Nice spacious shopping mall with great deals on clothing items. It’s spread across multiple directions and has shaded walkways . There are restrooms in each wing of mall. Only thing we noticed is the food court not many food options and the shops sometimes close early. There are eating places within 0.5 miles. We enjoyed the Hershey icecream 🍦 shop it has a lot variety of ice cream .

Love this place!!! To start it has great stores, the prices and deals are great, the design of the place is beautiful, open and modern, plenty of space to seat and rest, food court, huge parking all around the stores. It’s definitely worth the driving!!!

Nice outlet mall to walk around and find good deals

Decent factory outlets. Traffic is just a bit of a pain right now with all the construction going on at the I-75 interchange and on/off ramps. This is all going on as of 2/17/2024 and has been going on for a while. Still may be at least a year before completion so just something to note in your trip there.

Been to all the premium outlets in Orlando during black Friday week and came here en route to Sarasota. No issues with stores as many choices same as Orlando but some stores were closed. They are though nicely spaced out and the design is appealing. Staff lovely everywhere and many deals to be had. However not 5 stars because they have no maps anywhere so can be hard to find where you are and which store you need to get to. some way finding signs for specific stores but very limited maps, only saw one. Other issue is food court. Worst one. Wanted Greek as did others, but staff just ignored customers and stayed in kitchen. It was 1230. Ended going for Mexican chicken quesadilla - it was so awful, soggy undercooked chicken and flavourless - one bite straight in bin and it cost $12. Food courts are always rubbish but this one is particularly bad.

We shopped here while on vacation. I didn't initially like layout of the outlet mall but it was not as bad as I thought. The food court could use a upgrade but we were able to find a few good sales.

A very nice place to visit for some good deals for just about anything you can think of. The food court is well below average but there are many stand alone restaurants nearby. Grounds all well kept and parking is better than most outlets in florida.

I recently visited the outlet mall in Englewood, Florida, and it exceeded my expectations! The variety of stores and brands offered a fantastic shopping experience. The layout was easy to navigate, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I found great deals on quality products, making it a perfect destination for savvy shoppers. The cleanliness and well-maintained facilities added to the overall positive atmosphere. I'll definitely be returning for more enjoyable shopping trips!

It has all the best stores. Calvin Klein had great discounts. I had never seen a Dooney outlet. Dream come true.

First time here.. Enjoyed the Day here with friends. In and Out of Stores. Great Sales in most of them!! Went to REEBOKS..2 Pairs of Sneaks..Great Deal 😊 Hit Banana Republic got me a few Shirts 😊. Friend also had got a few Shirts as well! A day nicely spent with Great prices throughout the Outlet! Will be back in the Fall❣ 😊✌

We go here to black Friday shop every year. This year will be our last. The "deals" at these outlets aren't deals at all. And the whole place is dirty. All garbage cans overflowing, bathrooms were disgusting. They don't make an attempt anymore to clean anything. Sad.

Good experience, lots of walking if I was elderly great place to walk, could not find the bathroom for the life of me. They have outdoor seating and chained lock access to it talk about useless space. Stores did not stand out but I had a great walk.

Had a lovely day shopping at Ellenton and my husband and I secured a few bargains at a number of the outlets. Particularly Coach, Kate Spade and Under Armour. Saks was really poor. Needs a revamp. Staff in all the shops were so lovely and very professional. I thought overall it looked well kept so I don’t know whether previous feedback spurred them on to do some weeding. It was mid week so quietly busy. My only watch out is the food outlets are incredibly poor. It wasn’t the standard I’m sure anyone would expect especially if like us we travelled some distance to visit. It won’t put me off we will return. 👍👍

This is more of a WARNING than a review. The boba tea stand GREEN TEA SPOT at the ellenton outlets 🚫🧋🚫 sells disgusting tea!!! The pictures that are on display do not reflect what they give you. They show a lot of fruit in the drinks but what I got tasted like dirty water with low quality boba, and Nora single piece of fruit in it!!! 🤮 😠 😡 The Asian woman told me with a big smile on her face that "people don't like the fruit" They don't have a Website and not even show on Google maps! So there's no way to leave a review for them. I forgot to take a pic of my drink sorry 😔 but you can test them for yourself.

Tons of good deals and a store for EVERYONE! I can’t leave without going into aerie and pacsun. Cute clothes and definitely affordable. also auntie Ann’s and Starbucks are musts 😊

We visited this area while in town house hunting and I don’t think we will ever go back. Seems so tired and run down and in need of a renovation. Bathrooms were broken and the stores available were not our cup of tea. People enjoy shopping while on vacation and this seems to be the only outlet in this area until you get to north Tamp. This outlets seemed like the place to shop. This place was a dump.

We expended a lot of time here. We arrived when they opened, and we left around 3 pm. In some brands, you can find good deals like Gap, Columbia, and Sweet Victorian. The best prices were in Wrangler and Lee; I bought three pairs of jeans for $7.99 each.

Crystal outlet is the best shop! Cool items and inventory changes , so there is always something new. I think the manager/ owners name is Julie? She showed me all the cool stuff, lots to see.

The first visit won't be the last. Had a great day with my wife and kids. If you have nothing to do come by and take a look for yourself.

There was a shooting while I was there and stores wouldn't allow people in and locked their doors. Great for the people INSIDE but not so good for those outside. Nobody warned anyone and left people exposed. Poor management and security. One store clerk wasn't even told and had no clue there had been a shooting an hour after it happened.

Clean walkways, decent lighting, peaceful walk. We came here for Oshkosh and were happy with the mall overall. Will definitely return. Sad to see that there isn't much traffic in this mall, we hope it stays open.

I remember this place in its heyday. It is now well past its prime. It is now just a fancy flea market. I can't even describe the food Court it is that bad. Getting in and out now is just about impossible because of the construction. The only reason this place got 2 stars from me is because of the Nike store. They are a 5 star gem in this 1 star mall.

Went down there with my wife. She shopped around a little bit. We were in and out of there and no time. She had a great time. Found everything she needed in a couple of the stores. Prices are good. Usually the place is pretty crowded though. You can spend an hour in the Bose store sitting in there sample room. Very tourist oriented.

Well, what can I say about the alien premium outlets? The place was absolutely clean. They had the best options for all my needs. We took the family and everybody was able to check out everything they wanted to down from my wife with the purse. My son with his video game my daughter with her jewelry I made with my PFG gear. Definitely will be going back. Haven't tried the food court or anything but we'll be going back soon to pick up some more great deals before the holidays

Many options for shopping. Huge parking lot. Not big discounts right now on all brands. Food court is not good, better to avoid. Worth to visit if you are looking to buy premium brands.

Been coming here for over 20 years and will continue shopping here. It's the best outlet mall I've been to. The majority, if not all, of the shops are true outlet stores not the ones where the stores sell merchandise made for outlets stores. It's always been clean and well maintained. I highly recommend visiting here.

Very nice outdoor mall. Lots of different outlet stores. With convenient and clean restrooms. I visit Gap Factory for my online returns. The parking is close by the stores and ample spots with shaded areas too.

Definitely something for everyone!. I enjoy this mall because of the variety of stores. I like that is open air walking. Always find something I need and a few things I did not know I needed. Great shopping trip every time.

There are allot of good shops, If you want to spend time with someone and do a shopping spree, then this is the right place for you. I think the shop options is better than UTC Mall exept there's no air-conditioning. But overall it's a very good place to hangout with friends and every shops are on sale most of the time.
