Godwin hotel is very awesome hotel in Meerut And i am also a student of Godwin public school Both are very good and superb It is one of the best Hotels in Meerut . The staff is very courteous and the food is very delicious . I would recommend to visit this hotel once . I did not know what starred hotel Godwin was, but my experience of staying here was excellent. They've provided more than decent rooms and features which are matched well by their services staff. They've got an excellent kitchen/restaurant that can host your special requests, if you have any. But even then the food was good and I enjoyed my stay a lot, here at Godwin hotel. It maybe a benefit or bane for different people, but for me it was definitely comfortable that the hotel is on the Meerut bypass and so it avoids all the traffic of entering the city. Do stay here if you want a comfortable experience when visiting Meerut. Of course the ambiance of hotel is excellent and room condition & service is also OK but SECURITY you have to take care yourself. Last month I had marriage of my daughter in the hotel & there was theft of my wife's purse containing good amount of cash & jewellery. Everything got captured in CCTV footage. I provided important clues also. On this whole episode, hotel management advised to take care of everything yourself & they are not responsible because the person in CCTV footage is not their staff. I was there today with my wife and 9 months old son and I have ordered the food and a tava Chapati for my son and I am happy that Mr Ramesh observed and asked his Chef to prepare stewed apple for my son and surprised us. We hosted our wedding at Godwin hotel meerut on 19th and 20th Feb 2022. Needless to say the management was not upto the mark. Firstly all their rooms have some problem, sometimes it’s seepage, sometimes broken toilet. Secondly the management has no clue what’s happening, after multiple meetings they managed to write the wrong name under hosts. We corrected them several times beforehand but they still wrote the wrong name of the host on wedding event itself. Thirdly they didn’t provide wifi for 19th and 20th Feb, we had international guests who really needed the wifi but even after multiple requests they didn’t give wifi and said we have a server problem. We couldn’t live steam our wedding because of this reason. They also didn’t provide toilet paper in most or their rooms or towels. The room quality for a 4 start hotel was needless to say poor. We had booked 2 suites, one suite had a fridge and a microwave our suite didn’t. Both suite costed the same but somehow one didn’t have the amenities like the other one. I don’t understand why. We had requested for coffee during pheras but nobody served coffee even after multiple requests. On the whole I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is more like one star, rather than four star. We checked in and we had booked two rooms. The cleanliness level of rooms was terrible. It seems like the cleaners did not have absolutely any training. The entire hotel is example of it. Both of our bathrooms had yellow stains and we asked the reception to clean them up when we went out. They were not cleaned. It seems that the hotel hires unprofessional labour from nearby villages and they have no clue on how to run a hotel.

Nice hotel, with decent rooms and amenities. The rooms are slightly old so there were a few issues in my room which I anyway lived with because of the short nature of my stay. Staff are cordial and service is prompt. Breakfast buffet is sumptuous and the location is awesome 👍

We booked 12 rooms in Godwin Hotel for 2 days for my sister’s marriage . The rooms were great , The staff was very attentive and the breakfast buffet spread was good . Even the room dining food was tasty and was reasonably priced . The property is very beautiful in itself which helped us a lot for photoshoot purposes . The gym and pool are nice and clean . Overall it was a cozy and comfortable stay and I’ll recommend Godwin has one of the best hotels to stay in Meerut located right on main Rishikesh highway .

Worse place I ever stayed at! Arrogant staff. Suit refrigerator not working. Complaints are unanswered. Faulty toilets. Intercom non responsive. Had to drive almost a mile to get water as reception, room service, help desk, house keeping will not respond after 11 in the night. The arrogant owner's driver parked in middle of the drive way. Guests had to reverse their cars. Neither the owner nor the staff cared. Please give this place a pass if you have some sense of Hospitality

Attended a wedding here and also stayed for a night. This hotel seemed to be the most famous hotel of the area. Lots of activities were going on in their halls and open gardens. Staff was good.

I recently stayed at the Godwin Meerut for a five days business trip. The location adjacent to the Delhi-Meerut Expressway makes it the best choice for faster transition. Housekeeping staffs are very polite and take good care of the guests to make them perfectly feel home away home. I highly recommend this hotel based on my experiences.

Worst room service ever seen no response even for drinking water, stayed at room no 417, bathroom drain line was choked, shower not working, complaimt/ feedback book not available at reception. One star to the front desk staff who couriered my mobile charger which was left in the room otherwise I would rate no more than one star.

Extremely disappointing experience. Stayed here for a wedding during a weekend in Feb. The rooms didnt have any central heating and the staff refused to provide electric heaters. We had to sleep in the cold, warming ourselves with layers of blankets. Breakfast was bang average. No idea how this has been rated as a 4-star property.

Staff: The guy at the reception doesn’t know how to talk or behave and when you complain about anything he just argues with you. Service: The room service is the worst. I specifically asked them to clean my room but they ignored my request. Food: Staff is very slow. Food is also okay okay. Overall experience was really bad and would definitely avoid coming here.

Amazing 4 star hotel with all the amenities like swimming pool, gym, etc. Rooms were very clean and equipped with shaving kit, dental kit, slippers, body cream and a lot more. An electric kettle for morning coffee and tea is amazing! Staff is very humble and service is also great

I visited this Hotel for my Family Function. While having dinner with my Wife one of the Waiter came to us and asked Not to have Food in 1 Plate and asked us to take another Plate for my Wife. They were so shameful and rude ... And have so much courage to come and say "Not to have dinner in 1 Plate" to me and my Wife and too while already having Dinner. On contradicting to it, entrie staff came and started to prove their claim that 1 Person will eat in 1 Plate Only and came with a New Point that 1 Child of 5 Yrs above have to take an entire Plate for eating Food. Entire served food was without Salt and was very poor in taste. When we called the Cook , he tasted and said "It's really a very Tasty Food but yes Salt is little bit Less"😂. They were really very Rude and didn't corporate at all. Please don't book this Hotel for your Wedding and Other Ceremonies. It was really a Horrible Experience.

Neat rooms with fair service but some things were nonfunctional in the room like locker and fridge which could have been taken care of beforehand. Arranging a 2nd key caused technical glitches in room opening. Couldn't arrange extra blankets since they had limited supply. Food was good.

Hotel looks great in pictures and the food is good too but the room service is extremely slow, need to ask 5 times even for water. Overall pretty average service for the cost.

The grandeur is only a facade. Cold food, staff not attending requests, bad maintenance (like bathroom equipments not in shape or not working) could have been better. Staff needs to be trained to hear out the customer.
