The observation tower is open to visitors in the summer season, subject to weather conditions. Please ask about the availability of the tower at ticket offices or the information point of Muzeum Śląskie. The facility can accept up to 10 visitors at a time. Depending on the number of visitors coming, Museum staff might adjust the visiting time between 5 and 15 minutes.

Interesting views, a pleasant and knowing guide with whom we spoke about the history of the region.

Very nice views from the tower. Tickets for the tower lift cost $1.34 US. Some exhibits were not open in the morning.

There is history, classic art, modern art end for the end, great view on the city. You need at least 3 hours to see all. Highly reccomended

Really cool place, but you have to be lucky to find it open. It's closed due to bad weather, weekend, Mondays, evenings...

Unfortunately it was closed to visitors the time i was there, but looks good anyway :)

The museum is great, but tower shaft is closed (for renovation)

Looks great, would be even better if there was a visitor platform at the top.

Very nice place but security wouldn't let me go in with my bag that had all my things for my son
