Hotel is good, staff is very supportive and polite. Cleanliness is really appreciated and room condition is also fine. Air conditioner is old but cooling is just awesome. fridge was not in working condition and 2 more machines was not working in the room. And, they denied to allow entry for oyo users if they have online payment. So oyo booking is not allowed there. And last, the the waiter asked for some tip just after helping you in getting the room.

Room 3, Cleanliness 2, bathroom 1, staff attitude 1, room service 5. During check-in the staff clearly said we'll not give you room from next time if you prepaid your charges to kyo you have to pay cash at hotel. Secondly The room they give us doesn't even have a lock . The shower doesn't work and during checkout the staff only interested to get a rating in oyo instead of listening to the feedback. PS : Dear Oyo Mgt, will you please look into the issues with hotel and refrain from providing below standard rooms to your business travellers. This is 2nd worst experience in last 5 stay in a week.

Very bad 👎 experience. I booked this hotel by oyo. Oyo discounted me I booked and pay online. When I reached the hotel they ask me to pay extra. Staff behavior is very bad. Don't know how to talk. Rudely. Never book this hotel.

Very bad experience in this hotel if you have no option pls stay in railway station but not in this hotel. Staff behaviour of this hotel is very bad they are abused customers and his behaviour is very, he even abuses with the gest to meet you.

Extremely poor. Rude manager. No service even they don't provide tea. No room service. They said they have only 1 waiter in whole hotel, who can serve only water bottle. Bad food. Buffet area doesn't have chairs even fan also. Worst.

Average Hotel with lounge facilities not too good and too bad. Room is far from Reception. Towel and soap was not provided. Hotel Manager is very kind and humble, but hotel's workers demanded for tip again and again.

Never go there please, The hygiene of room was so pathetic, Bedsheets, blanket, pillow cover were not changed, there were marks, stains and worst of all hair even after I showed those to the staff the boy replied " SIR DUPLICATE NISAAN HAI ". No toiletries provided, lighting wasn't enough in the room, cleanliness in toilet was not upto the mark. I would not go there even if it is last hotel in this world.

One of the worst hotels to stay in, even for a night. Located at a very busy market place, their rooms are shady, toilets are a nightmare. Most of the charging sockets don't work, and their services should be rated in negative, they have no restaurant, cafe or anything, even a cup of tea/coffee can't be ordered through them. Their bedsheets seem to be from the age of 1800's, and their behavior seems like, as if they're the only hotel in and around Meerut. Peeps, please stay away.

very bad staff. cleanliness is zero. no room alloted for 3 hrs stranded in midnight for 3 hrs. hotels dont accept tie ups from oyo. very arrogant staaf and manager. no water for flush. no hot water in taps or anything. very dirty beds. place full of mosquitos.

Required more cleaning sorrunding hotel. Manager requesting cash payment instead paying online. Mineral water to be provided at price. Breakfast is providing quantity like morning tea and not healthy food

Washroom door need repairing. Curtains should be arranged. AC is not working properly.

The experience of this hotel was great & the behaviour of staff was very humble nd polite . Room was very clean . I also suggest my friends to visit once at this hotel
