Cute mall. Some stores were closed. Some stores are open. Hit or miss in every store. There are two nail salons and they were both packed. They have a jumping trampoline for kids and food court.

Oh man. Coming straight from the sewer. They should move all the stores up near the food court and completely close off the other side of this disaster. Theres 1 big store left and who knows for how long. There's so many empty stores or even closed in Sunday stores it's pathetic. Even some stores from other malls don't even carry half the items. No movie theater, parking garage closed off do to no need. Went in 3 stores, they all said the place is barely alive.

We went to the All In Adventures Escape Rooms and paid $32 per person. We did the Zombie room and had a great time with the challenges. The staff lady was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the experience. At the end she even took a group picture so make sure you tip the lady! We also ate at the food court and the food was not bad for a food court and didn’t cost an arm and a leg. I had the Chicken/Shrimp Teriyaki for $11 and took half home because there was so much leftover. I even got buttered popcorn upstairs at the movie theater to take home. Not a bad night.

This mall should be shut down. Honestly, I have no idea how it is still in operation. Half the stores are gone. It had been going downhill, most likely due to the rise of online retailers, but this mall's demise has only accelerated since the pandemic. The people walking around this mall are trash. It has become a very dangerous place to shop. Fights break out frequently. And the homeless hang around outside the entrances and ask for money. There are far better places to shop brick and mortar. Not worth taking the risk for what little is left at this shopping center.

Went to 90's nails. Very professional, polite, attentive. They do very good work. I always go there to get my nails done. Besides nails, they also do body waxing I just found out. I knew they did eyebrows, face, etc., but they also do legs, arms, whatever else as well. I had my legs done. It was great. One stop for all the services I need.

Large mall complex, clean, bright, and rarely busy, so if you want to walk and shop without crowds, this may suit you. Food court and movie theater on upper floor, also ‘Burlington’ which has a bit of everything for those on a budget or seeking a bargain. Once upon a time, Waterbury had the ‘Naugatuck Valley Mall,’ but that is long gone. This shopping center, and the adjacent strip malls which add restaurants, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Michael’s Crafts, Five Below, TJ Maxx, Barnes & Nobel, and other shops make this a quick stop just off the exits of I-84 near downtown Waterbury.

After all of these years, I still wish that they had kept the original building design. It was much warmer and welcoming then. Now, if I have to go there for any reason, I buy what I need, and leave. If that was the designer's intention, they did a good job. Also, unfortunately, too many empty stores. Sales too low, or store rent too high, I don't know, but on top of it's unimaginative design and stark interior, it's a very impersonal place.

The mall stores and other side are great its sad when you cant shop or get out of your car without getting pestered agressively by panhandelers that tap your car or spit on it when you dont have cash to give..and when you call mall security they tell you, i dont have anyone to send call the police, That wont come within the time you are getting harrased. This mall needs better security to protect not only there shoppers but there employees also.hopefully before a tragedy happens.

Dangerous place to walk around. Don't feel safe. My last visit I was with my son no security at all. We saw a guy stealing clothes and ran outside the mall like a regular shopping day

It's fallen from it's graces from what I remember I loved Friday night when I'd head to the mall with my friends or even family and when you had a bit of money first place you wanted to go was the mall now ever since covid the mall look lost and forgotten it's sad what it's missing is entertainment useful stores just be better before you be no more and that will suck

Not a real mall! after 7pm good luck walking to your car in the dark , feels very unsafe the lights are horrible. Pan handlers in and out of the mall. Stores get robbed and employees don’t feel safe . Good luck calling security they never pick up and are always late to show up . There are NO CAMERAS in the parking lots so if your car gets stolen or something happens to you good luck! I believe the 5 star reviews on here are lies there’s no way this “mall” could get 5 stars . I had to edit my review because google will not show it… interesting

This mall has went down hill significantly. It has almost no stores left more quiosks then stores. Movie theater may or may not be in operation had been closed due to covid for some time. Be a miracle to see this place back to its original glory full of stores & restaurants. Almost all the big department stores are gone. Mall shopping is expensive and think be best if owner that just recently bought the mall thought of some other creative way to bring attraction back to it.

Is a good mall but most stores open past 11. So if u wanna come early or mid day to shop most stores r close. Also has chargers for hybrids. Not all of them work but most do.

I hate to see the malls empty very sad . It was a friend's cheat day for her diet so we went there for soft pretzels and frozen yogurt. Plus the wife bought clothes and shoes at JC Penney.

They really NEED to revamp this mall! so many stores have closed the only time worth visiting the mall is goimg to nail spot to get nails, feet , done or using the restroom!

I still like to go shopping. This mall, like many others, put the mom and pop stores out of business. Well, they're time has come, I'm afraid. The old mall should have been redone instead of building so close to downtown.

Took my future daughter-in-law here to clean her ring. When we left I noticed there was a lot of starving people outside that needed help.

👍👍 Starting on 01/01/2022, this has been my pharmacy on West Main and Thomaston Avenues. They worked all that day to get in medication for the infection I had from my leg surgery in November. I had an after Christmas doctor visit he put me back into the hospital, then. My body was rejecting the parts,...
