Okay mall, but Boise deserves better. Entering the mall, you get a very dated look with not a wide variety of shopping options. There is enough stores to cater to most people intrests, but only a few stores stand out to me, here are my favorites: - See's candy: This store has been providing quality chocoaltes for a long time. The small and humble store has a very comforting feel. The prices are high, but the quality of the chocolate is unmathced and well worth it. -William's Sonoma: Probably the best location to shop for anything cooking related. Staff is always extremily informed on products and can answer virtually any question. -The Apple Store: As far as I am aware, this is the only dedicated apple store in Idaho. Its often very busy, but staff has an effective method around handleing the lines and getting people in and out of the store. The food court has several restaurants that come and go, as well as a few vacant spots. I think this mall could really revitalize the city if it good a modern redesign and some more permenant locations.

Boise towne square is a good mall to come shop, grab a bite & see the vendors located inside here. Overall, it has pretty much everything your looking for shopping. The weekends are pretty busy as with any mall. Been shopping here for couple decades now. Favorite stores are Dillards, Oakley, Macys &JCPenney. If a Dutch Bros were to open up here it would be perfect! Don’t forget the Cheesecake Factory!

Honestly, very disappointed. In 2016-2020 people were pushing each other through the mall to get to food courts, shops, fun places. It was Idaho go to spot. Now a few years later and its nothing but hollow, empty and dark. Prices have spiked for everything. $6 for 1 pretzel?!?! Thats just to much. They won't be open much longer at this rate. Very sad

The Boise Towne Square Mall still looks great from its last remodel and is always kept clean. The main entrance has a good spot to pick up or drop people off at. Inside the main corridors are wide with a tall vaulted ceilings, two floors of shopping, beautiful floors and large skylights. This makes the space feel very open and bright, even when the mall is busy it doesnt feel small. food court has plenty of natural light coming in keeping it a bright and inviting place to have a meal. Restaurant selection is a bit limited inside but does have several restaurants scattered outside around its main building. There is still plenty of stores to shop at inside including several stores you can only find in this mall. At the Boise Towne Square Mall you can find plenty of helpful shopper options like push carts for the kids, a play area, restrooms, directories, an elevator, charging stations and plenty of benches to take a break at. Outside there is also specific pick up spots for select stores for convenience. With plenty of entrances and parking you can always find place close to the stores you want to shop. There is also a main bus terminal located in the north east parking area.

It's a nice place to take an indoor walk with the family and window shop. The little kiosk can do without bothering you, though. Like, does it look like I want to buy anything. If I did, I would walk up to you. I can see your whole inventory already don't bother me. The only good thing is their soda machines are always stocked and have good refreshments when you need it. But if you really want a good deal, just go to any of the stores outlets they'll have almost everything the mall has but for a cheaper price.

No place gets a 5 star rating from me. That being said, this is a pretty good mall. A few shops have gone under but hopefully will be replaced. I've always had a special place in my heart for malls. I guess it's coming from the good memories of my youth. Go have fun, spend money and support your mall businesses.

Great shops. Nice layout. User friendly. Accurate "You are here" maps. We like the food. Nice atmosphere. Handy elevators for the upper floors. You could easily spend a whole day here.

I dread going to the mall, but I always am successful when I am looking for clothes. I mean there are a lot of stores I can visit for button up shirts for work. Plus Mrs Fields is a great spot for a cookie.

Two story mall. It has department stores, food court, and other stores such as Torrid, Lane Bryant, Spencer's, Bath and Body Works. They do have Jamba juice and Wetzel pretzel not part of food court can order from. The stuffed animal machines and other games to win are throughout the mall and on average cost $1 for 1 play. Nice people from the stores I went to while doing some shopping.

I love the Town square mall. However, I had a terrible experience at a store called Forever Flawless. My initial visit I was confronted with high pressure sales. I was duped into buying some really expensive face creams. Ok. That was my bad. The creams came with a facial to be done at a later date. So today I got the facial. Then I was confronted with more high pressure sales. Trying to get me to drop $6k, then $5k then $4k. After declining I could tell she wasn't happy. At one point she asked for my ID and debit card to see if I was a first time client and if I was able to get a bigger discount. I didnt really pay any mind to it. An hour after I left I got a call from the fraud center and asked if I had tried to spend $5k in LA this evening. I said no and thought it was weird. Then they told me it was on my last card that I had previously canceled. I looked in my wallet and I'm pretty sure that's the card I handed her on accident. THIS STORE IS DEFINITELY A HUGE SCAM AND THEY ARE THIEVES. DI NOT GO TO THIS STORE! IM definitely following up with the police department.

It's been a long time since I've been in a mall. It is really beautiful! The floors are impeccably shiny, all the stores are super well maintained and well stocked. I would actually love to spend a day there, get a coffee and peruse all the stores. Good restaurants as well.

I was actually in St Alphonsus Hospital. The care I received was the best even the two nurses that lied to my face about a personal matter Mike and Terry still acted in a professional manner and performed their job at top level. and to the chefs in the kitchen GREAT job gang!!

Tried on a couple pairs and said, "I gotta check with the wife before I shell out $140." I had just bought a pair for $130 the week prior. The worker was surprised when I came back, he said most people don't come back and laughed. What u gotta understand is this is a real shoe store. I'm shoe connoisseur and when I got the real old school treatment, I was shocked. They sit u down and take out the shoe, put it on ur foot, lace it up and have u walk around. It's been well over 20 years since I had that experience. I hope those guys get commission cuz we walked out of there after spending close to $400. Great place!

I used to come here a lot, about 8 years ago with my friends, when we were 14/15 years old. We caused a lot of havoc in that mall😂 We mainly just hung out there to people-watch and buy unnecessary things for ourselves. This mall is great if you want a good distraction or a great deal. My favorite store in the mall is either Hot Topic or Spencer’s.

A good size mall. A lot is there. Food court was small and all the food is not in one place, seems scattered. Definitely a good place to walk around and "get lost" for a while. Kids enjoyed the tot play place.

Although I don’t like going to malls, I don’t mind going to the Boise town square. It’s easy to navigate, with lots of different types of stores and shops to pick from. The food court has a wide variety of different types of food which is nice especially if you have a family a picky eaters who always want something different like me. There’s plenty of seating in the food court, and lots of tables near the windows which is really nice. It’s always clean, and the bathrooms are as well. Overall Boise has a great mall.

Great experiences! It’s clean. Janitorial staff is always on top of things, no small task with such high foot traffic. It’s safe. Security staff are a great balance of being professional and personable, being observant and responding appropriately. I am very pleased!

😱 OMG, come check out Refreshed Shoes Shoes At Boise Towne Square Mall and help support a "Minority - Owned" Business 🖤!" It's easy to find, it's right in front of Champ's Sports!' I parked by Kohl's and took an Escalator Upstairs, went into The Indoor Mall, and these nice 👍🙂 😎 Boys shinned my shoes 👟. I go to the mall often to walk. I stop at Refreshed Shoes 👟 Often. So far, I've had my Crocs, my Leather Loafers, and White 🤍 Puma Low - Top Sneakers cleaned here. I would like to buy one of The Cleaning Kits when my girl and I get our own place someday. The guys who work here are a lot of fun ☺️ and I completely trust them to take care of all my shoes 👟 from now on! Your not - so lonely Google Guide, Scott alias Dot.

This is a great mall. Not too big, not too small! Wetzel Pretzel is always a go-to when we get there. It's very clean! Nice just to walk around if you're not really wanting to shop. Perfect if you want to shop, it's never too busy

The Merdian village is a rustling bustling small business, type of outdoor Mall square. Outside of Boise Idaho, it's a wonderful place to explore many options and other stores and opportunities that are not normally found within Boise, Idaho. A lot bigger than the standardized Boise town square mall.

It's a mall. If your reading reviews on malls you shouldn't go. Lol. Guy's...when your family or your better half is shopping...I recommend you hit old Chicago. Cold beers and lots of regulars. Awesome. The mall is bearable with a buzz.

We love the Boise Town Square Great, vibrant malls are getting hard to find, but this one has it all. Every visit reminds me of being a kid when malls were in their hayday. Plenty of parking and lots of great shopping and dining options.

I mainly go here to get my shampoo and conditioner but they keep it pretty clean. I do appreciate that a lot of places don't care what they're building looks like. I know this because I am a cleaner.

Unfortunately some of my favorite places seem to have gone out of business since the last time I visited. Also, I'm not sure if there is regular cleaning staff but clearly with the high number of patrons, the floors need a bit more tending to, but it's not the worst I've ever seen.

Not terribly busy. Some shops are empty but it still feels like the mall has some life in it. Seems to have a number of decent places to shop. Lol forward to going there again.

WOW, The developer nailed this one from all the shops, restaurants, and the water feature. I visited Big Al's to bowl and as I entered I felt transformed to a family friendly Casino in Vegas in the dining area and walked to the bowling lanes. Once there I saw an amazing collection on the floor above of old style video games. The facility was clean and the employees were friendly. I wish there was something similar in Salt Lake County and I think I might know a few perfect spots

Who goes to a mall anymore? What purpose does a mall serve? Granted, I have purchased a tie, a pair of sweatpants and a shirt here. But over the course of two years that ain’t much. If you’re outside waiting on a coach, this is where you can use the restroom if you need to rest in a room. They got a water fountain as well so you can fill up your water bottles.

👍 This is a shopping center with something for everyone. They even have a great little diner for a burger or you can enjoy a steak at Outback. 🫤 Some individual businesses here like Reel theatre, Madhuban, and Goodwill are great. I've rated them separately. It'd be nice if Albertsons was price-competitive. There are a couple other good places, but it's suffering as strip malls do. Hope they fill it in with a plaza/park and a second bank of m...
