Third class place. I booked property from OYO. Paid the full amount online. After reaching hotel property denied check-in. And asked for extra money else refused we won't give you room if you don't pay extra amount. It was late night had no place to go so had to stay unwanted. Rooms were filthy,non hygienic washroom.

The worst experience so far with Oyo rooms. I tried to contact hotel many times to inform them about my late arrival through hotel's mobile number (which was wrong number) and also through Oyo app and Oyo customer support but could not reach the hotel representative or the owner. I reached hotel late at night. There was no receptionist, the owner was sleeping fully drunk and the guard (old man) who tried to wake him around 10 times but to no avail, he even spilled water on his face still he did not wake up from his deep slumber. Then guard contacted owner's brother but the guard was not aware of check in process. I took checked 5 rooms of the hotel then finally settled in one room taking AC remote from another room. All the rooms were smelling of Cigarette smoke, toilet seat was not clean. No room service such as towel, soap, liquid soap, etc. was provided. I had to rely on paper soap. I had to wait for full 1 hour before I could get the room. I paid INR 999/- just for sleeping for about 5 hours. There was complementary breakfast included in my reservation but I did not see anyone during the checkout and the owner was still sleeping so no breakfast. I woke him up, handed the room key and left. I feel so cheated.

770 Rs is on Oyo app but receptionist denied on this amount. His talking behavior is like we are criminal. He was threaten us of police checking in the night. I will never go there again.

It's good .. Staff behaviour is very good. Ac works well. Only negative point is Hygiene. It is not good in washroom.

Bad, dirty, smelly hotel, no room service, bathroom not working, flash not working. TV is all spoiled. , no WIFI. Not even clean drinking water, ac too useless. No one even knows what to do with the guest. I don't understand how did he get the oyo tag? The surrounding area is also very dirty and full of dust.

It's not good hotel. I booked it in 550₹ but they charged me 200₹ extra. It's really not good hotel of everyone who wants to go meerut..

third class hotel no facilities. AC is not working. don't waste your money.

Hotel is at prime location under the flyover . Shoprix mall is away just five minutes distance . Staff behaviour is good but room price is not reasonable and room is also not comfortable and food service which they provide to room is ok but food quality is worst
