It's a good property to stay in Meerut as compared to other options available nearby. The rooms are good and the services are satisfactory.

This place is okay if one does not care about budget, but comparing it with other Radisson Hotels, you are likely to get disappointed for the experience one would expect from Radisson Hotels in top cities. High charges for less than average service and facilities.

It is unfortunate to report that during our recent stay at the hotel, we experienced some unethical behavior from the manager. Initially, he offered us a lower-priced room, but upon our late-night arrival, he took advantage of the situation and demanded an exorbitant amount that we were forced to pay. This experience left us with a negative impression and we cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel, awarding it a 2-star rating. It is worth noting that the rooms themselves were of good quality and quiet, but the behavior of certain staff members was unprofessional and disappointing. I went for a wedding in Meerut and stayed at this place. I guess it is one of the best hotel in Meerut. Rooms are very spacious. Breakfast was reasonably good. Overall satisfying experience

Horrible place to stay in due to irresponsible staff . There is no one to pick up your luggage . Staff does not pick up your calls . Hot water is not available . I am staying in room no 503 fifth floor and complained about hot water at morning but no response for more than one hour . Duty manager does not pick up calls . Very bad housekeeping services . Never stay here . They are giving bad name to Raddison.

I Don't know if the owners of the hotel chain will see this message, but , the reputation of Country Inn and Raddison when added, should provide a better experience at every single touch point from entry to the hotel, to reception, lobby and lift experience, food and services and exit...it feels, nobody cares about the property anymore, they are just doing the duties, that's it. The customer experience can be levelled up by small enhancements.. best of luck

Though the best stay option in Meerut, it's still an extremely badly maintained property. The food is stale. The air conditioner is always turned off in the lobby. Lights are all turned off at night and does not give an impression of a property associated with a brand name that's resonated with high standard hospitality. Hope that the brand looks into the matter with all seriousness, shall it not want it's name to be tarnished.

Just had food there. Didn’t find the food that great, was just average. In tier 2/3 cities with low foot fall, one cannot expect these hoteliers to maintain to that extend like they do in metros. But they should maintain a uniform standard all across.

Have been visiting them for the past 4 years. The place has maintained a certain standard. Sue to the recent covid restrictions, looks like they have cut down on some basics but I am sure they will get those back. Rooms are comfortable, and the food is delicious. Both dinner and breakfast had sufficient spread. A satisfying stay!

Very bad experience, I have stayed in many hotels but this kind of behaviour at reception that you can't serve "water" Why you people are destroying the name of Radisson? Your plugs aren't working at the reception area found very rude behaviour of attendees don't want to mention name. Take it as Feedbacks are the future...

Overall three star property but expectations were higher because of brand name. Property especially rooms were not managed properly, some lights were working and some were not. Hair dryer and shaving mirror are the key requirement, both were missing. In fact the lid of electric kettle was broken but nobody bothers to replace in my4 days of stay. Attitude of chef was very rude as if we were asking for free; not ready to serve fresh items instead forcing us to take what is already available in the oven. I asked for fresh hot paranoia, he said sir rakha toh hai box me. I told him, agar mujhe wahi khana hota toh main live counter par nahi aata. Further, you have to keep waiting for your order to serve because the staff gets so busy to serve the marriage guests and not us. May be because they have buying power and they are more in number. Ideally the staff should be allocated according to I type of guest they are serving so as to avoid such issues. Overall breakfast menu remains common except few changes. Everything was basic as if it is a budgeted hotel

Simply Pathetic. So dirty and ill managed. Visit on your risk. If you are looking for reasonable hygiene, you will come out immediately after entering
