2021Best place for Pizza in Meerut . Loved the service hot in a pan right on the table during this cold time . Perfect for family time out . Professional staff . Finished by ringing the bell by Happy kids . They were excited to visit again. Good job Team Pizza Hut . 2022 visited Pizza Hut , for my son's birthday 🎂 , Many pizza were not available which was there on the Menu , the service was disappointing, no light on the billing counter, no water @ Handwash area . Pizza standard dropped very rapidly , Didn't expect this at pizza Hut, When asked for feed back , the guy introduced himself as the manager didn't give the feedback book , Spoke very rudely , he didn't bother about my feedback ,shocking Attitude for a manager , he spoiled my son's birthday .Congrats 👏 Pizza Hut for finding such potential candidate to run the store . Over the visit in this Pizza hut what i found is that stuff were expensive as compare to Domino's Pizza and biggies pizza i prefer all of you to not waste money in this hut

The staff member who was taking the order was rude and dont have manners on how to interact with customers. We left without giving any order. Please check who was taking orders on 12th December 2022. Dear pizza hut please kick this certain guy or else ur store will have only flies to be cared of😃

Worst pizzahut outlet someone can ever find, worn-out interior and ignorent servers is the characteristic features of this outlet. They don't care for customers and their orders. I visited the outlet on tenth of October and greeted by smelly and empty place and it's rude staff who could not remember the order which I paid for and served only after reminder and argument. You don't visit a place on your birthday for such experience. No wonder why this was a desserted place. Thwas my

Very bad service, I order in pvs mall but Mr Ashish ( store manager) call me 2 times and force me to cancel order.

The AC / fan not working . The Place is I’ll staffed . The moms look nothing like this pictures and surely didn’t taste even good . It’s a disappointment for the brand being the only store in Meerut

I visited the place few Days back and this is not the first time I visited there...But the point is, I loved the place this time. The ambience, the service, the food, everything was too good. I ordered two pizzas and two drinks. 1 pizza was Chicken Saucage which was very yummy in taste. I highly recommend it to you. 2nd was Veggie Feast which was also tasty. The drinks were Jamuntini and Fresh Lime. Jamuntini was something like I have never tasted. Its taste was something bilkul different and a good one. If you wanna try something new, try it. Fresh Lime was ok in taste. Not up to the mark. ••••••• Overall The experience was Good. I loved the place, there service and ofcourse the food too.

Worst experience ever service is very bad pizza is not good like street type pizza and i order 2 medium pizza with cheese and 2 soft drinks😡😡😡very bad drinks expired.... “WORST PIZZA HUT” experience. AC and ventilation system were not working. Only two people were running the whole outlet. The quality of food was pathetic and a roadside pizza corner can also provide a pizza better than that. I don’t know if it is the real pizza hut outlet or if someone is running a bogus pizza hut outlet.

Staff has no intention to serve to customers, has given me waiting time of more than one hour and that happened when there were only 3 people in the outlet..

Understaffed at the time, but the staff currently working there are real cooperative and nice, was nice shifting from Domino's to pizza hut

Horrible place, ignorent staff and worn-out place like a haunted house. I visited on my birthday on 10th October and staff didn't even served the order which we ordered, he said he forgot what I ordered. Such unprofessional people should not work for pizza hut. Worst experience, I would never visit this outlet again, ever and everyone who is reading this should also avoid.

It's okay, I order once in 3 months from here because I regularly get coupons from bank. I prefer domino's.

This place is way more expensive then their service .... Prefer going elsewhere
