hotel rooms were in worst condition, bathroom was not clean at all , walls were dampened, hotel had a lift but it is only for show you have to use stairs , they say their is a central kitchen which is not a hygiene place also . no ventilation , no exhaust fan in bathroom , even shampoo and soap was not there , all things oyo mentioned that will be available only on oyo site you won't even find a decent blanket in room .. I am surprised and frustrated that why oyo has even listed this hotel . oyo need to personally see the hotel.. I reached at hotel at 11:00 pm in night but could not stay at place for more than 4 hours and had to checkout in midnight at 3 :00 AM. They increased our hotel charges by 500/- unnecessarily due to which I had to talk to oyo support and than they removed that money .

Hotel room are very clean and bathroom are so big and clean.. service staff and manager behaviour so good . I want again and again visit in this hotel. Thank you for all staff..

Never ever go to this hotel. I had a two night stay. The room was dirty. Found female hairs lying on many places over the bed. Bedsheets were broken and dirty. Air conditioner was not functional but took charges of it. Room service is very late. This hotel has some rooms whose lock system of the gate are not working. Initially I was given a room with no functional lock system. Later on repeated requests they changed the room. OVERALL WORST HOTEL.

Worst hotel and worst service ever. The rooms are full or smell no care of rooms. The blankets and the pillows are not even washed tooo bad experience really never stay at it.

Why you should not go for Hotel Kochar Plaza - 1. Cleanliness and basic hygiene not maintained at all. 2. Could see moulds, spider webs and thick layer of dust all over the room and furniture. 3. Bedsheets were not clean and they were not changed, they were stained. 4. Pillow and blanket was smelling. 5. No ventilation in room. 6. The room overall was stinky. 7. No hot water. Basically this hotel is not for professional business/family stay, they only target local young couples for hourly basis room rent. Do not book it. True photos attached with this review

Actually we have to catch our train from new delhi railqay station that's why we stay here only 4 - 5 hours only.

Hotel kochar plaza rooms are very cleans and ac proper working 24X7 and towel shampoo soap are provided in this hotel

The room is unhygienic, with smelly beds and mattress. They provide dirty towels which is not properly washed. The telephone they provide not even working.... Plz visit at your risk for staying.. Very costly as well

Don't ever visit.. The most horrible experience. We had booked the hotel beforehand but when we arrived there they started asking for more money saying hmare me to itna hi show ho rha. Staff was rude, Mannerless And the people visiting the hotel looked suspicious as well.
