I
have
bought
A
LG
AC
5-6
months
ago
but
Since
the
beginning
of
the
purchase,
i
had
a
really
bad
experience
with
them.
Window
AC
came
to
my
home
to
outer
box
of
the
unit
was
totally
torn
apart
and
i
could
Completely
see
the
box
is
opened
multiple
times.
So
I
didn’t
accept
that
unit.I
have
complained
to
Vijay
sales
data
want
to
fresh
Unit
of
the
AC
and
even
the
second
time
they
sent
me
the
same
kind
of
a
box
with
the
only
difference
is
only
the
box
is
now
much
cleaner
than
the
first
one
and
They
said
that
LG
AC
is
usually
comes
and
this
type
of
boxes
only.
So
except
it
but
I
think
that
was
my
biggest
mistake
because
right
after
installation
of
the
AC,
I
had
A
lot
of
problems.
From
the
first
week
of
the
installation,
The
outer
piping
has
been
leaking
water
consistently
from
the
multiple
areas.
The
second
problem
is
in
its
Indoor
unit,
Every
single
week
there
is
a
water
leakage
from
the
indoor
unit
and
I
don’t
know
what
causing
the
problem
but
even
after
the
engineers
from
LG
customer
support
fixed
that
multiple
times,
there’s
still
a
water
leakage.
And
third
main
problem
is
In
its
outdoor
unit.
The
outdoor
unit
choked
every
single
week
or
10
days
and
because
of
that
the
cooling
has
stopped
very
frequently.
I
had
to
call
customer
support
to
fix
this
issue
and
they
just
come
and
clean
the
outdoor
unit
and
they
said
that
LG
outdoor
units
is
designed
like
that
so
they
get
dust
very
easily.
I
have
had
a
lot
of
ACs
in
the
past
few
years
but
I’m
didn’t
have
a
single
problem
and
them
like
this.
I
have
asked
Vijay
sales
to
check
the
issues
and
replace
me
with
the
new
unit
of
the
AC
but
even
after
having
so
much
discussion
with
them,
they
only
said
that
I
cannot
have
Annu
replaced
unit
but
instead
they
will
only
give
me
the
Service
from
the
customer
support
of
LG.
I
can’t
express
that
how
much
tension
they
give
me
and
this
matter.
I
urge
Everyone
to
not
buy
anything
from
the
store
and
specially
LG
AC.
