This mall has been remodeled. It is beautiful. The food court is inviting. It has a fire place in the Winter. Kids love this mall. The bathrooms are beautiful and clean. Lot’s of stores to choose from!!!

They have done many upgrades to this mall over the years. Now it is beautiful! There are places to walk inside, and my favorite restaurant Panera Bread is on the outside. They also have lots of other restaurants nearby to visit. Sadly, series has closed, but there is a covid vaccination site right in the west parking lot.

This is a great place to hangout even if you have no intention of shopping. The, atmosphere is just full of energy and is a great place to be. Shopping is great, with lots of stores that would take long time. Large variety in major brands. Though the prices are pretty much regular, but you can get the latest fashion out of here.

Absolutely love this mall. It’s a staple of our community that’s been around for decades. It’s evolved over the years with changing of department stores and smaller ones too, but I still enjoy it. It’s such a great option to walk around for some exercise when it’s too hot or cold outside.

I love going to the mall! This place really cares about safety and entertainment.

My husband & I went here to go to Seaquest...the interactive aquarium inside the plaza. We really enjoyed this place especially the private Sugar Glider interaction. Definitely worth checking out... especially with kids!

At one time this was the biggest and grandest mall west of the Mississippi. I remember it opening in the mid 80's. After 35 years it was dated and needed updates to compete with other malls. I think the recent remodeling / updates are actually worse than where they started.

Best mall in South Denver, by a mile...So many things for kids to do all throughout the mall and plenty of things for adults as well including Escape Room, Bowling, Arcade and shops. Great spot to bring little kids for a rainy/snowy/hot day.

I love the Southwest Plaza. They did a beautiful rehab/update a few years back. it is clean, safe, and so much to choose from. I will always go back!

Nice mall that’s pretty modern and clean. It has a neat farmers market of sorts it in. Sadly a lot of places inside have closed up shop as is the trend across America.

Southwest Plaza is slowly dying as a mall, but I still like to go to the Dillard's store, which is quite large. I also visit the Makers Market, which has a number of small booths where individual crafts-people sell specialty items, many of which are hand-made. It is a good place to get unique gifts such as Alpaca socks, homemade preserves, or Christmas decorations.

Well lite on the inside. Directory needs updated, took a bunch of walking around to find the store we came for. Hats off to housekeeping staff, everything in common areas and restrooms was super clean.

Only a matter of time until this place is abandoned. All the stores there are empty, or ran by shady businesses owners. There’s absolutely no way I’d let my kid bounce on the trampolines by a guy that’s more focused on his phone. This place is GROSS

We love this mall, nice shops and easy parking. Security is great and never hostile, Cheesecake Factory is a great touch and the food court actually has great options. Restrooms are clean and well kept.

I will give it a 5 star because it was just right for all the younger children, but some of the rides my other grandchildren did enjoy, ages 14 and 16 . The old teens and adults will enjoy the games. Only thing was maybe they should have some more rides for your teens and adults to enjoy. I enjoy watching my 6 year old granddaughter have a blast and the other best and smartest thing to do was to buy the wrist bands, 4 wristbands for$75 dollars, or, you pay $45 dollars for 60 tickets. The problem is most of the rides were4/5 tickets and belleave me that went fast. With the wrist band kids, teens, adults can ride until they drop. 😆 I say adults because if your child doesn't want to ride with out you or you must ride with your child because he or she is not tall enough and you will have to pay inorder to ride with your child or children. The funeral cake and the green Caramel Apple was delicious. And the Carnival does take debit and credit. I hope you enjoy yourself as much as I did and that this survey does help You decide if you would like to go.

It's a good mall. I wish there was a wider variety of stores. A book store, music store, or tech store would go a long way to improve originality. Mostly just clothes. But the aquarium and escape room are cool. Love the arcade as well. There's something for everyone here.

Music Go Round ROCKS! PLAY GUITAR 🎸 to your hearts content. Great selection of used gear ⚙️ beats the stumbly fooles of guitar center. Plus, they don't steal from customers as every guitar center has from me. 300$ + last visit. Music Go Round in Bowles Rd is much better than the one in Aurora, they actually care, and try to set you up with equipment that fits you, great prices, and you get to try everything out before buying. Try it. Best guitar store around, and also have a drum room, give affordabke lessons, lighting, and so much More of anything you might want or need. If they don't have it they'll order it from another store.

Went to the South West Plaza Farmers market and got the best churros. They made them fresh to order.

I have a great idea, remove the empty big box stores at the end of mall just 2 on each side, and in replace, build some nice condos or apartments they can be attached to the mall so folks can walk right on in, then bring in a King's Soopers. Bame southwest mallbrought to a new level

Clean facility with hand sanitizer machine everywhere. Seating consideration for Covid 19. Order and eat inside theater. The food is exquisite. Seats are adjustable. The Roadhouse is my movie theater of choice.

Always love visiting Southwest Plaza. If you visit check out the artist shop in the middle of the mall. You'll find all sorts of unique pieces.

Will not be doing ANY Christmas shopping at Soithwest Plaza. They refuse to mandate masks to protect their employees or customers, so I will never shop there until they prolioitize health over profit.

Love this mall! Renovated and super clean inside. Never over crowded. Good food options and nice courtyard with fireplace. My favorite eateries there are Chipotle and Modern Market. Lots of fun shops too. Feels safe.

After renovation, southwest plaza looks amazing! The only sad thing about this place is the food court. Most stores are cool but looks empty. I wish there’s a real coffee shop where you can chill. Lots of teens, need more security in this area.

We've just discovered this mall after moving from north Lakewood. What brings our family here is the the train for the kiddos and the Dino pit play area. But then we end up shopping and we have found quite a few interesting stores as well as popularchains. The mall is remodeled, attractive, and clean. Nice food court with some added living room style seating.. Note that the Macy's is only for online purchases which I found disappointing since I specifically wanted to go there to shop. We'll come back here regularly..recommend 😁

This mall had the best eating area I have seen in many years. The place was immaculate. It had plenty of options for adults and kids. There was an indoor flea market, an arcade and bowling alley.

Been shopping here for years but mostly now at Spencer’s, come regularly because my kiddos love the squishmellows. It’s an absolute furnace in there. I asked an employee about it and she said they haven’t had ac in a while other than the portable fans???

They have a great selection of books. I also was shocked at the buy 2 get 1 free book sell they just had last week. It was AMAZING! The workers are always so helpful and kind. I always have a great experience at this location. Keep up the great work you guys!

Awkward little mall with some cool/unique stores/attractions, such as the knockoff Starbucks near Round 1, Seaquest (I love Seaquest! The animals are so cute, and it is probably my favorite little mini aquarium) and Round 1 itself, a Japanese arcade. Some of the other stores are very unique and obscure, but I suspect they are going through some renovations and revamping. The food court is a blend of familiar and unique, I think that sums up this mall altogether. I do enjoy walking around here on the weekdays when it is dead/not very busy, as it is relaxing and calming. I do enjoy coming to this mall and I can't wait to see what things they add or continue to bring to this mall!

I had heard of this mall but never actually gone. It did not disappoint. The variety in shops is great. With low and high priced stores, everyone can find something here. It’s spacious which makes it feel less crowded. I love the different food and drink options, including healthy and comfort foods. However, all that is great but what sets this mall above others is it’s attractions. Seaquest, makers market, and round1. There are so many fun things to do here that you can easily spend the day. It’s a great place to walk around or even just people watch! I’ll definitely be visiting often!

It was an interesting mall, a little bare but a lot of open space and room to walk. The food court seemed pretty modern as well. The only bummer was that Macy's was closed, it looks like they are only taking online orders.

The mall has been updated over the last several years. Has some great shops and restaurants. Isn't usually very busy. Macy's, for example, has changed since covid. It is only a curbside pickup location now. You can't go into the store. Be sure to check online first if you're wanting a specific store. Some have also moved. Still a great shopping location and they do a neat Santa experience each year

Love Southwest Plaza. The makeover they did to this mall, is outstanding. I remember going here as a kid and it's changed completely. They've put in some really fun places to shop. My best friend loves playing in the Virtual Reality shop. Plus, we took my dad there and it was hysterical. Also, they totally let us bring in our puppy. I seriously LOVE that we are allowed to walk her around and get out some of her exercise when it's either too hot or too cold to be outside. The Shoe Dept. is awesome, they always have great deals on the shoes we like. Grab your keys, dogs, and head over there to start some shopping! Edit: I wanted to add- PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE put in a LUSH!! That is the only reason we go to Park Meadows more often than Southwest. And possibly a Charmin Charlie's, but LUSH for sure!!

I love this mall! It's been beautifully renovated, very clean and modern, plenty of shopping options but still a fairly intimate atmosphere as malls go. Always enjoy my experience here. Love how bright and clean it is.

Good mall in a good neighborhood. I like the Kay Jewelers here because I would rather shop at this location because of the neighborhood and proximity. Easier parking than many other malls as well.
