restaurant,
modernly
decorated,
although
this
style
may
not
suit
everyone.
Although
it
gives
the
impression
of
being
very
elegant
and
obliging,
the
atmosphere
is
nice
and
relaxed.
The
waiters
are
very
polite,
professional
and
committed.
Service
on
one
of
the
highest
levels
in
Katowice.
The
dishes
are
served
in
an
original
and
modern
way.
The
taste
is
balanced,
not
overpowered
by
anything.
You
can
feel
that
the
ingredients
are
of
high
quality
and
the
chef
does
his
best
to
add
a
modern
twist
to
traditional
flavours.
During
my
visit
it
happened
that
a
meat
dish
from
the
menu
was
not
available,
due
to
delivery
problems.
The
waiter
only
informed
me
of
this
when
ordering,
which
was
quite
a
mistake
in
my
opinion.
BUT,
the
way
he
handled
this
awkward
situation
deserves
the
highest
praise.
The
professionalism
of
the
staff
made
it
one
of
the
more
pleasant
evenings
spent
in
the
restaurant
in
recent
weeks.
The
prices,
for
the
quality
of
the
products,
the
form
of
serving
and
the
professionalism
of
the
service
-
very
balanced.
