last
monday,I
visited
the
property
for
a
lunch,my
child
has
a
food
allergy
and
knowing
that
he
asked
the
staff
about
the
same
indigrent
in
the
DAL,and
reconfirmed
it
thrice,but
the
staff
did
not
care
and
served
it.Having
a
bite,he
got
a
severe
allergic
attack,and
vomiting
and
giddiness.
Concerning
the
situation,
I
had
to
rush
to
nearby
medical
aid
to
st.Francis
hospital
o.p.d.
at
hiway,all
this
while
the
staff
instead
of
helping
asked
for
bill,and
in
a
hurry
overpaid
them.After
an
hour
of
aid,I
sent
my
driver
for
a
refund,which
they
refused.Understanding
the
nature
of
staff,I
understood
to
better
to
move
on
and
report
the
matter
to
management,who
had
a
chat
with
me,but
he
was
equally
diligent
and
even
after
understanding
the
whole
issue
did
not
bother
to
look
into
the
cctvs
and
apologise
and
nor
did
he
accept
that
his
staff
was
lying
Therefore
would
not
recommend
anyone
to
visit,as
these
people
have
no
quality,
morals
and
even
after
serving
faulty
food,they
want
to
overcharge.Thanks
