I visited second time for ambience and taste. We ordered Paneer tikka,missi roti,pyaz kachori,kesariya lassi,tutty fruty ice cream. Except kesariya lassi every item was delicious. 🚙 Dedicated security gaurd for parking. ✔️ Interior is good. 🕛 Serve time depends on crowd.

AVOID GOING TO THIS PLACE.... I've been a regular visitor at this place for years but it's not worth coming to this place now. They have changed their prices drastically... more than double... not value for money at all... Coffee at Star Bucks is much cheaper than this place... if you don't believe, compare yourself... Please avoid visiting this place they are serving just regular food same as any other family restaurant...

Great restaurant...great option for family lunch or friends outing..atmosphere of this restaurant is really nice..you can have a great fun here..food is very tasty n i loved their sealing too..it's a veg restaurant so you get plenty options of veg food.

Nice joint for authentic south Indian dishes. And filter coffee of course. Good service & ambience. Visited and had Mysore Rava Masala Dosa after Long time in July 22. Enjoyed filter coffee as well. Name has been changed from Sagar Ratna to Spice Route. Taste & flavour of south Indian food remains the same.

Great ambience and interior but on contrary very BAD food and poor service!! One of the worst food ever had in Meerut. Some of the street food is much better, tastier than this newly opened Sagar Ratna/Hira Sweets

My first experience and one of the best. HOST has three different services on different floors, we took our dinner in Sagar Ratna. First thing to mention is their mesmerising decoration, with different lightings as per the season and locale inside. If you chose a corner spot then you can enjoy a low light candle light kindof dinner. The food they serve is mouth watering. You can find varities of food ranging from starters to full course meals. Kadhai paneer, daal makhani, pasta, cold drinks, soya chap, cake, you name it and they have it for you. The staff is very hospitable and serves with regard. Easy to locate on map. Car parking is also available.

I have been to this place many times. The place is good and you can go with family and friends. Also Hira Provide a Good Breakfast Menu at only Rs 129 and it's value for Money but It's only till 11 AM

Nice place, it is a premium vibe family restaurant. Food is nice too .

I visited on 30 April 2023 along with my family. We had Dosa which was very good. We ordered Biryani which was not good, chef asked us to change that as we didn't wanted to waste the earlier one and neither did we returned it so that it doesn't get wasted. I believe I showed a gesture by not returning or replacing ,the staff could have showed gesture by not charging for the same or discounting the Bill or that product but they didn't paid to request and simply denied saying we are not responsible for the same. THIS SHOWS THEY ARE NOT INTO CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE BUT WANT TO JUST FILL IN THEIR POCKETS.

Pathetic service. Dosas were served cold. Waiter forgot cutlery And then the plates. No equipment to serve it from the food from the platter.

We went on the new year day and we didn't get proper service. The staff was not listening to us. And we had to ask them to give us water and the menu. Like we sat for around 25 min and still no one came to take our order. And when we finally said to the manager, sk he took our order after 25 min literally. Their service was best at the starting and now because of it's popularity, it's not upto the mark. Worst experience, not wanted to give even a 1. And the food came around 50 min later and I asked for some chutneys and after asking 5 different people, chutneys came. And so we can conclude that the staff is not at all cooperative. And the food shows how we got our table at first and we had to ask to clean it

Good place for family and friends gathering... with a beautiful interior and music !!!

Nice visit here. We ordered Masala Dosa and Rawa MASALA dosa here. Service was okay and our meal took average time in spite of that we three were the only customers there. Sitting area was very spacious and very beautifully decorated. Staff was well behaving. Taste of dosa was average. Not as per our expectations. Parking is not a problem here they have plenty of space available for parking and ballet parking is also available here. Washroom was very clean and maintained.
