I have visited this place many times but this time it was even worse experience than before. Services are slow. Manager is worst here. He is rude to customers and even shouted at customers and staff. Air conditioning is bad. Washroom are leaking. Worst experience till now. And i will advise not to take membership of this hotel this the only way the attract customers and then making customer loose their money. This is just a waste of money .

The service was really slow and half of the menu was unavailable. I ordered 6 mojitos and they said that they will come in 5-10 minutes and after half an hour they said that mojitos are unavailable because the lemons were finished. We ordered tandoori murgh and it came uncooked and also ordered chicken seekh kabab and they also came uncooked. The chaap in the veg platter was also raw. It was a really bad experience. The service was very very slow.

The hotel runs breakfast till 11 but when I reached there at 10.50 , they refused to provide breakfast at all despite being 10 minutes early. Not even tea + bread butter was offered. It keeps getting worse. Then the hotel room had no tea or coffee and just a kettle. Best part no water bottles were provided in the room so the kettle was of no use. The toilet was even worse. The flush cistern didn't work and I had to use buckets to flush. My bad back started aching more. Next the room was also very far away and it was raining when I reached. But they had no umbrella or anything and expected me to cross the courtyard in rain with no umbrella It should rename it self to hotel samrat hell instead of heavenly

I have stayed in the hotel for a day and the room was miserable. The bathroom was dirty and had no light, TV not working and the bed was so not hygenic , even the blanket was stained and the bed caught fungus. I requested the hotel manager to change to room but nothing helped because they said there are no rooms available even though it was the time of checkout. Still i had to face such a nasty stay. Not worth staying in the hotel at all.

Hotel has big rooms but need urgent renovation of bathrooms !Service can be improved. Rooms in other wong don’t get proper service. Location is main road well connected. Good for family stay and events. Enough parking available. Look forward to improvements in next visit. The AC is good but needs temperature control.

I travel every week to Meerut for work, hence this hotel had been my choice for stay. The rooms are spacious, clean. AC are good. But their bathrooms needs little more renovation as their flush is always free flowing thus wasting a lot of water. Breakfast buffet is nicely done. You will get good food options. Overall taste and quality is good for food. Staff is helpful but sometimes forgets to deliver what is being asked by guest in the room. Budget friendly in terms of what you paying and the services you are getting their. During my numerous stays at the property Nishant and Rajpal at front desk had been courteous enough to get my room available when ever I need at Meerut. Looking forward for more stays in future.

Recently, i have booked 5 rooms for my relatives arriving from punjab and delhi. I want to rate this hotel with zero stars for immensely poor and unhygienic hospitality the hotel people provided to my guests. Used water bottles, issue with parking , unheathy breakfast and non supportive staff was major setbacks which my guests faced. It was a big mistake to book this reputed hotel(not anymore) for my extreme reputed guest. The owner and managing staff were promising a memorable stay with all good facilities but i had a very bad experience. I would not recommend any one to stay in this low hotel.

Hi, Booked samrat heavens for the third time for engagement function got the worse service of all the time. 1)Food served was lo quality, drinks not even served as promised 2) very poor management, snacks not even served (paneer fingers) 3) cost cutting was done at every level, rice without any dry fruit or paneer slice in it seems like a local shop service 4) Manager was too rude , don't have manners how to deal with customers. 5) food quality was pathetic. 6) Rooms were good. I had worst ever stay experience at Samrat Heavens (rather Samrat Hell to be literal). Rooms are pathetic, washroom is slight better than sulabh shauchalayas. Room service sucks, rude staff and Food was average but breakfast buffet was disappointing. Won't recommend visiting.

Booked samrat heavens for engagement function. Food quality was very low Manager wearing spectacles little fat don't have manners how to talk to customer. Prefer not booking samrat heavens prices are high as fas as quality is concerned. Booked it for the third time but now management is too poor cost cutting is done at every level.

I didn't find this place a hygienic one. Maybe at a local place its a good option just like (Andhon me Kana Raja) but not recommended.

I have taken dine in facility here worst food I have eaten in my life either they does not know how to cook or they treat people's like this only those have gift vouchers/coupons but they have to understand they are purchased by paying some money and promotion done by you only never want to visit again

We booked this Samrat Heavens Hotel for Our family function. The cuisine, services offered and arrangements made were up to the mark and wonderful. Ac cooling was excellent. The ambience and decoration was excellent. I would highly recommend everyone to book this hotel for party purposes. The staff was very cordial and hospitable. Food served was delicious. Overall all the guests loved the arrangements made and enjoyed a lot.

Very bad quality food here. Serious food poisoning issues after eating from here. 2 times. Also stop that nuisance in the name of live singer. Very bad singers that spoils the whole mood of restaurant...

On 8th october 2022, family function of my new born baby was organised in this hotel. I had worst experience with this hotel. Food was tasteless. Serving snacks was very slow. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Totally waste of money and destroying of precious moments.

This is one of the worst hotel in Meerut . Never get your food packed from here . They serve good quality food in hotel and degrad the quality in packing . Food is not at all eatable . Apart from that , the receptionist pack breads at his reception counter . Like who the hell pack order on reception …. No hygiene

Hotel facility was too good. Easy to reach.. very well connected with road. Staff was so good. Well behaved specially Mr. Nishant was very sincere with his duties and helpful during the stay. 👍🏻

My experience was not much good. Hotel have decent rooms but if you have coupons then they will offer you worst room until you ask them to change. No room services available for food/drinks. Manager was not even cooperative.

My kid’s first birthday was organised at this place. The arrangement was fantastic. The best thing was the decoration done by Drishti Ahuja. Food was great which everyone loved. The managers were very helpful. Also the rooms were very spacious and clean.

I had visited there at couple of days before and had a very decent happy conversation with Mr. Nishant at front desk while my check in, his behavior was very nice and decent, he helps me by every aspect he helped me by Swift check- in, The comfort in room was full of soothing. High pressure shower and washroom was very clean. Ambience was very peaceful, staff is cooperative,Dinning at hotel so full of indian delicacy made my evening pleasant. And in the morning  breakfast was WOW. It was repeated visit to the property.
