If you live in Indianapolis and would like some high fashion/ designer clothing, this is the place to go. It is beautiful and also have a great food court. Which constitutes of shake & shack. Some stores available at the mall are the apple store, gap, Micheal Kors, Louis Vuitton, Pandora, Nordstrom, and several others. Gucci and Nike just recently opened!!

Not a big mall, but the best Indianapolis has. Decent amount of stores and a nice food court. Since Simon Property Group (owner of the mall) is headquartered in Indianapolis, I would have expected more though as they have better malls in other cities.

Great shopping experience. Not too crowded and the staff were very helpful in each place that my friend and I visited. We visited: Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn, Restauration Hardware, and Sephora.

Mall was very clean and plenty of parking space for a Saturday. Loved the architecture too . Great stores , everything but water very nice swim suits , surprised to see aveda store , west elm , so many stores to shop very elegant things you would buy from every store .

This has to be one of the most confusing laid out malls I have been to. The selection of shops is amazing and you CAN get lost. Maybe that’s the marketing gimmick. I was quite surprised to see how few people were in the high end stores and the number of customer service agents at each location. Thankfully I ran into a security guard who aided me in escaping the mall. Who needs an escape room experience here? The mall was enough! I am sure I didn’t see the whole thing but I got what I needed and then some!

A fifteen year old birthday girls day out with friends was just perfect here! Shopping, Escalators, cheesecake, and fancy drinks! What a fancy mall!!

It was ok, it was stores I never seen before, it's only catered to Caucasians, there really isn't much diversity here.

This is probably the most expensive mall in Indiana. Or I should say they carry the top premier brands. Such as Louis V. And many others. I love the area, and it is connected to a parking garage that doesn't charge to park. And the fashion mall connects to the Sheraton by mariott hotel. Which is beautiful. I really like this mall.

I was able to experience the mall from a different aspect on Black Friday, my company displayed car in the mall to showcase our products. The mall employees were extremely easy to work with and even came in in the middle of the night to ensure the car got placed at exactly the right spot. Truly recommend working with the Fashion Mall and their entire team!

Nice mall with good stores and a great food court!! Plenty of seating available throughout the mall.

Stores are wonderful and varied. Great selection and the food court is the best. I kept getting lost and could not find the store my wife was looking for. In fact we eventually called the Louis Vuitton store and they gave us directions to walk to their store. Need better mapping system.

Cheesecake Factory is an awesome brand! We don't live in a city with this restaurant chain. It's that much more special. As we visited friends yesterday, each of us had delectable choices of cheesecake. I had Strawberry Cheesecake, my daughter had Dulce De Leche, my wife had Peanut Butter Cup Fudge Ripple Cheesecake, and friends had Lemon-Raspberry Cream. You should have seen their savory bites of awesome. I know what my next gift card should be!

Looking for a 'Special Gift' for my wife. Several good shops had items that were something special. I finally ordered what I wanted on-line. I think that most people know why. If not then purchase it today and have it today. A much better price if you can wait. You all have a Blessed Day.

It's been a while since I have been here. Nice and bright and easy to get around. Much expanded food court which goes along with the need for new clothes for the expanded waistlines from all the junk food. There were some bargains but not too many. All stores have help wanted signs which account for the reduced hours at most stores. Lots of empty store fronts. Guess don't need them if nobody leaves home.

The Fashion Mall is a great alternative for people who like to visit high end stores but don't want to go downtown. It's well spaced out, modern, and clean. It also hosts the Art Cinema, which specializes in small Independent Releases. At this time, quarantine procedures are being followed, and there are also reduced hours in light of COVID (and presumably severe staff shortages affecting the entire retail industry).

Very Big mall in the Locality and have all Brand showrooms . Clean and staff is very cool.

I love the mall but after an extensive Christmas shopping spree at Saks, I had to make 5 trips back out to my car to drop off bags which was at the very edge of the parking lot. Parking is always a hassle but I never have had to do this in previous years due to the valet company that’s usually there during the holidays. They always provide amazing service and even help me with my bags. VALET IS A MUST, especially if you want to maintain high value clientele. Hopefully we see them again this holiday season 🙏

Brands styles of clothes, they have apple store, different varieties or options of foods in the foodcourts. The inside the architectures are unique.

It’s a nice mall with great kids spots. Today I was really surprised to find that there isn’t actually recycling anywhere in the mall. That’s kind of unfortunate and I think surprising given the target market.

A great mall for shopping, site seeing, and eating out. Very well loaded if you the bucks to spend.

Great place to shop with a variety of shops and eateries. A little on the pricey side but most of what you get is great quality products and will be worth the extra penny. Great customer service from every shop and small retailer. Will be back!

This mall is an excellent destination for purchasing designer and brand name items. Although it can get crowded on weekends, there are ample parking spaces available. Decent restaurants near by.

Wow! If you want all the high-end stores together in one place and never want to leave, this is the place. It's definitely a place for wealth to be spent. I'm not sure that 95% of the stores here are affordable to most. So if you are coming to shop at this beautiful mall, keep in mind you will be going out without a couple hundred ( thousands) out of your poquet.

I went Black Friday shopping yesterday and the parking was horrible. I had to walk all the way across the parking lot which is scary for me as a woman carrying bags. Definitely need valet like the past 5 years I’ve shopped here.

Not sure what happened this past Friday, but I had to drop off my sister and her friends because the parking was so bad. Where is the valet??? I have used them on Black Friday for several years. They usually help me with all the bags we have. Unfortunately, I had to be more of a spectator then a participant... Very disappointment

Fun to go to! I love HoiTeaToiTea, sweet green, lush,the loose leaf tea shop, etc there! Although it is definitely a mainstream fashion mall, which is fine, but I have an alternative fashion style. The clothes stores are also very expensive (especially the back part but those are luxury brands so it is to be expected), I just wouldn't go there again for the clothes but definitely would for the food, tea, skin care and bath shops!!

We always enjoy driving from New Castle to be able to do some shopping or just walking around and admiring all the new items we want (lol) before walking to my favorite place around to eat— the Cheesecake Factory !! Typically we will sit down to enjoy at least a drink and each others company but I try to make sure I haven’t eaten (dont want to waste it) so that we can get dinner and a piece of cheesecake to go .. red velvet is my favorite!!! And our drinks are a strawberry daiquiri!! Happy 40th Bday to me!!

The Fashion Mall and Clay Terrace are the only clean shopping areas left on the north side. Has a great selection of stores and food places for a wide range of budgets.

Keystone Mall is nice it has a lot of nice stores I just wish that it had more classy stores so we had more choice of getting more items instead of going on line or traveling to another state for exclusive brands. But other than that I love how it’s growing 👏🏻♥️♥️

Had a blast wasting time at this mall while on a business trip. After a long day of meetings this beautiful mall was a sweet reprieve. Lots of great energy here! 5 stars mall experience in my book and I’d definitely come visit again if I’m ever in your state! 😝

Beautiful mall. Great variety of stores and restaurants. Parking lot is crazy, but once we found a spot we had a nice time. Very clean and bright. Nice place to window shop and just stroll.

Nicest (and safest) mall in Indiana. Definitely the most upscale shopping center in terms of offering the nicest stores/brands (Nordstrom, Saks, Apple store, etc.). It also has a nice food court. If you're shopping here, you're likely going to spend a lot of money or are there for a rare treat.

After spending 45 minutes in line with my 2 year, who only wanted 2 min with Santa, they told us they were taking any more walk-ups. Instead of planning properly and closing the line to ensure the customers who waited were served, they wasted our time and more importantly disappointed my child who couldn’t understand why Santa wouldn’t see her after she watched a bunch of other kids get to see Santa. Extremely disappointing for a business that’s supposed to be a premium experience but felt more like dollar general.

We were visiting from out of state and while the shopping was great, there were no high chairs in the food court. This seems odd for any establishment these days. The sit down restaurants had them, but wouldn’t let us borrow any for “safety reasons”.

Very delicious, we had the meatloaf dinner My son had the Italian trio, we had the nachos for the appetizer which was delicious the meatloaf could have used more gravy it was a little dry. The trio was very good fettuccine was a little lacking flavor. Our waitress was amazing and of course the cheesecake what can you say awesomeness.

Great place to shop. We went to the grand opening of the LEVIS store. You can customize your jeans and clothes with classic and new trending patches.....great idea. My girls loved it

This mall is especially great for fashionable clothes. I have been going to this malls for the past 15 years and they continue to grow and lease out to top fashion brands across the world. Great selection of clothes, and great food at the food court. Parking is convenient. What more could you ask for? It’s great.

Beautiful mall, and huge! Has a lot of luxury brands as long as a few more affordable options. Very clean and friendly staff. However, there are not enouh restrooms!!! And the ones that do exist are tiny! The only large restroom is the one in the food court, rather than that, good luck.

First let’s review The Cheesecake Factory, this restaurant is Amazing! Clean, Covid-19 aware, and the servers are knowledgeable and friendly! Food was fresh, well cooked and the presentation was great! Patrick was in awe of the quantity of food! The price is perfect for for quantity and quantity!! He finally had a Malibu Rum and Coke that in his words, “is perfect!” For entrance to exit the experience was amazing! We’ll be back!!

Very large variety of clothing. From casual to high end clothing. Food court is pretty small. The title of the mall definitely fits what it provides. There is a good amount of parking too and it's in a nice suburb of Indianapolis.

came for Sunday lunch at the cheesecake factory. very busy because of lunch hour rush so i can’t really complain about the extended time it took to get our food. i saw how full the place was. waitress was very nice and friendly so we left her a big tip. food there is hot or miss so you have to know what is good to eat on the menu, they just tell you that everything is delicious s you have to figure out on your own. huge portion sizes, had to pack to-go. nice place, will return soon
