Mall divided into small floors, accessible by escalator or elevator. Eating dinner here? Better have your VAX card! Yup, just like every place in town! That is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars. This Texan appreciates health and safety, but it doesn't come at the cost of my liberties. Everyone has their own choice, I'm vaccinated but I shouldn't have to prove that to anyone.

Great mall with great stores! Coming from Michigan and seeing that the support animals are welcomed in the stores was very refreshing to see. I look forward to coming back.

Loved this mall more than the 900 N Michigan shops mall across the street. We parked in the 900 N Michigan shops garage though, and since we validated the parking ticket from one of the shops there, it was only 10$ for 3 hours. This mall is a total of 7 floors, lots of options for food and shopping! There are Adidas and Nike stores here which i like. Loved the pretzels from Auntie Annes. Chicago Sports Museum on the top most floor. The lego shop of floor 2 looked busy.

It's not the same exciting shopping mall where once it was similar to an afternoon traffic jam just to go up the escalators. Many of the shops have unfamiliar names. Whoever owns the place better hurry and do something like loweing rent before it becomes a relic or a high-end condo building!

Plenty of shopping to do.... just bring a lot of money 🤑 I found some good bargains and some rare item's. Almost one of a kind clothing for me and my family. It's nothing like having something that someone admires and you can respond with "I GOT IT FROM CHICAGO"!🥰

The mall is not as big as I though but it is easy to navigate around. We visited in December so the Christmas decorations were in place. They were very beautiful. There are a lot of trendy stuff.

I live in northern Indiana so malls around me are basically dead. We came for the Harry Potter experience but showed up early and had a look around. Definitely a good spot if you're looking to hit a lot of shopping in one building. I don't love that there aren't restrooms on each floor but there were enough just with a bit if a wait. There is a lot of signage with a QR code to scan and see a list of all of the shops and a map. It was insanely busy and I'm not sure if it's always like that or because it just so happened to be lollapalooza weekend. Definitely high traffic on the escalators and there was a serious wait if you needed an elevator (which doesn't stop on each floor).

I've never been to a mall that had more than two floors, so one with seven (7) ??!?? Is INSANE! For us, we only visited a handful of shops, but they were pretty spread out between the floors, and we didn't mind riding the escalators up and down a few times. I would definitely 100% recommend grabbing a shake from Jojo's, I'm pretty sure they're located on the main floor, or maybe the second? It was delicious and not that expensive. I wish we had one back where I live, because I would be buying them all the time 😅😅🤷🏻‍♀

This place has changed a lot. I’m sure if due to the pandemic. The bathrooms were really dirty, the mechanic stairs out of service, there is not enough places to eat so make sure you have your meal before you come in unless you want to have pretzels for lunch. It was not as busy but due to lack of people working around everything looks busy. It’s not well maintained anymore. A lot of places close. I used to enjoy coming here. Check your stores first make, prepare to deal with the crowd and lack do services, overall lower your expectations and you will be good to go. Don’t recommend it for kiddos anymore. Mine ended up eating in the floor at one of the levels.

I've only been there 1 other time and we came in through the parking doors in photos. She were met by a sales ladies for some insurance or something, kind of taken back. Set them up on a floor and not as soon as you walk in, Anyway we were heading to Victoria Secret and Sephora and Harry Carays to finish. VS store was ok , they seem a little under stocked and had a sweater & pant set ( Sweats ) the bottoms were on sale and the top to the same outfit was not ? ? ? IDK what's about, Sephora was better with a good choice of colognes, par fumes and make up sets & CBD items. Bought some CBD tightening cream and it's awesome for that and pain 1K mg THC. Great price too, then to Harry's and get this we knew the mandate for Vaccine Cards & ID so we were ready. The guys in front of us had them, but the guy said that his doctor was lying when he told him he had Covid just the other day? We ordered the Fajita Chicken Quesadillas and they were really good with some house sweet potatoes fries and finally a bar with Seagram I like 7&7 7up and Seagram. Wife ordered the soup and it was really good too. The bar was empty except for 1 person , we took a picture in the photo booth for $ 7 and turn out pretty good. Staff was nice could have been a little more attentive to the 3-4 tables , but still good.

Completed in 1869 Water Tower and Pumping Station survived the Chicago Fire of 1871 because of a German immigrant fireman, Frank Trautman, who covered the buildings with woolen blankets and discarded canvas sails and kept the covers soaked in lake water. Love it!

We came to The water tower place specifically for the American girl doll store. The mall inside was awesome! And the American Girl store was even better! Had an incredible time with our guests and two girls.

Came here for the Dr.Seuss experience and it was so much fun! There’s also easy access to all of the stores within the water tower. It was just very crowded when I went.

So, this mall is alright. Not too bad however nothing to write home about. Foot traffic was not awful and the food offerings were ok. Several stores were out of business which was a bummer

Cool place to visit, as you walk in you get a sense of the size, after all, there are 7 floors. There are plenty of stores to visit and the elevators were fun to take. We went during the Holidays, the decorations were pretty.

My bestie took me here while we were in Chicago for a concert. The museum was cool and had some cool games to play. Entry fee for the Sports museum was only $10. It was a beautiful, and a safe atmosphere. Tons of places to shop. I was watching the movie Fred Claus and during the scene where a bunch of Santa's were chasing Vince Vaughans character into a Toy's R US in that same building. I was like "Hey!! I was just there!" LOL We got lost trying to find the way out that we came in. One of the workers who was I think was waiting for her ride home while sitting at the bottom of a staircase chimed in when she could tell we were lost. She was super polite and explained to us how to get to the entrance we came in. Chicago gets a bad reputation from the media but there's amazing friendly people who live there. The woman working the sports museum Entry point was just as friendly. I love Chicago! Everytime I go there it's a different experience, but it's always positive.

I hadn’t been to the iconic Water Tower Place since pre-Covid. It was a ghost town. It was actually scary walking around the empty building that once housed all the best shops. It was a sad day. No food court, no stores & most of the 9th floor, professional suits, gone.

This place was great in times past, but there are major concerns with security. Was just there yesterday and I was assaulted by a man who didn’t speak english when I was going up the very slow escalator. Security is not present at critical spots of timed transit, only downstairs at the entrance. PLEASE especially during the holiday season heighten security so everyone can have a good time.

Fantastic mall! I love swinging by if I'm ever passing by or in the area. There are many great stores such as Adidas, forever 21, the Lego store, etc. The mall and all the stores are also always clean and we'll kept. The staff at all the stores and just in the mall itself are always great. Definitely worth a stop.

It's huge! Post pandemic opening review. It's busy. Many folks not wearing mask but it's okay. Those who want to are. 3 stars because stores are awesome. Staff are still restricting people which is good, however, there are 0 benches to sit. 0 hand sanitizer or wipes to wipe things down with. I was on the 2nd level and did not see any of these. Tables and chairs were only for snack shop customers which is fair however mall executives should consider this to accommodate those with diverse needs.

It’s been a while since I’ve been at the water tower. And by a while, I mean about eight years at least. Going back was very reminiscing. The food courts still have many delicious options. What I love the most was an art exhibit that has different types of art from several artists. Overall just a good place for a good time to spend with family and friends.

Water Tower Place is a good shopping complex on N. Michigan Ave. named after the historic Water Tower located just across the street. They have a fair range of retail shops and eateries as well as the Chicago Sports Museum on the 8th floor.

Drove to the city specifically to head to this mall for the MUAH cotton candy store. Found some other good stores to shop at as well. Only wish they were open later than 8pm on a Friday. Parking was easy and validated for a cheaper rate since we got there after 5pm. Even though we arrived at 6pm a lot of the stores were already closed, kinda weird.

A wonderful array of shops and a nice surprise find for new comers and visitors to the area. A good balance of clothing for different age groups; from youth teens to the mature shopper. Restrooms were clean and well kept. A pleasant respite from the bustle of Michigan Avenue.

Great place to shop and see many stores in the Water Tower place. Most major brands are in represented here. The food court isn't so bad either. This is a guilty pleasure. Most things are a little more expensive in here, what do you expect? Great location and high rents. For those with cars, there's an under ground garage, entrance is on the side of the building.

If you're looking for a good quality, you can check it out here! Even the staff would help you find the best for you because they already knew how good is the quality they were selling. It was my second time here and still the staff was accommodating me nicely. I got a new leather bag and I was planning to post it on my IG with the name of this location so that my friends could notice this place.

The only reason I don't love Pier 39 is the parking. Sometimes you get lucky, but sometimes trying to find a spot can be like finding one at college. Impossible. You have to pay for parking no matter what, but some of the restaurants on the Pier will validate. There are a ton of shops and restaurants on the Pier, but my favorite part has always been the Sea Lions.

I love this mall since I was a kid. We always went here after church with my parents and siblings. They had so many restaurants and clothing stores to choose from. The entire place is very tidy, even in their restrooms, and it was huge and spacious, too. This is a great place for food explorers and shopping goers. Hope they will stay longer so my kids will enjoy this place as I did.

There are lots of good options to shop at this shopping mall. I also like the carrefour here, it's massive and has a beautiful date counter and fresh juice counter where you can get fresh pomegranate and sugar cane juice. It was one of the oldest malls but better value than many of the shopping malls here.

Last week, I went to this shopping center to buy new stuff for myself. To my surprise, this mall was a big, stylish, and beautiful view. Even the staff was very accommodating, nice, and respectful to the customers like me. Honestly, I greatly love shopping in this mall, for it was satisfying and worth it at a reasonable price. I'll promise to come back. Thank you!

This place is really cute! i like the outdoor setting and it has a reasonable array of places to visit. What I enjoy most is on the weekends they have a farmers market. This is really cool because people who locally produce come here.. some of the tastiest jams I've.

Visited this shopping area for the first time in 2015, during my first trip to Chicago. I remember thinking how beautiful the Christmas decorations were (was November when I visited). My friend and I did some shopping and then had a nice dinner at the Cheesecake Factory.

Fun mall to go to and check out all the stores. i love seeing the water features and aesthetic. Very clean, beautiful, and modern with some elegance. The security guy greeted me and was very pleasant. If you have time or never been to Chicago. Go down Michigan Avenue and you won't be disappointed.

When it comes to providing products and services, this shopping center is unrivaled. I'm so thankful because this house really has it all. Food courts, boutiques, and a plethora of other services based on imported products are available. I had the best time here because the location was stunning and everything else, particularly for my family, was excellent. Strongly recommended!

My wife and I purchased a couch from your shopping mall. I could tell you provided outstanding service and high-quality merchandise. It was an excellent location for furnishing your new house. The sofa was incredibly comfy, and the design was lovely. Given their excellent product expertise and suggestions, the salesman has been quite patient with us! Excellent work!

It's been a long time since I came here. It changes a lot. The number of stall got increases. Many customers have come here before but now there are more customers. I enter one of the stalls and one girl is busy organizing the shelves. There is no staff at the counter. I ask her why she's alone. She said that they are on leave since its holiday. She needs money, that's why she worked today. She greets me when she sees me and leaves what she's doing to assist me. I just told her it's okay and continue what she's doing. A will call her if I need anything. While I'm choosing one, it got my attention. It looks pretty elegant although it is a plain white dress. I bought it and I called the girl. I paid it and I gave her a staff. She's grateful and happy.
