and has adequate parking. Northpark Center, Dallas is where people with deep pockets shop.

It's a super clean and great mall, but honestly the vibe was just too luxurious for a couple of teens wanting to go there and find some deals. About 75% of the mall was very high-end designer brands (like Louis Vuitton type stores). The vibe just felt very mature so it's more for people in their 20s and up.

Great food with great service from the bar view. Very clean and besr part everything is Truly Touchless. We arrived and left and never touched anything at all. And all was beautiful at Magionos. The big food portions got to stop. Your eyes get to look at these jumbo Texas plates and your stomack is full just from the appetizer...smh but was delicious. Just too too big...my goodness. No wonder we still have hunger in America Texas plates are Giant Plates smh so please help us all become healthier or serve such dishes in small, medium and Large lol look at the plate sizes folks. Look at the weather Forecast. Who is taking a nap after eating such JUMBO plates and the weather is just pouring and cold. Might as well get me a blanket with a fire place and a room. You can not drive you are so full and you can even take it home and eat for 3 days omg Texas must everything be JUMBO big lol...i enjoyed the experience but i had to share my 20 cents here lol

Parking is inconvenient and the thoroughfares are dangerous for pedestrians and other cars. Beyond that though, it is a clean and accessible mall. I do not actually shop here because there are no shops there that would make me regard it as a destination, but I do have to come here once a month for work. I particularly like the interior floral displays and many, many entrances into the mall.

I had a wonderful time here. There were a lot of people in the hallways when I visited so social distancing was difficult when in the halls but not impossible. Inside the stores distancing is easier because the staff do great jobs of managing that. It so cool that this mall has sculptures inside of it, some that move. There are interesting fountains and seating areas to relax after shopping. It's easy to navigate this mall, in my opinion. There are two levels and I found the second level is less traffic heavy so I stayed up there while exploring and dropped to the ground level when I saw a store I wanted to visit. Some stores have a line to waiting due to the pandemic. I found that this depends on the popularity of the store. All in all a great experience. I would go on a week day and at an odd hour so as to avoid lines and big crowds.

Very nice, pleasant, and lively mall for a quick shopping trip or to kill some time. Of the very many malls we have in North Texas I would put only three in the top category, NorthPark, Grapevine Mills, and Stonebriar.

This mall has a lot of variety and it keeps up with new experiences like the Dreamscape the VR adventure but also Dolby theater in AMC. They recently got Eatery and that place is amazing with three restaurants. The food court has enough places to eat on the fly or you can go to Seasons 52 for a more formal dinner. This is on top of Gucci, BOSS, as well as your dad to day shoppers of Macy's and H&M. The mall is super clean and the art along the halls gives it a nice touch. Love the seasonal art that always has you surprised everytime you visit.

Beautiful, but very crowded. Food court was jammed with business. Bromiliads and antheriums were spreading their color throughout.

First time visiting and I’m already in love with this beautiful mall!! Hope there were more ones like this in the metroplex…

I love this mall! There is a great mix of high end and every day stores. There are a lot of seasonal events and the issues with parking only exist around Christmas.

Amazing Shopping Center, It's a pretty big mall. Stores are constantly changing every year. Some leave and will go replaced by newer ones. The Square and Linear Layout can get confusing for some people

Nice upscale mall in North Dallas. Parking may be a challenge depending on which side of the building you are. Plenty of outlets but limited rest spots and restaurants. Play space for kids are not available so, don’t think of staying long if you are with kids. There’s a lego store though.

Clean mall a must if you want to shop around a lot of stores and if you are feeling hungry they have a great choice at the food court. Always hit this mall up because of the many stores they have and also because of the chicken place they have. Recommend this mall the parking is also a plus.

This place wasn't what I expected at all. Very upscale with a lot of high-end stores. It's not super crowded and is very clean. I will be back, I was a little overwhelmed with my surroundings. 🙃
