The
worst
experience
so
far
with
Oyo
rooms.
I
tried
to
contact
hotel
many
times
to
inform
them
about
my
late
arrival
through
hotel's
mobile
number
(which
was
wrong
number)
and
also
through
Oyo
app
and
Oyo
customer
support
but
could
not
reach
the
hotel
representative
or
the
owner.
I
reached
hotel
late
at
night.
There
was
no
receptionist,
the
owner
was
sleeping
fully
drunk
and
the
guard
(old
man)
who
tried
to
wake
him
around
10
times
but
to
no
avail,
he
even
spilled
water
on
his
face
still
he
did
not
wake
up
from
his
deep
slumber.
Then
guard
contacted
owner's
brother
but
the
guard
was
not
aware
of
check
in
process.
I
took
checked
5
rooms
of
the
hotel
then
finally
settled
in
one
room
taking
AC
remote
from
another
room.
All
the
rooms
were
smelling
of
Cigarette
smoke,
toilet
seat
was
not
clean.
No
room
service
such
as
towel,
soap,
liquid
soap,
etc.
was
provided.
I
had
to
rely
on
paper
soap.
I
had
to
wait
for
full
1
hour
before
I
could
get
the
room.
I
paid
INR
999/-
just
for
sleeping
for
about
5
hours.
There
was
complementary
breakfast
included
in
my
reservation
but
I
did
not
see
anyone
during
the
checkout
and
the
owner
was
still
sleeping
so
no
breakfast.
I
woke
him
up,
handed
the
room
key
and
left.
I
feel
so
cheated.
