Very nice shopping center with Woolworths, Big W, Kmart and many other brand shops in it. Moreover, Kmart, Big W and especially Ollies’ place are bigger in size as compared to other store locations and variety is also more to choose from. Loved 🥰 it

There were plenty of parking spaces along with multiple entrances into the mall. The mall itself was quite large and quite nice. Lots of food and shopping options along the mall. There is a food court area outside Big W as well as other stalls scattered along the other ends of the mall. The mall has a lot of other stores found in other malls. It was a nice place to stroll around or grab things you might need. There was an outdoor area for restaurants as well as a playground area.

Very modern looking one stop marketplace. I give it a 5star. Its central to surrounding suburban cities and Fiona Stanley hospital including Jandakot Airport. The ideal Shopping Centre is the hub of suburbia. There is loads of parking and pedestrians is managed efficiently. However, its location and position is efficient traffic is a headache, although the new roads have alleviate congestion to some degree. That said, I will continue visiting. The Center itself is very large. There are many venues and pop up shops for the Christmas Shopper. At the heart of the center is the food court that provides a variety of eateries. I specially liked Skewerz Kabarbz and appreciate their service they provide. My review is based upon location, foot traffic, road management, pedestrian management, parking, eateries, lighting, seating, retail outlets, customer service and a genuine modernized facility.

Your mums favourite place, a massive shopping centre with so many different shops, you can buy so many different things here, just be careful about how much your spending. If your looking for a birthday gift or just looking around, this is the shopping centre to go to, as there are so many choices when asking yourself what to buy.

What I like about this shopping centre is that it has a smart underground car park that lets you know how many spaces there are, which I find very helpful. The Target that was there has recently been replaced by a Kmart. There is a large food court in the middle of the shopping centre with many shops including Peter Alexander, facet Jewler, JB Hifi and Big W. There is a large parent room with includes a microwave and multiple TV screens and change tables. On the perimeter of the shopping centre there are multiple eateries such as Coffee Club, a dim sum restaurant and San Churros. There is also an after hours medical centre across the road within walking distance. For more reviews please follow us on Google guide. Hope this is helpful:)

We visited this large mall and found that is has a good variety of anchor stores like KMart, Woolworths, Aldi and Coles. There are also a lot of other stores too where you could buy anything you need.

A great local shopping centre with a good range of variety stores and a huge range of food establishments to choose from including a good size food court. The centre quite often has exhibitions and activities for children. It is kept very clean and the range of shops has something for everyone.

Nice of them to have a Viking/dragon display for school holidays. We didn’t get to see what the Viking thing was all about but appreciated the dragon. The other dragon was not active

This is the WORST mall in WA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First of all, we have family members who have breathing problems. We can’t even go the Post office mailbox to check the mail. MASSIVE amounts of smokers sit there and you can NOT breathe! And when you have someone disabled, attempting to check their mail, they are coughing their guts up because they are breathing cigarette smoke fumes. Even people who are vaping there as well! Cannot get by them without breathing the toxic fumes! The mall does NOTHING about this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! People are SO STUPID smoking in front of the mailboxes!!!! When you have sick, disabled people who cannot check their mail, that is just disgusting!!!! And to make matters worse, every entrance of the mall has NO SMOKING signs. People are SO STUPID, they still stand there smoking or vaping at all the entrances!! Are these people ILLITERATE??????????????? What are they?? Like 2 or 3 years old that they can NOT READ the signs that say……….. Smoke FREE Zone?!?! DUHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I find the stupidity of these future cancer patients just sickening!!!! If you want a cigarette or choose to do vaping, WAIT UNTIL YOU GET HOME!!!!!!!!!!!! STOP making the rest of the public breathe your cancer causing fumes!!!!!!!!! We rarely come to this mall anymore, it’s just a piece of trash!!!! There are BETTER MALLS that are WORTH THE DRIVE, to stay the hell away from this TOXIC MALL. Go to one of the better malls and AVOID this worthless mall. Better quality people you will find at other malls as well.

COCKBURN GATEWAY SHOPPING CENTRE is the BEST SHOPPING CENTRE I like to shop. I can find almost everything I NEED and WANT. If I want to do my banking, all the big 4 banks are just a little distance away from each other. The FOOD COURT is right at the CENTRE. So many foods to choose. If I can't find the store, clinic, massage, beauty parlour or I need a taxi, I only have to go to the INFORMATION DESK and the ladies there are terrific. They are very helpful. Very welcoming. And the best thing about this SHOPPING CENTRE... the CENTRE MANAGEMENT is TERRIFIC! I signed in as a VIP member ... I was rewarded a coupon. This coupon I can use to any CAFE in the Shopping Centre for a free CUP of Hot COFFEE Or Hot CHOCOLATE. WOW! I went to MS MAUD the Hot Chocolate was to DIE for. The other reason why I like The GATEWAY SHOPPING CENTRE because it is so near the Cockburn Central Train Station, only 5 minutes walked. Every Wednesday I go to Perth City to watch a movie @ Raine Square. The movie ticket is ONLY $8.00 for Seniors. I parked my car underground of the Shopping Centre at 11am. I make sure I am back before 2pm so I don't get fined. I am only allowed 4 hours to park. At the same time, I still have more than 1 hour to shop at COLES or WOOLIES for groceries. I wish later on COCKBURN GATEWAY SHOPPING CENTRE will have CINEMAS.

Is this true ! ? Disgusting Hey guys found out something very interesting today. I was talking to a mate who has a store at the Cockburn shopping Center and he tells me that centre management wont allow any store to put up signs saying cash as preferred payment. Apparently their rent is worked out on a percentage of their takings and if they take cash they can't follow the money.....what an absolute joke. So I implore anyone that shops there to use cash even more now.

Great shopping mall. I was here to just use the ATM and ended up wandering around cause I loved it! Check out my pictures that represent less than half of what this place has to offer. I even got approached by a good security man named Shawn or Sean. Not sure about spelling! He was only doing his job by checking what I was doing talking pictures. I had to explain to him about Google Local Guides so that was good.

Visit twice a week and always find the food court very clean and well set out. Fantastic effort from the staff that work cleaning and maintaining this area. Lovely your work Jocelyn 🙂

It's a somewhat large shopping centre, the decorations are beautiful and the place itself is extremely clean. Love the bubble tea stores there and the marshmallow stand. They should add a movie theatre there to make it more awesome

I was surprised at how big this place has gotten and the variety of stores. It was a Tuesday, but it wasn't overly packed, and it was nice and cold inside (it was very hot outside). Was a little tricky to work out where to go from the bus stop, but that was my only critique. I'll certainly be back again. :)

Nothing much to say about this shipping complex. It isn't fancy or low class. It lacks a lot of amenities, but it is expected to occur in the not so distant future. Parking options are great and the selection of stores are okay. The only downside is the recent spate of crimes. People getting robbed and punched, groups of teens are congregating outside of the store and then hearing about it on the news which brings fear to the locals and those living elsewhere in the state. Let's hope to see the upgrades to the store soon.

Absolutely one of the worst shopping centre parking setups in all of Australia. The layout is extremely chaotic and confusing. Ensure to add up to 45-60mins extra on your time there as it will be spent navigating and getting stuck behind hesitant and uncertain drivers/customers who are also questioning who the hell signed off on the parking layout and roads, the shopping centre location is also responsible for the atrotious daily grid lock traffic just out on the freeway. Cockburn shopping centre itself is ok though the crime in the area is horrible. Just google Cockburn shopping centre and you will see many articles on gangs of teens intimidating and threatning customers while smashing up shop fronts whole guards do nothings. Very nice.

There a lot of different variety of shops around the centre. A few pros and cons to this. Pros: Near a train station and connects with feeder buses. Next to a health & care centre and youth centre. Cons: Badly layout for traffic and no pedestrian bridge over Beeliar Rd. And for some people that are in a rush, dont put too many pop up stalls next to popular shops. Anyways i love coming to Cockburn Gateways, every day feels different and it makes me feel welcomed every time.

The centre is fabulous, clean, and has everything you want in a shopping centre. We come here every week and apart from some shops not opening until around 10, I only have one complaint. The fines issued for parking is ridiculous. We park as far away from the entrance as possible, usually make it back to the car in under 4 hours, but today we were 20 mins late, and copped a huge fine. The car park where we were only had 8 cars in it, so not crowded, plus it’s Xmas, so getting served is slower than usual. A parking ticket?? Really?? Not impressed

Decent variety of shops, with much more reasonable parking than centres like Carousel. Big food court, and a decent amount of external shops too. Veeeeery busy on the weekends, though, so pick your times.

The centre security is an absolute joke. They have no idea of what they are doing and refuse help to those needed. They spend most of their time pushing trolleys around. I am disgusted at their attitude towards the safety of those who work in the centre, as well as the people who shop there.

Always a pleasant experience every time we visit here. Centre is clean, parent friendly, pram accessible & and there are a good variety of shops.

Very large and impersonal. Cannot move in major stores on the weekend. It's not a relaxed fun experience. You're not going to bump into folk you know, stop and have a casual chat because of the constant flow and the noise.

Love stopping here on the way to Perth, it’s just outside the city and easy to get to off Kwinana Freeway, always has plenty of underground parking close to elevators or escalators. Plenty of stores and all in pretty good condition.

Great shopping centre. Everything you need under one roof. Finished with the best coffee and pastry at Miss Maude ☕

  • 4/5 Kay.Tolentino G. 1 year ago on Google
All my favourite shops and restaurants all in one roof. Aside from their food court they also have fine dining and coffee shops plus groceries and more. Covered parking, kid friendly stores. Very accessible to public transport.

Not a nice place to wander and shop around in the hopes to find something neat. The stock in the shops here I think are set for a more tasteless economy compared to carousel in Cannington. I’d rather drive for 30 and go there.

Toilets need work very busy shop lots of dining in and out shops free parking. Can you think about building a theme park in a shopping centre it would be a nice concept

  • 4/5 Mina J. 7 months ago on Google
Generally clean and most shops accessible. Parking lot isn’t designed well, and going to the store during the day will guarantee a 15 minute car park adventure.

  • 5/5 R D. 1 year ago on Google
Clean and well organised. Phenomenal public restrooms and loved the "waiting areas" in the corridors, lots and lots of free off street and undercover parking. Close and easy access to public transport. Huge range of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.

  • 5/5 Imelda C. 1 year ago on Google
Nice bright and clean shopping centre. Centre management is very helpful. Good range of eating places. Plenty of parking (more than I've seen at any big SOR centre).

  • 5/5 Mada O. 9 months ago on Google
This shopping centre has a great location. It has a good deal of carpark and the best option for a rainy day, an undercover parking. There are great shops and it's easy to visit them all in one go. The restaurants outside the entrance give us a good vibe and keep it alive after hours.

  • 4/5 Tara F. 9 months ago on Google
This is a pretty nicely organised mall. Not super big, but still really enjoyable to explore the vast shops anyways. Gives a pretty nice and comfortable vibe, especially in the food court. Careful of the gang kids residing outside the mall though, lmao

  • 4/5 Maria S. 9 months ago on Google
Great place to spend some time shopping and then grab something to eat. Lots of parking, too. The only issue is that there is always so much traffic around it's a very busy area.

  • 5/5 Danni S. 11 months ago on Google
One of my favourite shopping centres. The cafe/ food area outside is always sunny and inviting for the warmer months. In the cooler weather there is loads of shelter. Lots of shops to choose from and all the big supermarkets under the one roof.

  • 4/5 Geoff C. 1 year ago on Google
Seemed like a large and well laid out shopping centre. Had nice cool air con on a hot day. All the big stores were there including K mart and Big W, Coles and Woolworths, plus lots of speciality stores and alcohol.

  • 4/5 Ally F. 1 year ago on Google
The information desk staff was very kind and accommodating to help with the electric golffer chairs during Christmas without having booked in advance was able to use one between bookings while there was only two! Could have only imagined how stressful that was to have during the Christmas time. Overall the mall was very hot as though the aircon wasn't working very well.

  • 4/5 Kris B. 1 year ago on Google
Busy, lively and colourful. All the major supermarkets under one roof with a myriad of smaller outlets. The eateries were well populated. Heaps of car parking bays, including a dedicated seniors' parking section.
