Worst in store service. I received a defective product through online purchase. I tried to contact them through emails, chats, calls, but nothing worked. When I visited the store, they agreed that the product is faulty and I will get a refund. However, after sometime they refused saying they can’t do anything. I am never going to buy anything from this company again!

I tried to return a faulty wall clock and they refused to refund or replace the item. I left the item with them and nobody reached out to me after that. I have filed a complaint in consumer forum as well. Worst in-store experience ever.

Good place with some very good and antique collections for home decor. Staff is very polite & supportive. Prices are also very genuine.

Home Center is opened @ 3rd floor inside the Gaur city Mall, GreaterbNoida west. The store is big and have wide variety from decoration, fragrance, wall art, artificial plants, bathroom ans kitchen items etv etc. Although store is not as big as one would find in GIP or Mall of India. But still cover most of the items. Furniture is not in this outlet. Rest almost most of the items covered and one would definitely visit and enjoy shopping. Thanks Team!! Home Center

A good place to get home decor and utensils. However the staff is absolutely horrible with no one caring to help customers find stuff or simply answer queries. You’re on your own. Oh, and billing is just out of this world experience with the customer often requiring to pack their own stuff up. If you can live with these, then surely you’ll be able to find your needed stuff. Ymmv.

I bought a three-seater sofa from HOME CENTRE, GAUR MALL which was shipped from southern part of India after 20 odd days. After 6 months of use the sofa became useless, all the foam/mattress loosened up. We started to develop servere back pain which is aggravating the more we sit on the sofa. We contacted the customer care of HOME CENTRE for exchange, they replied that there is no any exchange possible from their end. As per my opinion, one must think twice before purchasing. A complete waste of my hard earned money!!! Wish you folks good luck for your excellent money making strategy! Bye.

Store is made up of three main things ....product....staff and customers ....products are good ...but staff is very bad ....they are not interested in showing or give information about the product ...( In gaur city mall) and they are not interested vin billing also ... So home center please review ur staff in gaur city mall ......

Well when it comes to home decor we always prefer customized items according to our budget. Home Centre has limited to that part and I personally not find it worth paying the amount to them. However, I have purchased 2 items as I needed them without waiting or customization.

I am a regular customer of lifestyle and homecentre but my today's shopping experience is very bad and specifically the behaviour of store manager .I know one customer doesn't matters you but after my today's experience and behaviour from the manager I am never going to shop again with Homecentre and Lifestyle. Do not go there after 6 p.m because the staff is very lazy they made me wait 15 mins at the cash counter and no one was willing do the billing and i had to waste my half an hour of shopping and 15 min of waiting and return empty handed just because they were enjoying there evening and not attending there customers

The timings of opening of Homecentre is inappropriate ; According to the timings they should be open by 10 AM, but they open the store around 11:15-11:30 & the manager there is so not supportive & customer friendly. I hope Homecentre is keeping the watch on reviews Best regards

Awesome products. Pocket friendly also if you wamt in hugh ramge. They have that too. Basically they have all range of products and have maintained high quality as well. And the staff is very humble and helpful.
