An mall offering most leading brands and spacious interiors and ample parking space save for an busy weekends. Though quite popular brands and varieties here, Decathlon, caught my attention. Food court with spacious seating arrangements. Neat and clean wash rooms and cleanliness maintained in mall. Only misleading point that though they are offering free wifi to all its customers, couldn’t access even once in our six hours shopping spree. A bait! A time well spent. Enjoy.

2023 October 3★ A two story shopping center with a few anchor stores including the supermarket within the same plaza. Inside, it feels like there are segmented districts one with an older feel (near the Tim's) and newer feel. It's ok. Lots of people at times.

Huge rush in the mall, no social distancing done. Too crowded. Huge wait lines at most of the stores. Parkings were full. Never go on a weekend when Christmas is coming. Even to meet the Santa, take prior appointment.

Best mall in the area. If your in the east end of York region and Go West up Hwy 7 you will find it turn into Queen St East. This two level mall is just East of Hwy 410 and if does not disappoint. It's full of great shops that are well known and well loved. The parking situation could be better but otherwise it's a really clean, large mall with lots of great shops.

Worst mall ever. It feels dingy, it’s dark, there’s bad customer service at most of the stores. They have low availability on most clothes and styles whereas other malls have larger stock and better selections. The quality of clothes here are mostly bad. Only place that sells nice clothes is guess. Sirens, forever 21 *clothes for teens and young persons age 18-25 * are pretty atrocious looking. Most of their clothes wash out easily and don’t stretch. I just want to understand why this mall hasn’t stepped their game up.

Best place for deals on clothes. I loved the place because of having Holister inside the premises. Pickle barrel is a nice place for drinks/food. A little expensive though but ambiance of the place is superb. They've couple of Indian restaurants like Rajdhani and Amaya. It's a must place for all of you folks.

A very good mall and pretty much most popular brands are out there. You can also find a good food chains. I often visit to shop for myself and family. Decathlon is the best sports center for all types of sporting good. Worth giving it a try. Huge parking space and not extremely crowded as like Eaton center. Enjoy

Issues with accessibility especially if going from metro into the mall. You got to go outside to reenter the mall portion as the silver bars prevent wheelchairs or even strollers going through.

It's a good mall to go or for Brampton people. And have so many options of different brands in the mall which is really good. But I would be happy to see or visit it more if they get more some famous brands in food sectors too, they have a lot no doubt But still if according to community interest if they can add some more business of different types of foods would be fascinating.

It's not the largest mall but large enough that a service desk would help. There used to be one here years ago but for some reason was removed, quite backwards. Proper static maps would be helpful as the touch screen ones are pretty gross, especially post covid. I was waiting to use one. The woman using it had a toddler in her arms, toddler had her finger up her nose, toddler then swiped around the map copying mom. How am I supposed to use it after that? I can't and without a proper map or service desk I just had to walk around until I found the store I needed.

I asked security today after we are getting seriously high covid cases, why they letting people walk around no masks. They said up to the stores if they served them. Hello, the door entrance states masks to be worn and properly. Simply, the mall don't care about you just your money. We left in discussed.

I got my baby’s first Christmas pictures done from here and was really disappointed with the services. The decorations are beautiful and the Santa was really nice 👍 but the pictures were not at all good. In all the pictures the head of Santa is cutting. I paid for a professional to take the pictures but I could have taken better pictures. On top of it the lady taking pictures was very rude. Plus its COVID time, she was constantly coughing 😮‍💨 which is not her fault but she was not wearing mask 😷 properly, her mask was way lower which was not covering her nose at all. I drove all the way from Orangeville to get my baby’s first Christmas pictures done because I always loved their setup but was really disappointed with the pictures. Feels like my money went to waste.

It's just a mall. I don't like malls very much, but if I must use the washroom or buy something I go here. Too many people, very slow walkers. I feel like a motorcycle zipping through traffic. There's a decent food court and a few store I would go to on the rare occasions. The people at the information desk as far as I can recall have always been nice, professional and helpful

Great mall, great location, parking is always available. I did a bit of shopping but what stands out is The Source store, all my issues were resolved and I walked out with excellent deals. Shout out to Miss Mona at the store, she gave me the best service possible, I'll probably drive down there whenever I need any electronics.

A go to mall that has mostly everything! Only thing I don't like is that there is no store dedicated to school and office supplies. It's a big mall with a slightly confused layout and not a whole lot of easy parking. But there are really good shops. Security on premises are good at their job I am overall happy with my visits to this mall, but sometimes you can spend too long here because of traffic getting in and out, as well as because of how busy it can be. Not much they can do about it though

One of the only place where you just buy anything. A lot of major brands and stores to choose from, decent food court. I love Decathlon at this location, do visit if you go to this mall. Remember this not an outlet mall, so prices will be higher compared to Toronto Outlet or Vaughn Mill mall. Lot of free parking space for everyone. I would love to visit again.

I have lived in Brampton since 1977 always close to this mall and remember when there were stores like Consumers Distributing, Sam the Record Man, Sam's Smoke Shop, Steak N Burger, a movie theater, a family restaurant, a video store where kids could play real pinball games in game consoles, Fairweather, Watch World and so much more. The mall had less parking spaces back then too. The Brampton Bus Terminal was in the underground where the Dollarama and Shoppers Drug Mart are located today. My how things have changed over the years. Still a great place to shop though.

This mall needs some serious work done. Its gone very downhill. There is alot of vacant spots, especially where Target used to be. The washrooms are always dirty and the tap/hand dryers things need to go. They don't work properly and you end up getting blasted in the face with air while trying to wash your hands. Keep the entrances more secure with Covid. There is mall walks everywhere and people coming in from the wrong entrances. It's annoying. Mall staff usually seems upset or miserable.. there is a few who are somewhat cheerful. Get some entertainment in this mall!

I’ve been shopping at this mall for over 20 years. I have seen it being developed from a small scale mall to a full service shopping experience. With everything from clothing stores, electronics, main stream retail to boutique style shops. They have banking facilities in the surrounding parking lot along with many different restaurant options and services for all of your needs! Bramley city centre has really become a one stop shop! Very clean and well-kept with loads of parking options. You can choose to park outside(ground level), in the four-story above ground parking garage or the underground parking garage located on the north east side of the mall facing Highway seven. There are many different options for entering and exiting the shopping center. However, during peak shopping times it can get quite busy trying to get in and out. To me, that is the sign of a good shopping center.

Used to love this mall but doesn’t seem like they’re enforcing indoor dining with proof of vaccination well. Yes, there’s security guards walking around but there’s practically no barriers to stop anyone from just having a seat… Square One seems to enforce it much better. Would have expected the same as they’re both owned by Cadillac Fairview.

Shopping is good but food court was extremely disappointing. In these times I would think cleaning would be first priority. It took me a long time to find someone to clean the table so we could sit and eat I've been to other malls and food court has visible cleaning staff and as soon as people get up you see the staff clean the tables. Some malls have signs so you see clean/dirty and know which tables were cleaned. This mall needs this implemented.

Love the city center. We stayed away until covid slowed down. But visiting yesterday was a nice change. The mall is clean, the security was helpful and the variety of stores and food is always 👌

I like this mall. The stores are well kept, there are a lot of parking options. The food court has many good options and the tables are kept clean. Most of the stores have great deals on right now and do their best to help keep us all covid safe.

Nothing much just as usual simple shopping center. Can go at free time. But not worth it to come from far.
