The food is awesome and so is the service. I would definitely visit again. They serve promptly. The deserts offered are also nice. The ambience is peaceful. You can go to enjoy a family meal. There is good amount of parking space as well.

Olivia Bakers: Interiors, presentation and aesthetic is very nice. Quality of food is also very good. Very decent products and overall ambience. They served food items in an ordinary disposal plates which was little disappointing. Good tableware matters when you are in a place which is inclined towards high-end. Croissant was not proper from inside :(

The property has also got a party hall, lawn and a terrace restaurant al-fresco and cabana style dining setup. Along with all this, it also has got a few rooms where even the famous actor & comedian Mr Raj Pal Yadav also stayed during his shoot at Meerut. The hotel is a 3 star property and has catered for who's who of Meerut. The restaurant, Syra is one where I have most visited and love it's food and ambience. Moderate costs, delicious food and generous quantity plus the behaviour of the staff would ensure that you have a good experience and wouldn't repent your choice of visiting the property. Food was below average. The staff was super rude. The guy who took our order was the only polite person among them. We wanted to sit in privacy, but the guy did not let it be and made us move to another table. Its the basic decency to serve food in the front of people, he placed food with a slight bang on the far other corner of table and left. Impressed. Never going again.

A good restaurant in Meerut. The quality of food is very good. Ambience of the interior is really awesome. A bit high in terms of pricing. However, the basic amenities like washrooms are in poor condition and requires attention.

Quality of the food items was excellent. The birthday party was arranged for 13 persons in the private dining room. The service was excellent. We really enjoyed the party. Thank you the management of the Olivia restaurant.

It was my first visit to Olivia. Friends told me that Olivia has quality food and has its name in dine in. Before that I used to visit TFC for that purpose. I ordered food and what they did was to provide me the order of another person who was sitting next to us. I ordered malai kofta, paneer lababdar, stuffed naan and all. The order which they provided me was a non veg food and we are from Brahmin family. It's good that we asked the waiter about the sabzi. The food quality was also not as per my expectations. Charging more than other fine dine restaurants and not providing the preferred service is not what a restaurant of such a stature should do. Also when I asked the waiter about the dishes which he was serving to us he told me " ab jo bhi ho isbaar aap hi ka order laya hoon" then I told him "bhaiya atleast bta to do isme se knsi cheez kya hai?" Then he told me about all the dishes. What kind of behaviour is this? Last but not the least during the billing time they gave us the bill which included the cost of an extra water bottle which we didn't order. I used to think Olivia is a brand here in Meerut,but I don't think this service based restaurant is upto the mark. Management should be taken care of. Sitting arrangement is good,vibe check great, ambience full marks but these things should be taken care of.

It's a nice find if you are in Meerut and craving contemporary food, Great Quality, the food was tasty and the service was excellent. The place offers valet parking and we went with the full family and were seated in the Skye Lounge, which is a lovely space on the terrace. If the weather is nice, it's a charming nice place to sit in. We ordered a 3 course meal, soups & Non Veg platter in the starters which were amazing. The chicken was juicy & tender and the main course offers very ample quantities. Overall, a lovely family restaurant with a perfect blend of ingredients and quality food.

It is a nice boutique hotel in the main Meerut City. It has a large room for conferences and has a very beautifully done restaurant. It has the charm of the 80s. I went back to my childhood days when I visited here recently. The road in front is also very wide with adequate parking for cars and bikes.

Went to buy some bakery products today. Found the bakery is over priced, after being expensive they serves stale and old products. Making a cool bakery doesn’t make it the best, if you can’t deliver quality products. Very poor experience

It's a decent place to go for dinner. Food in no doubt good, taste, quality and quantity is good. But the service and management is a bit of a mess. No bowls to wash hand in the end, no cutlery on the table. Rest if i have to rate good it was great!

Horrible experience Went on 28 Feb at 930 pm to have dinner .. ordered soup , Fanta , veg sizzler , pasta , stuff naan .. I cudnt believe that waiter got all things together shamelessly.. No etiquette to serve soup first then main course .. to top it staff was in a hurry to close restaurant that didn’t accepted desert order too .. we spent 1500 rs for such a unprofessional restaurant.. food was also half cook in a hurry .. finally we left paying the bills.. avoid this restaurant at any cost if u are a fine dining person

We have arranged one social event, the place don't have a parking space but vallet service is available, in the hall we find rats, the wash rooms are very dirty and not hyganic at all. The food service was good .

Undoubtedly this is the best backery, sweet shop and cafe too. The interior is impeccable. Unique sweets and chocolates. I have ordered two cakes one was fruit cake and one was belgian chocolate. Both are the best. Staff is also friendly.

Did not like Olivia much, I felt it's overhyped restaurant in meerut and living off the nostalgia people have for it. Food was average, service was okay, prices were also average, ambience and interiors look old and are not well maintained. I went to the restaurant dining area and not lounge.

I don't understand what is 'awesome' about 'Syra' restaurant inside Olivia that others have been raving about! This was the worst experience we all had. Except for the parking valet everyone was inconsiderate, hostile and rushed us into everything. The older guy in the restaurant prolly the manager was worst. So many employees hanging out in the register corner instead of doing their actual f'n jobs of being servers as there was no service. We all got sick even before we walked out of dinner. The place is dark and dingy with Nastest stinking toilets with no tp or working hand held spout. Just shut down the place, have professional cleaning service come scuba the place down and then hire ppl who have the ability to atleast smile - bare minimum. Worst place. Even the guy at sadar bazaar chaat Staal was more hospitable than them.

Four of us went to Olivia restaurant on 16 March 2022 for dinner. Overall, it was a bad experience. Pros: - Location is central. - Reception looks descent and well lit surroundings. - Parking is an issue but vallet services help. Cons: - Very bad quality food and terrible preparation (too oily). All of us fell sick soon after. - The waiters are untrained. They don't check the tables, they look frustrated, they don't know how to lay the table (it felt they are throwing stuff to dogs). - Dirty, stinky washrooms Even a dhaba gives you a memorable experience, atleast they make you feel welcomed. Olivia was such a waste of time, energy and money.

Olivia was a good experience. We went their in a wedding not to the restaurant specifically but I must say their starters and food were really drool worthy. The Malai chaap, Spring rolls and Paneer tikka were one of the favourites. The main course had few options but were good. About the ambience, they have to work a lot to improve their interiors in terms of the backside lawn and the small hall where the ceremony was held. There was a lot of room for improvement and hopefully If the management decides they can do wonders ..

Overall Decorum and way of surviving the services was good n so impressive but I don't like the taste of Cold Coffee it was just Ohk Ohk

Staff is polite , humble and helpful . Food is tasty. Reasonable price for ambience and hospitality. Good for parties at small scale like birthday or other like that . Located on main road on the outskirts of main city meerut .No parking facility of its own ,which is on road sides at own risk . Besides big restaurent area available on ground & first floor ,reasonably good open space area is available in front of restaurent Hall on the ground floor lunch & dining for about 100 persons . On the whole it is reasonably so -- so ,not very good .

Finest location when it comes to the City of meerut. Nostalgic and the safest area sandwiched between the army cantt and meerut commissary. Neat, clean and safe parking. Good food, there is scope of improvement in service. But the staff was helpful and so was the manager on duty. Surely worth a visit if you like a peaceful atmosphere.

Please avoid this place and the non vegetarian food served here, myself and multiple people from my party were down with food poisoning straight after coming back from this place and it’s clear that proper food hygiene is not being followed at this place

What a miserable, pathetic vrat ki thali! Olivia has been our go to place for the last so many years, but today we were so disappointed with their vrat ki thali. We took along our extended family to have some decent food during Navratras. Before going we called them up to ask if they were serving vrat food and they very confidently assured us that they were. But it turned out to be such a poor show. First twenty minutes the staff ignored us. Then finally we had to call someone to attend to us. We ordered six vrat thalis which took ages to be served. The food was absolutely tasteless and badly made. The paneer was over spicy and the pumpkin bland. The pakoris were really bad. Papads were not properly fried. The fruit was stale and the poories were too dense and thick. An absolute waste of three thousand rupees! Akhileshwar Dayal

Went for Chinese and Thai food. Good taste, value for money. Only problem is service. It is a bit delayed.

3rd Grade quality food now. There was a time when food used to be good. The people who are giving good reviews now are maybe less travelled with very limited exposure to good food.

Staff services are so bad here. Intentionally serve cheap items again and again. They Escape plates from the table so that a customer can be charged extra. No proper parking. Didn't give decoration along with the plates price. Ask for extra charges for decoration also. The food is ok but we don't recommend you this place.
