Buy this despensor 2 months ago…during this period not any single day work properly…2 times , technician come…just open a screw …said now is Oky…still not working 😌

DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. I am saying this because their after sales service is absolutely pathetic. I bought a whirlpool refrigerator from their store and it’s been just almost 3 months and there is absolutely NO cooling in it. The refrigerator isn’t working at all. I have been complaining about it since past 7-8 days but there is absolutely no legitimate action from them. They are just giving lame excuses of confirming the address, I have confirmed my address 100 times but everytime they give me the same reason. Also, I bought it from their store and they are supposed to have my address already in their database. But still they are making lame excuses to escape the service. The worst company ever. Don’t fall in their brand name. It’s absolutely worst and do not fall in their false claims of providing the best service. It’s not the best, it’s the worst. If I could give them zero stars, I’d have given that or maybe minus.

I recently bought AC from Vijay sales of Haier company. The AC was delivered on the next day so, after that day I was waiting for the technician to install the AC but they still did not install it and I put complaint for the same. On the next day, I went to the Vijay sales showroom in Karol Bagh. The staff told me the same excuses. I would prefer to give zero ratings to Vijay sales here but there's no option that's why I am giving one star. It's my humble request to the fellow people that don't even purchase any products from this top-notch brands such as Vijay sales or Croma. There customer service are poor.

Only one word, Pathetic. I have bought A LG AC 5-6 months ago but Since the beginning of the purchase, i had a really bad experience with them. Window AC came to my home to outer box of the unit was totally torn apart and i could Completely see the box is opened multiple times. So I didn’t accept that unit.I have complained to Vijay sales data want to fresh Unit of the AC and even the second time they sent me the same kind of a box with the only difference is only the box is now much cleaner than the first one and They said that LG AC is usually comes and this type of boxes only. So except it but I think that was my biggest mistake because right after installation of the AC, I had A lot of problems. From the first week of the installation, The outer piping has been leaking water consistently from the multiple areas. The second problem is in its Indoor unit, Every single week there is a water leakage from the indoor unit and I don’t know what causing the problem but even after the engineers from LG customer support fixed that multiple times, there’s still a water leakage. And third main problem is In its outdoor unit. The outdoor unit choked every single week or 10 days and because of that the cooling has stopped very frequently. I had to call customer support to fix this issue and they just come and clean the outdoor unit and they said that LG outdoor units is designed like that so they get dust very easily. I have had a lot of ACs in the past few years but I’m didn’t have a single problem and them like this. I have asked Vijay sales to check the issues and replace me with the new unit of the AC but even after having so much discussion with them, they only said that I cannot have Annu replaced unit but instead they will only give me the Service from the customer support of LG. I can’t express that how much tension they give me and this matter. I urge Everyone to not buy anything from the store and specially LG AC.

The Vijay Sales is a prestigious chain of special sales of a wide variety of electrical household and electronic items. Their strong point, I have noticed is their customer friendly attitude and thinking of their interests in all sales. Further they have a fairly large collection for choice. They have various branches spread in Delhi NCR.

Purchased O'General AC 1 days before and installed by technician. invoice no. DGD-C-S11784 ( Date 12th June, 2022) and not cooling at all. Its really pathatic and seams fake product... Not expecting from Vijay Sales. I will definately highlight this case on Twitter, So that other customer will not trouble or cheated....Vijay sales cheated me..

I recently purchased washing machine from there.. But i have to tell you all that the employees are not true to there tongue. They did communication misunderstanding so that the customer purchase goods on there terms. So please be sure with that..

Very bad service! I just called them today for the enquiry of earbuds they had in stock so that I could make my mind .My enquiry was not at all attended respectfully and I was ill-treated by the attendants there. They just listened to my enquiry without proper attention and kept transferring the call to other people over there.Like a normal customer, I also didn't know the technical terms regarding a particular product;but they started cherrypicking those things only without attending what I ,as a customer ,was demanding from them.Soon, they started ignoring the queries I was having regarding a particular product. They kept saying that we can't tell you everything even in brief on call and you'll have to visit the store.Without uttering a single word after this sentence, the person hanged up the call instantly without giving me even a single piece of information. This sort of service from the staff of a reputed organization can never be expected . Really, I think they need drastic improvements in the behaviour of the employees.

The installation process is too bad...... The installation charges that were mentioned at the time of purchase are totally different after the installation. They started asking for more charges after the installation of AC........they starte aruging with us.......very bad behaviour of..... Person.... Who came for installing AC.
