Really amazing national park do not skip this if you are in La Ceiba!! The cost to enter if $5 person and is worth it. Make sure you bring a backpack and plenty of water and a change of clothes. There are many water falls that creat natural swimming holes. Also the plants and birds are amazing to see in the natural environment. We went without a guide but can hire one for about $10 if you don't have much experience hiking and backpacking I would recommend it.

This place is very nice and beautiful, to get there you must go thought the pineapple plantation, we got lost the first time. It worth it
