it has the one of the worst hotel i stayed on. room was just okay to stay solo, forget family and couple. what made it more is the staff or the receptionist,he is so arrogant and doesn't have manners to talk with. on hotel business it is perfectly okay to some time get late check out or early check in subject to availability. There was no booking after my checkout i was supposed to check out at 12 but he showed rule of 11 a.m. check out i requested him but still he said i have to pay extra for late check out. this was not supposed to be happen. i am traveller and stayed lot of hotel across india this was my first experience by this man. kindly avoid to stay here. also he switch off a.c.and fan from the main MCB door just to save his electricity when i was inside the room.totally pathetic.

Ganga Plaza rooftop party terrace is well located amidst commercial hub in Meerut. The entry is somewhat congested due to encroachments on the main lift lobby at the ground floor. The terrace is otherwise well planned for party gathering upto 150 guests. Cannot comment on service and food as we just rented out the infrastructure while the decoration, food and DJ/host were self arranged.

Good:- 1:- Staaf Behaviour Good 2:- Room Service best Bad:- 1:- Internet not working 2:- Hotel Room Light not working 3:- Bathroom tap and Gyser switch jaam 4:- Reception Desk Employee Behaviour very Rude 5:- Room No 14,15 smell because of Flex shop in First floor 6:- No food available and Tea is 40₹

I wouldn't even wished to rate a single star but what else I can do the staff is as rude as hell even they didn't notified before cancelling my booking if you will consider my opinion plz don't go there unless it is the last option you have......

Cheap hotel. Not visible from the road. Not at all clean. Staff is good. Cash only payment. You could stay here only if you have an emergency and no option left.

This is good place but need to be clear they are not using the cleaned laundry and AC are too old to use and wall of rooms is not cleaned as mentioned. Overall the hotel was good but staff need to be honest they are taking more than the booking amount. Lightning is too old and weak so there is some brightness issues. Switches are too old .

Very good hotel in affordable prices, cleaning is fantastic and rooms are much better than you aspect is that price.

Staff is very cooperative,even manager is very polite and cooperative...over all service's are good....and most important it's safe 18+ couples also
