Absolutely pathetic behaviour. I have travelled the world, but never have I come across people like these. They did not give me and my husband a room because they didnt trust us on our marriage. They wanted a marriage proof. How insane can someone be. First they took all the ID proofs and wasted so many of my minutes. And then in the end they said that they do not give rooms to couples. Of course I could have given them marriage proofs easily, but who wants to stay in the resort of such narrow-minded nincompoops. Zero star. Zero hospitality. Zero behaviour.

I am writing this review as a guest in a small function. Cutlery used in serving were good. Services could really improve. Ambience and decoration was good. So, being a guest it was a nice experience. But I can't comment on experience as a host as I didn't face that. Parking is comparatively small for a wedding. Being located adjacent to Meera's Bistro is negative in terms of parking congestion.

Management is very poor They watch every body people eating how much and they have no manners to how to talk with the guest and owner also beave very rudely after taking full payment ... And food quality also very bad but snack is good ..... Overhall doing any function here is absolutely worth less......thanks

I visited the place today itself . Let me tell you straight-away that it has 2 lavish banquet halls with utmost decoration ,,, if u spend well 🤪 5/5 Food was good 3/5 Talking about presence of the PLACE , so yes it is felt everywhere in the resort. 5/5 Coming to its area , that is huge , overall GRAND 5 has huge space, no flaws in it. Major drawback which i felt is the hospitality at the first go - very initial meeting ❌ Like bellboy was not present at the reception to take our luggage , we had to rush to the manager to get it sorted but even she could not handle it properly. After waiting quite a long time finally our bags were taken to our 2 rooms. 0/5 Then on entering we founf that one of the room was stinking very badly , so we made them clean it and then they did 0/5 After all this the hotel staff provided me laptop and network to complete my half an hour office work . Thanks to that. So it was Overall ok ok experience. But i must suggest u all to go and book a hall for your marriage, engagement functions

This was our visit on 20.2.2022 to Grand-5 resort, for the marriage of my son. I am feeling great pleasure to communicate, that thos resort is one of the ever best resort for all purposes like marriages, birthdays, get together parties and for occasions as well. Arrangements,decorations,quality of dishes,gesture, orientation and available facilities in campus, are marvelous. All staves have done a good work and supported the incommers. They have made a good behavior with all invitees. I appreciate the endeavors of all staves indulged with various activities of this resort. This was our 4th visit to the Grand 5 Resort. Once again really enjoyed our stay. Good facilities in the Hall. Breakfast and cheese and wine at night are both good. Decent place, entrance was a bit of difficult to find hut once inside it is a good experience. Foos was good. Space is adequate. Washrooms also ok.

Food is excellent here, If you have taste the food at Meera's bistro, then you will get similar experience there as they are under same hut. It's well spacious and hygienic.

Decoration was very good But management was not up to the mark. They served us STALE FOOD, after complaining to management, they are not ready to acknowledge!! Any wedding function is once in life time for any person and they should not ruin with their stale food. Suggestion if you are still going for G5, You should go for a written contract for any services, they can deny at last moment.

Spacious but they need to maintain it well. The washroom was flooded with water. I mean if you are to host a party out there you should have these repairs done beforehand. The waiters were lazy.

Though the property is really nice but the management is literally below standards. There is no professionalism at all and they do not know even the C of Customer Service. Specially the décor in charge Ms. Pooja is a difficult lady to deal with. She has absolutely no etiquette and is way below standard to serve in hospitality industry. Please think twice(read 100 times) before booking the resort as the ground realities are pretty difficult to tackle.

This is a venue with classy and wonderful decoration and What a great job the staff members did on the presentation! We as clients were very pleased. Mansi, Neetu, Deepak all of them were very attentive and were helpful. Well done. I really appreciate all the hard work, creativity, and energy you put into it.

Very good and spacial halls. Beautifully decorated, with elegant lights and furniture. A treat to enjoy. Food was also very good. Only issue is that washrooms are less as compared to the Resort size. Rest it is a great place to be.

Hosted my sister mehndi on 14th feb and wedding event on 15th feb. The event went damn smooth that each of my guest praises the management. They took care of every commitments ,though we forgot but they remind us. Thanks to Mr Deepak and Mr shanu for promptly actions on every requirement. Special thanks to Mr Tushar Chaudhary for making me believe to host the event with them and he make all the things possible by personally present in the event and keep on checking if every thing is going as expected. Food taste lips smacking and service was beyond the expectations. Decoration can be defined with the pics i am attaching. Best property to host function in all the aspects Strongly recommend .

Had our own wedding at Grand 5 on 29th Nov 2023. Decoration & Food was extraordinary in every aspect. Special Thanks to Ms Pooja for the crazy job that She did- All the decoration was with fresh flowers of supreme quality. Vedi and Stage were even better than expected, all deco. done in an impeccable manner. Also, Ms. Neetu and Mr.Tushar helped us right from Day 0 all the way till the D-Day. We were very happy we could book this venue for our wedding. Highly recommended!! Superb Team- The best that we witnessed till date.

Grand5 resort is good place for organizing weddings, parties & functions for 200 to 600 persons at a time situated at main national highway , bypass road , Merrut, Uttar pardesh. Good location & decoration, Veg & nonveg available, Snacks, Food are good & tasty . Bar is also available. Although service was slow but overall good experience & recommended. Thanks 💐💐

The location is easy approachable with the help of Google maps. The food, decoration and other arrangements are pretty good, however the service of rooms still needs to be worked upon like cleaning.

On main highway so easy to found. Decoration ideas are good. Sufficient space. Parking spaces is less, as place is for marriage and other big function.

Hosted a reception function recently, I found that the property is located very near to the guest coming from Delhi Muzaffarnagar and other places ,food quality is excellent ,staff is well mannered and the owner of the property is very cooperative and suggest you many more things which may be useful for your guests.

Grand5 Resort is Nice place for organising a marriage party or a get together function, best for catering services and best party lawn in meerut. The food is good and service is also good. Its a good dine out restaurant in the area. The price is fair if you are here for a small get together of around 10 to 15 people. You can satisfied through food, it's nice.

Amazed to see such a nice property in meerut vicinity but probably because on the highway. This is such a nice place with beautifully maintained. Adding all the positives 1. Staff is polite and well mannered and knowledgeable. I beleive they must be hotel management trainees or IHM graduates mostly. They know their piece. 2. The property is full of greenery and will give you a calm and peaceful essence. 3. The property is well lit with light. 4. The property is decorated very nicely with lot of antiques and gives you a unique ambience. 5. Sitting space is more then ample. 6. Food is good and well cooked. 7. Parking space is more than enough. In nutshell it's a good place to be with your loved ones and family. It's a suitable place with some small gatherings either family or professional and you can just sit back and relax.
