I did not expect such an unfair approach to regular visitors. I have been training in Smartgym for more than 2 years. I did not expect that it would happen to me. And the way how this problem will be solved by the employees of Smartgym. It looks like a scam. I entered the parking around 16.39 07/09/2022. I go inside the club at 16.45. I did not notice whether the ticket was printed or not. After training, I did not find the ticket and immediately I informed Smart Assistants about that. It was immediately when I left the training (when I was still inside the club). On the cameras they could see that my car crossed the automatic barrier at the entrance to the parking at 16.39. It is easy to check. I went inside the club using my fingerprint at 16.45. I tried to find the ticket in the car after I went outside, but unfortunately I was not able to find it. Smartgym employees said that they would allow me to leave parking only after paying a penalty in the amount of PLN 50. It's good that they didn't ask to pay 500.: ((( Be careful with using the parking. Sometimes the printing machine does not work correctly because of different reasons. I have always recommended this club to my friends, but after such incident - I am completely disappointed. IP

love the sauna... but the down part of it is a dull music (3 songs going over and over again)

The best gym I've ever attended.

Plus: Diverse environment. At every other smart gym I get stared at by people but here nobody minds me. I also noticed that women use less the women's zone here than in others and there are people from all ages. I assume it's a good thing. Minus: Very warm and moist during the summer. It's getting more crowded every year.

I travel a lot for work and I was so impressed. Great gym and the staff was lovely. Very helpful people.

Excellent facilities. Account activation at the terminal was finicky and the fingerprint reader didn't work. Would be 5/5 otherwise.

Nice gyn, they have a space only for women. You need to have your own lock.

One the journey to loose weight here, well maintained and sanitised equipment, stuff is humble and helpfull. Understanding towards foreigner as well.

Well maintained, clean and well regulated gym during corona crisis. You can find tissues and sanitizer everywhere to clean the equipment before and after use. The rooms and closed space is cleaned after every class to maintain cleanliness and also to help prevent spread of corona.

Gym. What else ? New equipment, service and couches are polite and nice. Nice atmosphere. Its huge so do not hesitate if you are looking for some machine, bathroom etc. Remember to close your locker. It's important to get your own padlock or you can get it there.

Lots of space and very good selection of equipment and training areas; reasonably priced. Staff at reception available to help and attendants visible cleaning the gym. The place has a vibe of a student nightclub as it is directly next to a University campus and is rather dark inside. Ok with me.

A lot of equipment, 2 floors offer huge area for exercising. The gym is well ventilated.
