Big outlet with ample parking and seating space... Had only "Naan Khatai" there which they claim to be their speciality... It was good, crunchy, soft, a bit of smokey flavour which means its has been roasted well. Had some dryfruits in it too. Overall good in taste. Apart from this, they have wide mennu and variety of sweets which looked fresh and tempting. Unfortunately I just had "naan khati" as my plan was to try more at some other outlets.

Super fast service even in rush hours. What else you need? If you are a vegetarian and looking for a North Indian food or even street food then this is the best place in Meerut. Have a big dining space and also enough space for big groups. Located on the main garh road with enough space for parking which is free. Highly recommended

Whenever I ate lunch or dinner here, I found that quality of food is excellent and behaviour of staff is very good, but today when I went to dinner with my family, quality of food is below standard and I also feel that behaviour of staff is not as usual. My bad luck. Moreover bowls are very small. Must use normal size bowls. However place is clean, service is fast, rates are reasonable. Hope next time they will not disappoint us.

Sweets are good with variety of options, Fast food, thali and North Indian and continental food is served in Main Coarse . One of best sweets are Malai Laddoo and Bundi Laddoo. Pros - # Ample seating arrangement with comfortable chairs and sofa. # Family friendly atmosphere. Cons- # Service is Poor. # Food quality is also poor with quality and quantity getting reduced day by day.

One of the famous sweets shop and restuarant in Meerut City at garh road. Spacious sitting with nice ambience. Parking is available in front of the restaurant. Usually seats are available for family also and mostly occupied. I visited Samrat restaurant many times before and always food and sweets quality so good. Thali or alacarta both available. Panner dishes are good to taste. Many Chinese options available for kids. Pav bhaji also available. Different fresh shakes available. South Indian options brings water to mouth. IMPORTANT: if you want dishes without onion for that waiters would help you for that. I like that as it's good for Jain food lovers and those who have fast. Cakes and sweet options available at restaurant.

Upscale place for quick bites and sweets in Meerut. However, it has arrogant management and quite expensive compared to lot other food and bakery joints in Meerut. Not recommended for food, bakery due to very high cost.

A very renowned restaurant in the city...dinner time little bit late in taking order....you can gather and book for birthday celebration ,, anniversary,,,party,,, ceremony....food is freshly prepared,,,sweets are also delicious.....Two wheels n four wheeels parking area is there in front of restaurant.....well sanitized restaurant...workers are also using gloves n mask Service is little bit late .. so kindly request the workers for early placement of orders................................. ....

Food was good so do the hospitality. Only issue was the air ventilation as we felt a bit hot inside after sometime of having dinner. Overall it was a nice experience.

Chole Bhature is good but never ever try south indian dish from Samrat Sweets because they really don't know how to make delicious Idli, Dosa , Uttapam and other south indian cuisines. The worst is their Sambhar and Coconut Chutney ( they make it of Daal) , rest fast food is ok ! However presentation is very good of Uttpam but you won't find a good taste in Sambhar and Chutney.

We ordered honey chilli potatoes which were fairly good. Spring rolls were not up to the mark & fresh lime soda was bad, it was like lime juice with no fizz.

If you're familiar with hindi saying "Uchi dukaan feeka pakwaan", you'll know what I'm trying to say. Service was good, for a family dinner ambience was alright, but the food was not tasty, it was average by far and also little overpriced.

I have been dinner with family. its a nice place but lil silence. the food is good like kadai paneer, dal makhani, fries, special thali but the veg hakka noodles were not good at all. the service was a average.

Worst food Experience, they don't know the authentic taste of cuisine, i have ordered Chinese food and pav bhaji and I don't know what they served its like I am eating boiled noodles and white bread.. pathetic

Its ruining itself. It was an awesome restaurant and had everything top notch from the quality of food to the ambience of the hall. Now its not even what you'd call "average". The food quality just went down hill. Even though the prices are really good the food is not AT ALL up to the mark, Its below average. The restaurant has comprised a lot on it's food quality. I'd have happily recommended it then but I'd not now at all. Thank you, surely it was my last visit there today. Last time i went which was a few months ago was as horrible as it was today. Not satisfied.

With the outer and interior ambience one would feel Waao but you would be very upset with their food quality they offer and service is pathetic. You order something and they will serve something else thinking the customer is a fool. Every time you correct the waiters and they repeat the same mistake, wasting the customer time and energy spoiling the hunger and the mood .

The place is set up good. Food is also decently tasty. But my only doubt of the quality arose when I found hair in the vegetable soup that I ordered. So, I would think twice in visiting the place again.

The place is good as the dishes served there are quite above average. But there is nothing very great about it. Sweets here are pretty good in quality and variety. The service and staff is also good. In case searching for good resturant for family, a good place to visit but only pure vegitarian food. Overall a good place

Undoubtedly one of the best fast food joints in the city. The price maybe on the higher side but its definitely worth it. I have been going there since I was a kid and the shop was really small, the quality of food has been maintained. I would recommend their paneer dosa if you are into it.

Good place to have refreshment, complete meals and sweets. It is similar to Om sweets Gurgaon but having very small parking area for 4 wheelers.
