Words can’t begin to describe how horrible this experience has been. It began when I made a reservation for 5:45 pm on a Wednesday, only to arrive and be informed that the company has these employees taking in walk ins at the same frequency as reservations. It took three hours to get our turn to see Santa. Three hours in a line that was longer than the walk in line, after making a reservation, makes zero sense. After having to suffer through the line with an extremely hungry but promised five year old. It was finally her turn, and though Santa was great, our pictures were terrible. This was clearly extremely understaffed, with the same person taking each group up and down, then to the picture kiosk. There we were met with a few picture print outs that were bad, we never were explained the way the picture packages were structured out, we were rushed and pushed into purchasing all the digits. Only told 43 dollars for a print out or 53 dollars for the digitals. The whole experience was an absolute disaster. Reviewing the digitals we have not one usable photo. Our child was even cropped out of many of the photos. This has been the biggest scam and a disgusting experience that should of been magical for children.

My favorite shopping mall❤️ They will change the decorations according to different seasons. September 15- October 14 “The Selfie Studio: Decades tour” is amazing, very cute!!! Very suitable for inviting friends to take photos and go shopping together💕

What a mall! It's huge! Three levels and instead of just walking to one end 🔚 and then crossing 🚸 over to the other side, 🎵"Break on through to the other side 🎵!", oops 😬! Sorry 😐! There is a section that veers off to the side. We only did two 🕑 levels and each had something different besides the stores. Great architecture and decorations. Art exhibit on one of the levels. Carpeting in one section. Wood panel floors another. Lighting in the mall went from mood to very bright 😎. Bathroom my son and I used was very nice. Large wooden looking doors. Bathroom was in good shape. Macy's and Dave and Buster's stood out in remembering my visit, but, this is the first 🥇 time I've seen a Tesla dealership and an Amazon store. Food vendors located throughout the Mall. We entered from level C through the huge food court. Lots of 🪑 seating, including huge tables. Multiple parking 🅿️ areas with electronic signs indicating available capacity for parking 🅿️. A charging station 🚉⚡ for hybrid 🚗 cars. Elevator in the parking 🅿️ garage. The parking garage shook when a vehicle drove by. Don't jump, you might bang your head on a metal support. My daughter became tired of walking and my son wanted pizza 🍕. My friend, she was 🌬️ blown away by the size of the mall. Very crowded inside. Hand 🧤 sanitizer available at the food court and entrances. I'm going back 🔙 on my own to explore. Update: Friday afternoon, June 2021; I found the artwork exhibit and it's local 🎨 artists and available for purchase. I liked it! Seating has returned. You are able to charge your phone 📱 at several places.

Clean, nice and fantastic place for shopping! Huge and lots of spaces to hang out with friends and even families! You'll find almost all the brands over there but some of them close early on weekends like ZARA (close 6pm) but overall you'll love it in your first visit!

Great higher end mall with tons of stores form brands and companies you know and shop. Well worth the 20-40 minute(depends on time of day and traffic) drive from downtown Boston to here.

First time at natick mall. It’s probably the biggest mall I have ever been to, I’m pretty sure it’s bigger than providence place mall but not 100% sure. They have every store you could imagine. Lots of parking.

This place is nice but in my opinion too big for it's own good. I noticed the stores in there are mainly top brand designer clothing, more affordable for the upper class crowd and is very expensive. There are a few places that are affordable for the middle class. This just wasn't what I expected.

ITS NOT PET FRIENDLY! We bring our pet to the mall cause we’ve seen many pets are allowed and hanging around with their owners having fun. It turned out we are kicked out of the mall by security , even that we kept our pet in a stroller all the time and not bothered to anyone around.

Feb2023: 4⭐: I could recommend this mall location. I stopped by this location as a result of looking for a specific store. I decided to check out the floor space of this mall since I was already here looking for what I wanted to get. It appears that the area was not full of people shopping nor was the downstairs parking areas busy with vehicles trying to park.

The mall has a lot of fun places for kids and families like Level 99 and Dave and Busters. The food court is pretty large too if you're looking to get a quick bite. Multiple floors to this mall and tons of stores! It was clean and felt more upscale than others in the area. There is a parking garage on site which makes it easy to find parking even though it gets very busy here especially on the weekend.

Large mall. Very well done layout, spacious and has all the little things you would need in a space like this. Plenty of brands on campus, from Macy's to Nordstrom. Apart from speciality restaurants, there is also a food court with a good veriety of options. Crowded on weekends, so plan your visit accordingly.

Nice looking mall, but you need better navigation. No too many stairs. The escalator to the food court was broken and it took me a while to find a way up there.

Malls have been dying cause of online shopping. You can't stop progress. This mall continues to thrive with new ideas to attract visitors. It is a very nice place to shop. Many new stores. And many fun attractions to enjoy. The food court is clean and spacious. They also have a nice selection of restaurants to choose from.

At least half of the people in this crowded mall weren’t wearing masks. I left immediately and will not return. I want to leave a warning for anyone else who expects better public health measures at this stage of the pandemic.

The Natick Mall is a very cool mall! Shops for just about anything you're looking for, even grocery (Wegmans). Decent size food court altho limited on variety of foods. Cool decor throughout the mall. Restrooms were clean and spacious. Loads of parking. Quick to right of off the Massachusetts turnpike.

This is my favorite shopping mall in Massachusetts. There is so much to do, so much to see at this place. When you feel like youve seen it all, there always seems to be more stores to check out! I will be coming back whenever Dave and Busters is reopened.

Excellent place for shopping 🛍️ plenty of branded shops beautifully decorated for Christmas ⛄🎄 and New year Eve. Huge parking place infront and also two floors of paid parking. Wheelchair access is there in the parking lot and also access to the shops. Shops are located on two floors and it has a separate eating places too. Escalators and steps take one to the top floor. Covid19 protocol strictly followed. Social distancing maintained. Distance between the customers maintained while entering and also exiting. Hand sanitizer kept in handy every where. Masks are compulsory. Credit cards accepted. Plenty of discount sales are going on in almost all the shops. It was pretty over crowded.

I used to work at this mall. Covid has definitely impacted a lot. However, this is one of the best malls in Massachusetts overall even after having lost some vendors. Definitely recommend spending a full shopping day here as there are many stores & the mall is huge!

Nice clean mall, tons of variety in high end and niche shops, the reason for the 3 star is that more then half the places in the mall close well before the time either the mall closes or they themselves have posted.

Hadn't been there in a while. Mostly popular with higher end stores. What makes it stand out is the grocery store that is one of the anchors of the mall. Small food court, mostly Asian foods. Other options to eat though, including a burger place inside the grocery store. They also offer other take out items.

A vibrant shopping mall with everything you might want! Have visited here several times from out of town, and have had great experiences. It's busy, unlike some of the dying malls in other parts of the country. Spend the day there. Get some gelato from the stand on the upper level, and have a great time, even if only browsing!

Do you like free water from water fountains? This is not the mall for you. Both that I found were broken. Signage for bathrooms is very difficult to see depending on what angle you are looking at. Everything else was fine, just fix the water fountains and you’ll make this sustainable single use cup chick happy.

The Natick Mall is my favorite out of all the malls in MA and NH. It has a huge variety of stores and lots of things to look at. My kids love the ramps with the fountains. We all love the Tesla store, too. My only complaint is that the food court doesn't have enough options, has a small seating area, and generally just seems dingy.

I went for the cheesecake factory, unfortunately, after we were seated at the restaurant, no one came to serve us, after 25 minutes of waiting, i asked the front desk for help. 10 to 15 minutes later we had our waiter. Why were we willing wait you ask, we drove about 45 mins to get there, but I'm definitely questioning that life choice.

This mall is an interesting one to review. On the one hand, it's the largest mall in new england, offers a very wide selection of variety of stores from expensive tastes to inexpensive ones.. but because it's not a national chain owned Mall, it sets its own hours, and the hours post covid are limited. It's really tough to get here and shop after work.

A real mall that is thriving. Entertainment, food, and shops. Some is high end pricey, others are more reasonable. We went for Level 99, but did some shopping as well. Lots of parking available. Areas seemed maintained and cleaned. Some leaking from the roof due to all the rain, not sure if that's an ongoing issue or new.

100% would recommend coming to this mall as a disabled person. The wheelchairs are FREE and they bring them to you as well as pick them up when you leave. Level 99 is an AWESOME place to bring your family especially older teens to adults. My older ones loved it my 5 year old struggled and needed a lot of help. Good thing Dave and busters is literally next door for her! The mall is a decent size, smaller food court area but the location of this small is also very close to many other stores it's a good spot.

This is an excellent mall. Sadly malls are failing institutes as I see many die out and lose businesses and foot traffic. Natick is alive and well. There are some really fancy shops there that likely can pay high rents that help keep it going. There is a good atmosphere with attractive decorations and some fun interactive things for kids too!

Large mall with plenty of shopping options. Location is conveniently off the highways and getting in and out is fairly easy. There is plenty of free parking available but getting parking close to the entrance/exit is hard because it's always super busy. Covered parking is also available. Good range of shopping options including Macy's and other large stores. Dave and Busters also provides good entertainment. There are a few restaurants around on rt 9 and the malls food court also has decent options. Overall satisfactory shopping experience.

Overwhelming. It's like a mall from a TV show set in L.A. The first time I ever felt old was when I went there... In my twenties. If you've been there before, you might remember when they added the "fancy" wing in the late aughts. It's ALL like that now. Mind you, Solomon Pond is a damn post-apocalyptic wasteland, with maybe seven stores open on a good day, so you're screwed either way. COVID ruined malls. All hail Amazon. Stay home, brothers and sisters. Stay home.

Beautiful mall, very big. Feels empty but I don’t mind that. Nice selection of stores. Love the seating area called the vibe that they created. Will go back for sure next time I’m in the area.

Plenty of parking, well maintained common areas, bathrooms are well organized, and plenty of shops. Would be nice if there were more activities or leisure shops.

A slightly more modern view of the mall, although parking is pretty dismal and isn't always clear how to get to the main mall from the parking spaces down below. Outside parking is somewhat easier to navigate. Inside you have a lot of different stores including an Apple store, a number of mid to high end consumer stores and specialty stores like Miniso.

Natick Mall is a beautiful mall to visit on weekends and spending time here is worth if you are shopping for pleasure...It is highly decorated for any given season and not to be missed if you need anything particular to shop around for innovation...
