OYO is indulged into fraudulent activity. They dont pay the hotel and in return the hotel staff harass the customers. Never go for booking in OYO. No customer care executive is available to solve the problem. Only reservation department is ready to take money. A big racket is going on. AVOID OYO. I had to provide a star rating to continue other wise not recommended to any person

Worst hotel in the history of hotels!! My experience with OYO has never been a pleasant one but this was the last straw of my tolerance. I booked a room for my father and uncle who were travelling to Meerut for 2 days and 1 night. However, they were driving around for 2 hours searching for the hotel. No one at the hotel picked up the phone. On asking the locals there, they informed that the hotel has closed down. We called OYO but was denied proper response and service from them 3 TIMES!! It was an eye opener to never trust a fraudulent business like OYO. If I could, I would have given stars in negative.

Very Poor service, and very bad experience. Blankets were dirty. There was no dustbin in the room. There was no towel provided. Staffs were uneducated. Wasroom were smelling. There was no water provided to drink.

I'm stay in one week but room not clean and wifi is not available,Tv is not working,hotel is not clean..no response no facilities I'm not suggested this hotel

Its very expensive according theri hospitality , cheap Behaviour staff, add another charges when you paid on Booking site

No Staff available in midnight and employees refuse to provide services. Not suitable for night stay.
