Clean, fairly cheap for a gym, and usually not too occupied. Unfortunately only one squat rack, but other than that a perfectly fine gym.

I am disgruntled not happy at all ,when I joined the gym i asked if could cancel at anytime and my package does allow for this i was told yes I could. I sent an email a month ago to say that I'm failing to unsubscribe or resign as they call it,on their website.I called customer service someone just cut the phone until another professional explained step by step how I should resign.i managed to do this. Now I'm being told i still have to pay for the month of June.how can this be when I have resigned. I have a friend who took the package for 6 months and wanted to cancel because of unforseen,unexpected circumstances they told her she can't .so she has been paying for a service she's not using. Please review your policies they don't serve us.don't hide the important information especially to people who don't understand the language well.when someone is registering tell them at that point ask they need to know about resigning.I'm not happy.

Working 24 hours, 2 floors gym, multi variety of devices, great employees and friendly, I recommend it.

A lot of things are broken for months (lockers, showers etc) and no one is fixing. Management is not very helpful and frendly for foreigners. On the bright side there are often some events and competitions.

Price ok. Equipments ok. Gym staff are polite and helpful people but the man from office who answers calls (doesnt know English!) in the entrance is so rude. terrible

You can’t cancel your subscribe in app and you have to cancel subscription it 2 months in advance or they are will continue write of money. You can’t delete your card. Correspondence consultants are just awful. CityFit don’t have respect to clients. Be careful guys.

So far the best siłownia i have ever visited. It's really good place to train and environment is like feeling home.

I attended a tour as I was looking for more than just a gym and was able to see one of the trainers in action. I'm happy that they have new, clean equipment and locker rooms. They also have Zumba and a variety of body sculpting and cardio classes. My guide was friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to returning

The most racist gym I have ever been to! The worst workers ever! I do not recommend at all! Specially if you’re a foreigner! I recommend Calypso and Smart Gym, you will get the respect you deserve! Don’t give your money to the racist people owning Cityfit or even working there! Do not wait till you get harassed because you will never get your right from these ignorant as he** people!

I really like this gym. The people there are so friendly. It’s my number 1 favorite in Katowice.

Pros Well equipped cardio, free weights and machine areas, Bright and spacious gym, Vending machines with protein drinks and bars, Phone charging station, Location Staff is pretty nice to interact with Cons Usually dirty shower cubicles and lockers City Fit Customer Service is really bad, not only a month to get a response but the response can be appalling

It is the best gym i have ever been to in Katowice. It was fully equipped and super clean. What made it better was the friendly environment and the amazing staff, they were so helpful and friendly and special thanks to Ada and Magda.

The gym is absolutely fine, I was happy with it. I would give you 5 stars for the equipment and 24/7 service BUT... BE CAREFUL!!! I don't understand why the pass is called a "Flexible Pass" if it isn't! If you do not terminate the agreement with 1 month's notice, you will be charged again. I would recommend that you give them at least 1.5 months notice. I was charged again today and I accidentally clicked "withdraw your registration" so next month I will be charged AGAIN for this gym. So for more than 2 months of not using this gym, I will have to pay for it. The support team couldn't help me. Due to the current circumstances in the world and current life, not everyone knows where they will be in a week, I’m not even talking about a month. If you call your pass "flexible", it MUST be flexible.
