This is the 4th Hotel I have stayed while visiting Poland, this has been by far one of the best hotel's. It was close to the Tychy Town all within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel itself was very clean and tidy inside and out. The Room was very clean too, suitable for business trips to the town. The extra facilities with the spa, sauna and swimming pool were an added bonus.The restaurant staff were great and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Never again will I ever stay here! I booked in for three nights, check in Thursday 22nd June 2017, check out Sunday 25th, on Friday I left laundry in the room with paperwork correctly filled out only to find it still there on Friday evening and then told "you need to bring it to reception and now it won't be ready until Monday!!", Saturday I had the "do not disturb" sign on until mid day, after this time it was turned round to "please clean", no sign of any cleaning when returning at 6pm! when the hot food at breakfast runs out it doesnt get replaced for at least half an hour, EVEN COFFEE, no refrigerator and no air conditioning or fan in the room , some staff are good and some dont care at all. GOODBYE!!

Rooms doesn't have Air Condition, instead you will receive one small ventilator in each room BUT there is a catch in entire room there is only one plug socket so you can choose either if you want to charge your phone Or get fan blowing Or watch tv... And if this is not enough pain for you already this only plug is nowhere near the bad so you can't even leave your phone to charge near you. So you have to get up all the time while its being charged Coffe/tea and fridge - forget about it

Nice hotel but bit noisy atmosphere

Very friendly stuff, good breakfast and dinner. Rooms are clean. The one or the other rooms smelling experience is not the best. The habe a Compressor outside which run more or less all the time. So various rooms which are oriented to this device have no silent nights. Sorry, it is so loud, you can’t open the window during night to get fresh air and when you have a room without air conditioning then you have a lose-lose situation. But overall a good place to stay.

Lovely hotel, very clean, towels changed each day, 2 small bottles of water offered for free every day, sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool free of charge if you stay at the hotel and german style breakfast suited for everyone's taste that also includes pancakes. What more can you ask for ? and all at a very reasonable price. Would try it next time for sure.

+ Nice quiet hotel with friendly staff. Good WiFi connection and free parking spot. We have breakfest included in price, and it has been various - we have no problems with selection. In price is also included free usage of spa. - We were missing air-condition. We have been there in the begining of July and night was very hot, just opening of the window was not enough.
