One of the best experience here at Hotel Broadway inn restuarant in Meerut. The food is amazing. Service is superb. The staff is so nice and polite. They constantly ask for feedback and really polite. The Ambience is amazing. Soft music, good food. Everything is great. Loved the experience. Must visit for a family or friends gathering. We tried grilled fish sizzler and cotage cheese sizzlers. The mocktails were also good.

Just about a okay decent hotel to spend your night. Tariff considering the city ( Merrut ) and property are way to high than it should be. Food is below average... nothing great about the property

Celebrated my son's first Lohri yesterday, right from Ms.Lovely who made the booking and coordinated everything , Sachin who was the event incharge , Chef Sanjay who was brilliant, the waiters who were relentlessly working and attending all of us ... everyone made us super happy with everything!! Delicious food, service was top-notch and they took care of us and our guests very nicely.

Enjoyed my lunch here... tasty Chicken Tikka, dal tadka, starters, main course and other assortments... delicious. Happy with prompt service... staff has been good... Ms Chitra handled the meal service very courteously... Overall a good dining experience...

I went there for a wedding function. The service was very very bad and slow. The host paid for the best services in terms of per plate cost but still there were multiple issues. - the food was not ready till 9PM, when most of the guest already comes and plans to leave - disposal used for of very very bad quality - in tomato soup there were hairs This does not ends here, manager was arguing that it is the best that they can do

Food - Amazing (5 star ) Hospitality and staff - they are nice but pokes alot in bw so one advice - order all the dishes in one go so they do not keep coming like ,"sir anything in beverages ??,sweets ",and u will save yourself from getting annoyed . 😄 (3star) Ambience - nice ✔️ ( 4star)

A funny hotel and its funny reception. I got married recently and had visited the hotel with my wife in pre-booked rooms. While checking-in the receptionist asks us to provide something in proof of marriage because my wife's name had no suffix of my family name that time. Receptionist had to be shown our scanned copy of court marriage papers and then he allowed us to check-in. I wonder if I had no scanned copies of the proof, what would have happened. How this hotel reception would have behaved. Disgraceful hotel and its management.

Awesome place and delicious food. Service time is awesome. Staff is so humble and Friendly in nature specially Mr. Vikas is very supportive.

Went for dinner. The staff is very polite and up to the mark. Salim and Praveen in particular were really polite and helpful Overall, great place to visit.

I went there to attend a marriage function, food was quiet good with lots of varieties and they are serving that in different manner which was making it more delicious.

I had taken MAP Plan and Mr Haider from management denied to take me breakfast. When I asked him to discuss with his senior he told me I am the boss here and nobody can help you in this. When I asked to provide me on chargable basis he told me to pay the double. I am fed up with this type of people

Place is okay. Parking during rain is not available. They have a park in front of Hotel which was flooded during rain and cars were parked road side. Their parking staff doesn’t have courtesy and don’t know the manners to speak with car owners. I even went into an argument with them due to illogical reasons they were giving me to provide the key. Irresponsible staff, poor management, no parking arrangements.

Stayed there for a night and got paid water bottles at a high price,had to purcahse because of scorching heat.get ur own water or get from them at high price to stay hydrated. Beware of these guys.

This place is exceptional. We just had our 3 year old's daughter birthday party there and the entire experience was excellent. The staff is terrific and really knows how to keep the kids entertained , special thanks to Managers ( Manish ji and Dharmender ji)for organising accordingly. We were happy to have Adil as a decorator who decorated as we’re expected. Our daughter ( birthday girl) had a lot of fun as well. Our guests can't stop talking about it since they left, I received a lot of messages from them that they had such a wonderful time. Well deserved 5 star!

The property is located on the Garh Road side with ample parking and large banquets for social events. Rooms are just ok so are the washrooms but food for sure was amazing. Be it South Indian at the breakfast or the regular North Indian. The desserts were immaculate so were the starters at the wedding buffet.

One of the good hotels in Meerut for wedding, stay and party and the most preferential thing is that it is in the main city and having good parking space.

I attended a marriage in the basement marriage hall and it was really amazing. Most importantly the service was good and the staff was very polite. The food was good and tasty. Every arrangement was good and really helped everyone to enjoy the moment.

Thank you to the management and staff for ruining our marriage and insulting us in front of the Brides Family. I will rather score -100/10 stars for your service and behavior. This was my first and last visit to you and will never recommend anyone to arrange a function with you. This was the only marriage where guests waited for a piece of bread for 30 minutes post serving of dal/sabzi. Also, you reminded us that we have to call your manager 20 times, just to get hot food/correct arrangements. Your staff (Manager: Mamta) also threatened/harassed us when we ask for the reasons for not giving us the services that we paid for. You don't allow third-party vendors for decoration, arrangements, and post full payment your in-charge never responded back. Thanks to you that were ashamed in front of our guests and family members.

I had my wedding reception (walima) here and I am pleased to say that this is the place which I have always wanted. >4 star hotel >excellent rooms >large and luxurious suite >tasty food >THE STAFF👌👌👌 The staff is so good that I have not seen such a service in my life in Meerut city. The staff will make sure that you enjoy your event to the MAX!!! The only downside is the cost, Rs. 1700 per plate and Rs. 2000 per plate is quite high but after the event they make you feel that each penny you paid was worth it! I will recommend everyone reading this to push for it, you won't regret 👍

I have never experienced such kind of superb services during the hotel stay which I have faced here during my stay at this hotel on 15th and 16th night . Thanks to the housekeeping staff who realised me that ,this was my responsibility to get the room cleaned , change of bad sheet and pillow covers and deep cleaning of floor. It was my mistake that I was hungry and ordered a large drum of soup which took 1 hour to deliver . It was my extreme mistake that I ordered another eatable which I think I should not ordered. I accept my all mistakes that I choose this hotel fot better stay because you can't expect any favour from them. They do not have any contact number of Taxi driver. Breakfast was totally cold and they took 20-25 minutes for serving the order of breakfast at restaurant. Yes, they all were busy in marriage functions although they said it is business hotel. See the level of service. Do not try to stat in this hotel. Thanks 🙏🙏

Really nice experience The entrance of was so beautiful by the time, inside there was a huge Chandelier in the wedding hall ,on the first floor is bar and restaurant there is a ancient clock there. There are small plants at the entrance of the restaurant . The menu is lovely. I ordered lasagne , French fries and Indian famous dal makhani and lacho de parathe. I recommend you to park your vehicle in the parking and enjoy your day there! As I always say be careful while enjoying . Stay safe , stay Happy Peace out ✌️!

Front Desk Guy (Haider) don't have customer centric skills due to which my whole family faced multiple problems...that guy asked me to provide our children id cards and not offered any place to sit... Pathetic Service just bcz of this single guy...though other staff was polite and good.. Have already shared my feedback with Goswami Ma'am (GM) and requested her to take required actions...

We reached late! However the staffs were waiting with a smile on their faces. I am impressed with the interiors, the food quality and the etiquette. Bravo team! Good job from Canada. I wish we had something similar here as well.

We had sagai at this place food quality for really bad, no prior tasting of food, so much salty can't even eat a lot of dishes. Their are many good options in meerut apart from this consumers can look for apart from broadway inn.

The maintenance work is gng on so you will get awafull smell of seepage. Can't imagine how this hotel got the status of 4 star hotel.

An average place as can be realistically expected in a place like Meerut. Rooms were basic but reasonable. Place looked safe, and common areas were spacious. Restaurant and the food were exceptionally good, staff was full of warmth but obviously a good hotel needs much more than that. Professionalism was missing. Toiletries and towels were not up to the mark, and so was housekeeping. Once you realistically lower down your expectations, as you should- when in a small town, you will not find it disappointing.

It is a marvelous place to stay. A humongous property with humblest of staff. Great services.. Although food needs to be improved but otherwise it has lavish rooms and well maintained dining halls, conference rooms. It gives you a feeling like of staying in a King's palace

I had a chance to organise a get together for my girly gang last month in the restaurant of Broadway inn, we were in total 16 ladies. I must thank and appreciate the efforts Put-in by their staff Miss Anuradha and Mr. Vikas for their outstanding service with super great smiles. They both were always on their toes to keep all my guest happy with their effortless efforts and eyes to every minute details, instructions we were giving them related to food. My guests enjoyed their super delicious food, kudos to the chefs. It has become my favourite spot to have a get together now. They have super awesome and hardworking staff. We came here for kid’s birthday dinner. We ordered Paneer Taka Tak and Dal Makhani. Staff was exceptionally good especially Vikas Sagar took care of every member. Food was authentic and slurpy. We want to come again here.
