The Inland Center is a medium sized mall that has one large single floor for all the shops, eateries, and the Department stores Macy's and JCPenny's. They have a beautiful and spacious food court with lots of plants and available seating. They have a Panda Express and Great Khans among other restaurants and they have most of the common shops like H&M, Hot Topic, Victoria's Secret, Foot Locker, etc. They just opened a new Pro Image Sports near Macy's and it's pretty cool. I like shopping at this mall since it's generally not too crowded and opens early. They have lots of parking as well. 5 stars.

Scary how much it's changed over the years. Used to be the place to go when I was a kid, then take my kid to when they were kids. Now it's one of those places that you really not too sure about walking in the parking lot alone. We were pleased to be able to find hickory farms still in one of those little pop-up places in the middle for some last minute Christmas shopping. We hadn't been here in probably 5 years and just thought let's give it a try. Just sad thinking of the memories of how wonderful this place used to be and unfortunately how much it's gone downhill.

Good, quick hallway shopping. Need a few better stores. Seems to have stores close down more than they bring in good ones. Plenty of opportunities for growth. The food court is pretty good. The coffee shop inside is also very good. A whole lot of parking is available and nice that is has plenty of entrances.

Ehh it's not too bad of a mall been coming here since I was kid. Grew up coming here it's was better back in the day when it had stores such as sears, sears auto center and sears service store which is around the corner but overtime it completely came down it's looks like it's surviving but the mall ain't the same

This place could be so so so much better. I say this with the utmost sincerity. I speak in no way to bash the business. I'm all for anything that's thriving in my home city of San Bernardino. My city has fallen greatly as of late, I honestly think they could do so much more to bring the energy of prosperity to the I.E. San Bernardino is supposed to be a Crown Jewel of the Empire. I'm sure the building is beyond old from an architectural standpoint. There may not be much money invested for renovations. However, people will leave home for an experience. Give me glamor, give me style, give me whimsical tapestry and lighting, give me an experience that is worth stepping out of my comfort zone for. True there are awesome retailers in this Mall and it's possible to draw more. The shoe stores, jewelry stores and clothing stores hold their own with quality. Petition other top notch retailers, add a large fish tank in the center, place a stage in the center of the food court and allow local and branded talent to perform. Paint the building, put up a sign visible from the freeway that draws my attention. As I said, I love this city and patronize the businesses that are thriving to help with increasing business. Please don't take what I'm saying as shade or a slight in any way, but encouragement to push and build... To the future and more success... To abundance! Love

Had to go to lenscrafters. They were very helpful. They have cut way down on the volume of glasses they used to carry, but the store was very neat and clean. The personal was nice.

UK resident visiting. The mall seemed pretty good. Although, I only went looking for trainers as there was a footlocker. Which had a really bad selection of Nike air max 90s.

I like that it's not too big of a mall but yet you still have the stuff you want from a mall. They have a new "French fry" spot to eat where they serve plates like loaded fries . Super good and sweet staff and the portions are definitely enough for 2 people! IMO it's a bit pricey but isn't everything now n days. Will bring my husband next time for sure . This place also seems really clean kept. And I don't see and troublemakers while I was there👍

There is really something for everyone here, the parking is usually really open and places aren't too packed. The halls of the Inland center are wide to accommodate many people and are usually in good condition.

Nice mall with a good number of relevant stores. Had plenty of stores for us to look at and explore, along with great food to go with it. We love the Great Khans Mongolian Grill, which was the main reason for our visit but we also stopped and got some great pretzels to go along with it.

An average small mall constructed in a plus sign " + " that leads to 3 different outlet at the end Macy, forever 21, and the entrance. Sears is now officially closed so that end is shut. You'll find your typical mall shops, with a food court when needed to eat and the rest filled with sweet shops, apparel, and electronics fixtures.

Came here looking for the EDD workforce office. Walked the whole mall. Was no where to be found. Finally asked the security guard he says go out Macy's turn left follow it around the back and you will see cars. Well I did find it it was on the other side if the mall on the outside it can not be accessed through the mall at all. Go past Macy's and keep going towards your left. You will see it. The girl who works at the front desk and the security guard were extremely helpful and happy to see me. I was the only person besides them that had walked into the building that day apparently. So keep following the mall around you will find it

Loved the variety of stores that are here and that the employees in every store we visited were friendly. The food court area is pretty small though compared to other malls we've been to and didn't have a lot of options. The mall was very clean and not crowded at the time we were there.

  • 5/5 Ana K. 2 years ago on Google
It's the only Mall that won't be super ultra mega pack around the holidays. Like you can actually walk through the halls without crowds pushing & feeling strangers all close and personal. Lol no but seriously. You won't find as much variety as the extra crowded malls but you'll definitely find something you like. Also clean and easy close parking like 90% of the time.

I like this mall.we always come here ,it's closest to were we live. Only think I don't like is they don't have a Starbucks and as soon as you walk in there is a HUGE empty store. I would prefer to have sensei Japan or Osaka Japan food here like in other malls.id come more frequently...it's what I loved about stone wood mall and Tyler at galleria mall.

It's definitely not the biggest mall but that's what is good about the Inland Center. There are a good variety of useful stores, from clothing to watch repair. You can get cell phones from a few different providers here. If you break your phone you can get it repaired here. There's a good food court that has a good selection of things to eat. Check it out.

  • 3/5 Robert J. 1 year ago on Google
Looks like you guys have a lot of work to do here. There are leaks coming from visible pipes in multiple locations through the mall, and your mall TVs are stuck on a single commercial loop blasting a horrible bass line into the air. I couldn't even make it through my lunch and sit in the food court over that nonstop noise. You want customers, get some shops and take care of your facilities. Edit as a response to Inland Centers response: thank you for your attention to these matters. I haven't been back since my review, but I will tenetively bump your rating up to 3 stars, as I appreciate your feedback, and hopefully have a chance to bump it up to 5 stars on my next visit.

I couldn't believe how ghetto the carpet was lol! Also that store Spencer's which once was very interesting to me sells Wicca and dark material such as a Ouija board. If you don't have enough problems let me show you that it's really aggressive with those type of comments (thoughts) and mess with this stuff, you will open the biggest can of 🪱 you've ever imagined!

My girlfriend and I go there(inland center) whether we're shopping or grabbing bites,drinks... Great employees working there,my girlfriend is deaf and I'm hearing impaired(I can talk& sign language as well) they're friendly and able to communicate with us while I'm interpreting my girlfriend, she can lip-read. We enjoy going there and it's only 5 minutes from our home 👍🏻

It's alright. Need more selection of shopping but it is what it is. The kid area is a pandemic zone. Every I've taken my son to play there.. 3 times.. we have gotten the stomach flu. It reeks of feet and vomit. "Parents" don't supervise their kids, just drop them off and shop.

In the heart of SB however the mall has friendly associates and good shops. The food court always smells yummy while walking up and through the mall. There's a little carousel that my daughter's love. Just a walk through the mall a carousel ride and lunch at the food court and it's time well spent w some great extras to take home.

Nice mall with many stores still open along with a giant arcade, gym and theatre. Mall is kept clean and well maintained except for the escalators and elevators so be cautious using them.

  • 3/5 Jason A. 11 months ago on Google
Well, the outside of this mall is for a lack of better words, ghetto. But surprisingly, the inside was pretty nice. If this center was in any other city it would probably be 100 times better. The only reason I went here was to visit Hot Topic for an in-store pickup because the store in Moreno Valley did not have the items I wanted in stock. San Bernardino has really gone down hill in the last 20 years. This recent visit was the first time I have been back to that mall in 27 years! I won't be going back because I don't like the area.

Mainly go here to charge my car. There's about 7-8 places to choose to eat at in the food court. There's a Macys, and JCPENNEY as well. Lots of jewelry stores and show stores. Not a bag place to check out. Little bit of everything.

  • 3/5 Tif Vanity (. 1 year ago on Google
It's a small mall for sure. Lots of stores have been closed down. It's an okay mall to go too of your just bored and want to shop at whatever stores they have left to shop at. But the bathrooms are disgusting, and the place looks deserted at times, and watch your kids. It gets busy around holiday season and kids always get lost.

  • 4/5 Jessica A. 11 months ago on Google
Looks super creepy and run down on the outside. Inside is a hidden gem! Open and spacious with lots of stores. We were pleasantly surprised!

Haven't been here in a very long time. Love spending time with my wife. It's still a decent mall with some cool stores. Hot topic and Spencer's among others. Good place just to hang out and shop.
