Big hospital, nice building, can't say about facilities

Worst hospital, Management is so poor. They don’t care about patient. No treatment to patient. I have checked myself the treatment given to my patient. On papers only treatment was given but in reality not at all. Please reach out to me i can show you with proof the false treatment of patient. My suggestion is you can take care of your patient at home much better rather than admitting to this hospital. Sds Hospital seems like a fish market. #worsthospital #sds

Very pathetic hospital. Illiterate and unsupportive staff. They charge 1000 for just tightening the belt on shoulder. The ward boys thinks that they are doctors. No one following COVID protocol.

You would believe the hospital to be transparent. But guess what, they fleece you, keep you in the dark regarding prognosis, and as far as patients and their care and treatment is concerned, the lesser said the better. My friend's father, who went there for his covid treatment, was left unattended for an entire day, not fed food nor was given medicines. They see their patients as mere business. Keep your loved ones away from this place.

Overall Good Experience I visited SDS Global hospital for my father in low treatment. We find the hospital staff and Doctors very courteous. The Treatment was also very good and ECHS & TPA staff very good nature.

Worst experience we had. You will feel looted here and no one will listen to you for any concern. Very irresponsible staff. They added the x-ray charges in bill but when we cross checked it, x-ray never happened and when we went for refund they were not ready to entertain.

They showed total apathy for patient. They had him admitted 24 hours without meds , test. We begged but they did not do anything. They charged huge money for medicine but gave nothing. Management is arrogant and compulsive liars. Even the doctors do noting.

I visited for my Brother's treatment. Staff is not very good and but somewhat helpful. Doctors listen you with patience and talk in detail. they are helpful unlike at some place where they don't even talk to patient or family members. i think they aren't properly trained or managed its expensive and can expect upto 20k for bone surgeries but they care good. Keep advance moneg if you visit.

All experience in one line is that it's not hospital it's a business centre. What they need from u is only money,what u find in return is bad treatment, arrogant behaviour, disrespect, mental harrasment, a bad experience....

Bad experience with my friends father who was infected with Covid-19. Due to shear act of Negligence by staff and Doctors, his father got Expired.

Service is decent. However, neither the hospital pharmacy nor the hospital accept digital payments. Sad to see institute like hospital not accepting digital payment (UPI, Paytm) in today's time.

If you want your patient to be dead, please admit them in this hospital. They will make sure to kill them by leaving them unattended whole day. I myself saw the situation of my father dying slowly in front of nurses and me. I can even bluntly mention the name of Nurse Meenu(SOUTH INDIAN Team) working there in ICU. You can not even ask her to take care of your patient because her team will threat you and make you feel as a victim and ask you to leave from there. They will behave rudely to you and give no answer of medication and treatment going there. I am writing this review to save your loved ones. Their non treatment process killed 3 people within 2 days. On top of it, when i got discharge papers , they mentioned doctor name Dr. Shailendra which we never saw him in hospital and giving treatment.

My mother is suffering from knee pain and her ortho Dr is Shailaindra singh. I here want to tell everyone below few points before you decide to come to SDS global hospital: 1) They dont care about patients at all, today is the second time we are going home without seeing doctor because he is busy in OT. We called before coming and the staff dint give us right information. 2) This doctor gives medicines which are only found in their chemist shop and they are very expensive, it looks like a scam where he has cut in Those medicines sell. Please be careful and avoid such feelingless seamsters.

Sister's approaching very soft , caring, and polite. Room service very good. Surgery Doctor's approaching is very good. All duty doctor's are caring person. Canteen items well and good. Overall I feel happy.

cleanliness was not upto the mark...all of the staff wasnot wearing uniform so it was hard to recognise the hospital staff and public.Only cash is accepted.Medical store staff is rude and not at all professional.No one was wearing mask at the hospital or using sanitiser.No social distancing was followed.

Best Doctors, Helpful staffs in All Departments & easy access to different parts of the hospital. Parking was easy. All positives but one drawback was the canteen service. The Canteen needs more cleanliness & also need to have a decent range of food & bevarages for patients & attenders.

All medical departments under one roof. Spacious. Billing on each department floor. Good qualified doctors. Separate lifts for OPD & indoor patients at many places on each floor. Easy to find if you follow colour strip on each floor. Good helpful staff.
