There is a too much difference what they have shared on oyo and the reality. The rooms were not clean properly and there were no facilities. The owner was very rude. Yes the staff was good in nature. They charge extra money to me. My overall experience was not good

They charge very high as caompare to other hotel and facilities is very poor. Coolar is not working . You feel very hot in the night. And staff is very rude. Don't know how to talk with customers. You have to checkout before 11am any how.

Owner is very bad, rude and drunken at that time. He doesn't know how to behave with guests he doesn't have etiquettes to talk. Utterly disappointed..and I didn't book the room. He was charging more money... Never ever recommend to any one... I didn't expect such kind of service Oyo too...I will give 0 ratings

Room condition was pathetic, zero cleanliness, bathroom was not attached to the room provided to me, lot of stains on bedsheet. Overall it was a very bad experience.

Pretty bad service and they will say that the room that you have booked for cannot be provided at such cheap rate and they don't know how oyo is providing room at these rates! Will tell you to pay extra if you want a room. Not only this but when checking out they would ask for your phone for a code in oyo app and as in my case they rated themselves 5 without asking and couldn't be edited so all in all pretty bad experience!

Pathetic service, don't go. They get the extra charge after booking once will ypu reac in place and tell you, we are not in oyo platform speak with oyo for money and booking

Poor condition room I charged extra money (700)

Friends don't book this hotel. They charged me extra 200Rs for the room. And room condition was also not good. Room had a bad smell . Bedsheet was also not clean . And while leaving thet asked me to give 5 star rating . So don't go by the rating . Book some other hotel

If there is option available less then 1 star, definitely i choose it. The owner of the hotel is very unprofessional and don't know meaning of hospitality. They offer the worst services in very high price. They show their property on oyo to attract customer and after reaching hotel they denied to oyo paid booking and demand more money.

Affordable & Clean Rooms. Garden is plus point.

First of all they are not except OYO booking and denying the availability of room . Later they offer room at own price. Which is very high to OYO booking price....

Things are good here. Worth staying at this place. Easily accessible and near Begum Pul. Pocket friendly. One concern can be for anyone who looks for clean place. Sometimes you may get small packets in hotel in corners. Hotel is good and I recommend it for stay.

Very poor infrastructure.Their bathrooms are worst of all the hotels in oyo, i stayed in. Even they charge equalent to luxury hotels. I dont recommend it to anyone.

The owner was rude and denied us to show the rooms. Pathetic place and the area in which it was built in looking like a house converted into hotel.... I'm very disappointed....
