The food is delicious. We had veg as well non veg. The starters are yummy. The portion is fine. The vibe is pleasant. It's quiet and clean. Though on a bit of expensive side.

I had dinner at this restaurant while coming back from Rishikesh. Initial thought was that it would be very costly with just normal food. But trust me, food was tasty and also staffs are very nice. Off course price is a bit high specially when Haldiram & McDonald is available in same campus BUT Haldiram & McD one can get in almost all cities now.

Food was good, sangria was not good, they replaced with another drink though. Friendly staff. Noodles were cold and they reheated on request. Nice place to hangout with friends and family

It's on the main highway from Delhi -Merrut - Dehradun. Place is very neat and clean. Food quality is very good. In the breakfast, they offered complementary sprouts. In the breakfast hall, they have put table tennis table. Very nice decoration, very tastefully done. An 3z dllwbt option for family stopover.

You can get best and quality food with the joyous environment as the staff is very courteous and well trained. Enjoyed delicious butter chicken with butter naan.

The visit to Chakra was unplanned, but I'm glad it happened because the interiors are amazing. The atmosphere is serene and lovely. Elegant. The food is also of high quality, and the prices are reasonable.

Although they have limited options to offer... But I am very happy with quality of food.. service and ambiance.. the food is delicious and there is nothing I can complain about.. I look forward to going again...

This place is a blessing, the food is good the vibe is appropriate. If you’re around Muzaffarnagar or from Muzaffarnagar, this is where you go for fine dine,. Yes they’re a busy restaurant, sometimes staff is low in number so it might take time but it’s good altogether. I recommend eating Hyderabadi chicken, I have tried pizza, paneer tikka, pasta, dal makhani, all were delicious! On the back they’ve bar where they serve snack and bar menu only, you can explore it. It’s aesthetic and pleasing! Have fun!

Visited Chakra on our way to Delhi to have dinner before we resumed our journey. While the food tasted decent, it was truly a disappointing shock to see an admired north indian restaurant serving Dal Makhani, a Punjabi dish that is always served with Rotis or Naans, with rice. We had ordered a Dal Makhani combo. Nowhere in the venue was it mentioned that it would be served with rice.

The moment I entered 'Chakra' at Namaste Dwaar, its ambience said a lot about it. Amazing!! We were a group of around 19 people that included adults, kids, infants and senior citizens. All vegetarians. The restarant provide north indian food BUT SUPRISINGLY NOT CHOLEY BHATURE. How can you offer north indian food without choley bhature? Instead they offer chana kulcha. There is no comparison between the two. My taste buds for choley bhature was then satisfied by their AMAZING PAV BHAJI. With so many taste buds in the group we finally got satisfied with the food we ordered, consumed and service offered by them. They are very conveniently located on the highway. The entire complex is nice, clean and full of eating options. Chakra is located near the exit of the premises with Haldiram and Mc Donalds all coming before it. So good chances are there that they are loosing clients just because of their placement. Nevertheless, they are making a mark with their services, food quality, quantity, and over all its ambience. Price of the food iitems are a bit on a higher side but its ok when ordered in a group. Our bill for 16 people (excluding 2 infants) was arround Rs. 500 per person which is ok considering other points on alocaiton and ambience I have mentioned above. It should have been a 5-star rating but 1 star is deducted because of NO CHOLEY BHATURE in their north indian menu.

Fantastic technique, the way they convince people to buy stale naan is amazing. But to be frank the service was lousy and portions tiny. You would be better of eating at a local dhaba.

Today i have visited this restaurant with entire family. This my first time i have visited this restaurant. Food is quite good in comparatively to near by restaurants. The worst part of this restaurant is service. Entire service team seem hopeless. They serve food but not give the cutlery after two to three reminders they povide the cutlery. We are eight persons but only 4 water glasses they gave us after reminders they give 2 more glasses. My waiter start attending new customers in meddle of our lunch the another waiter who is attending other customers help us to complete our lunch. The restaurant need a floor manager to manage these mistakes.

Nice place to eat. Really good ambience and decorations. The food is good but it won't be anything extraordinary. You will enjoy the food but it's just same like you will get in any other good restaurants with menu and price like chakra. But still you will have a great time. Chakra servers both vegetarian and non vegetarian food. Many more choices for non vegetarian food. The price of the food is quite high but again it's a good restaurant. Only problem I had was with the sitting. The table is too low or the chairs are just too high (on the side table, near the walls) very uncomfortable. So try to sit somewhere in the middle.

I went to this amazing fine dining restaurant for dinner with my family and it was such an awesome experience. The food was so good and i over ate. The staff behaviour was nice and professional. We ordered Murg Malai Tikka and Chicken Tikka for starters. For the main course we opted for Champaran Handi Mutton and Butter Chicken, The food was pretty delicious. They also have a separate play zone for kids and adults. Kid games are free like Ludo, carrom etc, but for adults it's paid like TT and Snooker. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good time to spend.

Food served and ambience is good but service was not at par. Food was served really late and the attitude towards work was very casual. I wanted to rate full stars but just because of service I am rating it average.

Horrible food we had that yesterday night and my whole family is in trauma of food poisoning. Pathetic is the only word left. It may be some left over food of some days back that they are serving. Worst experience

Terrible experience with this restraunt. The waiters are ill mannered and extremely arrogant. We halt in this restraunt for lunch on our way back to Delhi, the services was 50 mins late, there was no proper management of crowd. The staff was not respectful. Utterly disappointed.

Expensive pricing. Main course portion sizes reasonable but raita & quite small portion sizes for starters. Slow service. Waiters not dressed in any uniform which looks unprofessional for a premium place like this and makes it difficult to identify them. Also no dedicated waiter per table so service becomes slow. Vegetarian main course tasted good but on spicy side despite requesting for non-spicy. Starters delicious. Mandatory 10% service charge. They refused to remove it despite there being a law for this. Overall just okay experience

Absolutely love this place. The best place to stop for a healthy and high quality meal at great affordable prices. Soon there will be an ayurveda spa.

Dhabas are far better than this. I am happy to pay for food but there should be some value init. No taste at all.
