SPIRIT HALLOWEEN! 🎃 👻 👽 😱 that is where we went at Jordan Creek town center ONLY. But anyways, SPIRIT Halloween is freakin awesome! They got a bunch of cool animatronics and a bunch of cool costumes and just about anything halloween. PLUS they have a movie coming out soon!

This was a very nice mall with lots of options. Always fun to go.

This is easily the best mall in the Des Moines area. They have a nice array of different shops you can't find at the other malls, as well as there is very little empty store space showing they are doing a better job at keeping tenants. And the mall itself is also very well maintained. But the best thing that they have going for them is all the food and beverage options: they have a full food court with nice options for all income levels, as well as some sit down restaurants located in the mall as well. Not only do they do a great job at getting people to come to the mall, they also do a great job at keeping them there.

Has everything you need to have a great time, from clothing, entertainment, cinema, books all the way to great variety of food and desserts and after that, you can take a walk outside, they have this small lake and the view is awesome check the pictures

A very complete mall with a lot of options. Restaurants, clothes, books, technology and many other things. Parking however may be a little difficult as the place is often crowded. I recommend it.

If your looking for busy, inattentive, and distracted people, you are at the correct place. Security is no where to be found by the average day customer. They seems to busy with expensive things and candy. While the ice cream melts, the normal person deals with the struggle of their incompetence was worth the markup and damage to the rest of the City. Five Star for these new Urban Terrorist (#UT).

Large mall with lots of varying stores, restaurants, full food court, and even a movie theater. Busy and thriving. Enjoyable sights with plants and water features.

It's HUGE, so many stores to shop in, treasures to find, and a huge Barns & Noble book store to explore. You buy anything from kayaks to anime figures, and Victoria might even tell you her secret if you ask nicely. Bring your wallet, and your appetite...they have a decent food court as well.

Beautiful pond area with ducks, swans, and geese. Walking paths. The mall itself has a great food court. Good options. Variety of shops.

They do have quite a few good shops including a Scheel’s and box lunch. They also have a great food court! Overall, a great place to spend an afternoon.

I usually only go to the Movies at this Mall, I really like the Seating and Seats themselves, so very comfortable and they also Recline with room to Stretch out your legs,they are very roomy. The staff have always been nice and helpful 👍. I have been to a Hat Shop and the The Restaurant in the Mall ,as well as the food court. All have been a great experience, everyone has always been nice and helpful. I would recommend a visit to this Mall ,each time try something new!! Enjoy your trip to the Mall and the Movies, or if you are eating, I am pretty sure you will love it 😀.

Lots of good shops as well as a lot of good food places and a good variety of shops so if your looking for something you can likely find it there and there’s a solid price range so if your looking for something high end you can likely find it here as well as finding something affordable

Went there for the first time with my boyfriend for a date. just went again for my birthday. It was fun and very huge.

The cheesecake factory was our primary reason for our visit. We did spend time window shopping. The mall is filled with a variety of businesses for both young and older and everyone in-between. Easy to navigate and a very sage place to play and shop. We also noticed many sales and clearance items in a number of business. We encourage a visit to the Jordan Creek Town center when in west des moines iowa.

Well, where do I even begin with Dillard's? This department store is simply a haven for anyone who enjoys navigating through cluttered racks and searching for hours on end to find the perfect outfit. The dim lighting and maze-like layout of the store truly add to the shopping experience, making it feel like a thrilling adventure. And let's not forget the exceptional customer service - the staff are experts in ignoring customers and making them feel like a burden. It's truly impressive to see such dedication to customer dissatisfaction. But in all seriousness, Dillard's does have a wide variety of clothing options, from outdated styles to overpriced designer pieces. And if you're lucky, you might even find something worth purchasing after sifting through the chaos. Overall, I'd give Dillard's a solid 7.9 out of 10. Would I recommend it to a friend? Maybe. But only if they're in the mood for a shopping experience that's equal parts frustrating and entertaining.

Went along for a shopping trip to des moines. We don't have a working mall close by home anymore, and local retailers don't believe it's necessary. Gotta tell ya, that mall was FULL of paying customers. All glad to be there, and spending freely. We're missing out here in out area. All day we shopped multiple stores at Jordan Creek, within walking distance, without a coat or gloves, without risk of buying the wrong size, or paying inflated prices, because there were many stores competing for our cash. Without having to worry about parking, eating, or finding a bathroom. It was heavenly. Relaxing. I may have to move.

The outside of Jordan Creek town Center is nicely maintained, ample parking, good lighting, and has an inviting feel. this is a medium sized indoor mall with all of the main stores, boutiques, and surrounding restaurants you would expect. The food court is better than most with a good selection of quickserve restaurants.

Rocking food court and full Stores that have competent employees. It seemed like everyone was willing to help and there was always somebody there if you needed that. That doesn’t happen much anymore. We were a bit early for the new anchor store Von Maur opening

The most lively mall in Des Moines. Plenty of open stores, a cafeteria and various snack, drink, and dessert options. Has a great movie theater, as well as a children's play area.

One star only because they took out every single gum ball machine. Gum balls are so amazing so I don’t know why they would… probably covid precautions but i dont know, I’m still sad about it. But all of the stores are great and the food court is great so definitely shop here!! Just prepare yourself to not be able to have a gum ball! :(

First time coming here! Me and my family enjoyed our time. We feel safe with the securities roaming around. Will definitely come back. Best mall in Iowa!

Very nice place to sit, relax or walk. Sometimes music shows are there in evening times as well. A must visit place if you are in Des Moines.

Went to Costco and bought a few things. They have awesome customer service and everyone is very helpful if you need to find something. I wish their app was more reflective of the regular food and other normal products they carry. I would only give there app 3 stars maybe. There little Cafe area has great food for great prices.

Everything in one stop. Lots of variety, great stores, delicious food court with many options, even a couple of full restaurants inside. If the mall itself doesn't fill your every need, there are many satellite stores and restaurants within a mile of the mall. There are even several hotels near by, with one in the parking lot of the mall! There is an awesome theater inside as well. It's a great destination mall that's five stars all day long!

This is a great place to eat and do lots of shopping. There is a wide variety for everyone to enjoy. Parking is hard to come by but the long walk is worth it because you're going to find what you're looking for and so much more here!

When I was in the restroom a disabled little girl claimed under my stall and started to lick the ground and my feet. Other then that i love taking my kids here! although one stall had poop all over the toilet seat and walls but it was ok! I just went to the next stall 🥰

Great place to shop! Plenty of stores to explore! Love the candy store!!!! However the floor workers in Finish Line were very rude and all had attitudes about being asked to help.

Man, I was very overwhelmed coming here because it's been a very long time since I was in a mall that was so active and booming with lots of stores to check out. It's all good though and I really loved it, it's just that, entering a mall of this size and with variety makes you feel like you need to have lots of money in reserve to shop with. No complaints. Unlike the weak excuse of a mall in West Valley, Jordan Creek Town Center is a place I'd point to, as to getting a great mall experience. It'd be almost hard to not come out of here with something or do something in general. Really loved it all.

Can you say whooooa!!! Apparently, Sunday is the busiest day, and it was truly packed. Although it was packed, this mall is so spacious that nobody was bumping into anyone else. I loved all the restaurant/food options. You'll definitely get your exercise in for the day. Loved it!!

Very nice server; patient and kind. The Thai chicken salad was very good. My table mates had the bee sting flatbread pizza and the jambalaya. All three entries were solid choices. We, of course, chased it with a slice of cheesecake. Very rich and flavorful but oh my, the calories! Probably worth a second look if it's been awhile since you have been. Brace yourself, a fairly large menu.

Great mall, especially in the winter when it's cold outside. Tons of quality stores all in very good shape. It's hard to find a full mall as nice as thos one.

Love it so much! They gave me great places and are all great! I got this sand collection that may have save me from many sickness and this is because my skin got so clean! Along this cute plusses and so much good food and coffee! Would highly say best place for fun!

A great place to shop, plenty of places to get a bite to eat. The movie theater is very nice and well kept up. They try to have plenty of activities for the family year round. Just a fun place.

Good location and has some good stores to shop. Sheels is by far my favorite.

It is a nice place to walk along the water. We saw a giant white gold fish and lots of geese families.

Jordan Creek Towncenter was an enjoyable place to spend my first afternoon, post sheltering in place. Some of the shops are still closed. The sight of an empty play place was disconcerting. Not being able to touch the makeup at Sephora took away from that stores appeal.

This is my favorite mall. Its always clean, and has so many stores.

This is a nice mall, very spacious and well decorated ...But I fear that some day down the road, this mall may end up dead, with no stores left inside, like a lot of malls in Iowa have been facing. Dead malls have been growing since the late 2000's, and sadly this was one of the few last malls built in the nation. I hope that they can find out ways to keep this one alive when that time comes.

It's a mall. It has all the trendy stores, food court, & things you would expect to find at a mall. It's probably the nicest one in the Des Moines area. It's kept clean & is usually busy

Nice mall with a good mix of retail and restaurants. Really fun summer concert series on Sundays. Parking can be tough on weekends - I like to park on the Pottery Barn side or Scheels for a bit easier time. Grand Ave bike trail connects to the Jordan Creek Trail here so can be a fun ride or walk to dinner and/or a movie

Me and my friends love going here. It's a nice place with lots of things to do. If you do visit I recommend going to the barns and noble and then getting something to eat over in the food court it's a good way to spend an afternoon.

We brought our 2 year old granddaughter to play & celebrate her birthday by going to the kiddie playground. She had a ball although it was very crowded with many kids & some bigger boys that were too old to be in there climbing & jumping off animals, etc. But she had a ball & made it fun for grandparents & parents just watching her!

Good access and will a couple of miles from two freeways the access roads are wide and fast. Good parking with the stores well spaced to take advantage of the parking.

Wish it had a levis and convers store maybe some more hippie themed clothing options. Otherwise what they have is a great variety. Decent food court options and I love that it's never very busy. Although you couldn't tell by the parking options haha.
