Running unauthorized guest house.... Kapoor saab keeps on roaming between ur relatives poking them about not to raise volume of even small music system or dholak... Place is nice but the owner is rude... Ur guest will keep telling u ki kahan phans gaye

Very good place for small get together, parties and family functions where families and friends can spend time together and have memorable moments.

Highly reasonable, value for money guest house. Spacious for small gatherings, parties and family functions with facility of well maintained AC rooms. Mr. & Mrs.Kapur the owners, are very courteous and provide quality services.

Good space for small to mid parties also for 30,40 people stay can be arranged ,owner provides katering facilities also or you can hire your katering, all the facilities for 2,3 days stay can be arranged, in wedding season try to book as early as possible.

Place is largely utilised for social functions like pre or post marriage ceremonies, family and courier gatherings. The rooms are Air-conditioned with not that effective cooling but common hall had air coolers which become ineffective during the peak summers of Meerut. The owner stays on second floor with family and ensures tight control of late night music, dos and don't, right usage of the place which is good. The place considering the cost is ok but overall cleanliness, room quality, ambience can definitely be better.

this was not a guest room it is a Banglo 😍 The most thing i like is Hospital, Saloon, Medical shop and bakery is very Close from sant lok guest and it is located in very good Surrounding 😍

Avoid this stupid place for any function. This manager Kapoor I don't know why interfere in family functions . He's stupid man. Avoid this place for any function bookings.

Good for people on a budget. Lacks modern comforts like AC and tv. Common TV is very small and very old
