I booked Unmess costly services from Piyush based on online reviews but these guys completely ruined my boy's first birthday event. I really really felt sad. 1.Food was stale . Rasmalai was sour and smelly. Every guest came to me and told me about stale food. It looked like food was made long back or any other party's wasted food was served. 2. I booked approx 2 month prior to event and kept requesting him multiple time for visit but no one ever showed up. 3. Main course was served approx 1 hour 15 min later than agreed time. I am not sure whether other 5 star reviews are fake or he ruined my party only but i warn you to book his services for small birthday like event because they are only interested in money and will pay attention to big events only. In case you really want to book ,put very strict condition on quality of food otherwise ask to return complete catering money. I also want @Unmess team to acknowledge here that this happened and return my complete catering expense to maintain authenticity of other online reviews.

Booked UnMess for my son's namkaran. Excellent service, fantastic food & highly professional. Prices are little bit on higher side comparision with other caterers, but ultimately when you will avail their services, all will be justified. These guys made our event memorable.

UnMess is an outstanding company , with great staff , services and most important scrumptious food. I hosted 2 parties In November this year , where the first party , I chose UnMess because of its presence and reviews. I was completely mind blown by their quality of their staff , their cutlery and obviously the food . First party was a Diwali party .I did face some issues in first one regarding snacks not served hot after few hours of service , but their attitude and behaviour was so friendly , they always corrected their mistakes and listened to what was told. Overall food was highly appreciated and their snacks were too good. Spot on!!! After this party we hosted another one , a get together party for family and friends after exactly 20 days. Piyush , the owner of this company , took care of all the small issues that we faced in first party and really delivered a 5 star service , with no questions or problems at all in second one Hats off to entire team to bring back double the energy and efforts in second one . I will surely go for UnMess for my future parties and events . Some suggestions and recommendation :- 1 . Always discuss with Piyush , the ratio of non veg and veg people for better food choices for all .this discussion should be at party venue , as he gives a lot of inputs regarding setup which is amazing . 2. Take their complete package where they provide from water to tonic water to ice cubes and juices , it saves a lot of time to arrange them as these small things take a lot of time . 3. Their Bartender is a super awesome . Mr -Jassi. No need to find anyone else . He will make ur party more crazier with his bar skills and friendly attitude . I’m sure they have other great bartenders too but we specifically asked for jassi second time too. 4. Mr Dhawan and Mr Naveen, top top staff at UnMess no doubt .Dhawan a great cook and Naveen a great manager They should be their at every party organised by UnMess 5. They will justify their asking price . Need not worry. Lastly Piyush , the owner is an awesome guy and he is running UnMess beautifully . I booked a service from Unmess for a birthday and all my guests including myself got food poisoning and fell sick. When I informed the organizer, he wasn't at all empathetic and mentioned that the workers who also ate were fine and that he will investigate. It's been a month now, no one came back. Never booking again !!!

Unmess catered our housewarming lunch. Overall their services were pretty good and they had set up everything in time. Everyone liked the food taste and quality👍. Special thanks to their staff, they were very cooperative. Giving 4 ⭐ because of a minor hiccup as they didn't serve tea and coffee as promised in the menu.

Awesome is the closest word i can find to the service that i got today from Unmess. We had taken the non veg main course + desert package from them for 21 people. They were thorough professionals, setup the food in our home beautifully without any hassle and after everyone was done having food they cleaned everything dry as if the kitchen was not used. Pitch perfect. The team they had sent was very friendly, neat and clean. They were serving food as if it was their relatives that were being served. Food quality was top notch. Paneer was melting in mouth. The best part: Mom was not worried that her kitchen was being used by some stranger as they were so cordial and professional ;).

Hosted farm house party for 20 odd people, so I encountered with UnMess, one of my friend referred. Not only food, but also their service team is courteous & humble. Super friendly, open for everything, no rigidity. Especially their supervisor Mr Naveen, I must say, every company should have someone like him.
