HAD
A
HORRIBLE
EXPERIENCE
AT
THE
HOTEL!
I
booked
an
entire
floor
of
11
rooms
for
my
sister's
marriage
to
accommodate
our
guests
on
the
wedding
day.
What
went
wrong:
1.
The
check-in
time
is
2
PM
but
our
guests
arrived
early
at
11
AM.
Even
after
continuous
requests,
the
authorities
did
not
help
accommodate
the
guests
in
the
rooms
that
are
being
checked
out.
2.
During
the
time
of
booking,
it
was
agreed
that
since
we
are
booking
an
entire
floor,
they
will
accommodate
30-35
guests
as
it
is
only
required
to
freshen
up
during
the
daytime.
While
checking
in,
the
authorities
started
arguing
that
they
have
a
strict
2-person
per
room
policy
and
can
only
allow
22
guests.
THE
ENTIRE
HEATED
DISCUSSION
WAS
HAPPENING
WHILE
AROUND
40
of
OUR
GUESTS
WERE
WAITING
IN
THE
PARKING
AREA
!!!!!!
3.
They
did
not
help
in
carrying
the
luggage
to
the
respective
guests'
room
and
while
we
were
doing
it,
we
were
being
shouted
at
BECAUSE
THEY
HAD
A
2-PERSON
ROOM
POLICY
WHICH
WAS
NOT
COMMUNICATED
AT
THE
TIME
OF
BOOKING.
4.
Since
the
guests
agreed
was
30-35
and
the
guests
arrived
were
around
40,
I
agreed
to
book
more
rooms
and
pay
extra
for
the
additional
guests.
THE
INITIAL
BILL
WAS
AROUND
7000
WHICH
WAS
LATER
REVISED
TO
18000
BY
THE
HOTEL
AUTHORITIES.
THIS
WAS
ONE
OF
THE
MOST
DISRESPECTFUL,
DISAPPOINTING
AND
RUDE
BEHAVIOUR
I
HAVE
EXPERIENCED
IN
A
HOTEL!
